Gelato4u in Rotherham

Atrocious. Ordered a load of dessert, tried calling, no answer, spoke to Foodhub, they got no answer from the shop or managers mobile so processed a refund. This took 3 times longer than the stated delivery time. Clearly a useless set of bottom feeders unfit to run a takeaway.

Placed an order and received 3 of the wrong products (ordered 3 Bueno milkshakes and instead received 3 bubblegum) which we were told was 'our fault' as apparently it stated that the products had bubblegum in. We checked afterwards and this was not the case. There was no bubblegum in the product on the menu. The staff member who we spoke to was not helpful or reassuring about the situation at all, and offered no apologies. Our colleague also overpaid for one of the items, after the driver claimed they had no change. Sent a message on social media which was read and no response has been given. Very disappointing in the service and products.

Waffles tasted as if they were off an when i rang up to ask the staff they were very rude and hung up on me overall wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Spare of the moment thing when we all fancied something sweet. Definitely a one off, wouldn’t say the food is awful but it’s not the best the Nutella and strawberry cookie dough comes stuck to the bottom of a silver takeaway box, all sticks to your teeth strawberry’s was probably the best thing about it for the price aswell..

Been to many dessert parlous in the past and I have written some reviews on them. But this parlour cannot be expressed in words. That peanut butter Stack was just out of this world all nice and gooey with really thick and creamy Ice Cream.

Really bad service ordered milkshakes at 10pm was told 15mins for delivery but never turned up and closed at 11. Would not recommend !

Poor service.manager of the business is rude to customers and the desserts taste horrible. Would not recommend total waste of money.

We ordered a waffle and a cookie dough at 9pm, we didn't receive it until 11:05pm the food was warm. But the cookie dough was really burnt I couldn't cut through it with a fork or spoon and had to use and knife I only had one bite it was that hard to eat. The waffle was nice though, just a shame about the delivery time and very burnt cookie dough. And it cost me £12.50 for just that!

I decided to take my 3 kids (8,11,13) for a post Christmas treat as id been past a few times and thought it looked lovely for the kids! We ordered: Cookie dough with ice cream, which came with some strawberries Waffle with strawberries and cream Chocolate crepe with cream Banana smoothie The cost was £17. There was a bit of a wait for our food so we were all really looking forward to it! The cookie dough was lovely but very sickly and my son despite his very sweet tooth could not finish it (i gladly mopped up his plate!) The strawberry waffle was beautiful, lovely sweet strawberries and great textured waffle, it was a very generous portion i had to help finish!! The chocolate crepe was lovely too, lots and lots of chocolate, although i wish id ordered nutella as this was simply melted chocolate, just a right sized portion. The banana smoothie was a standard banana smoothie to be honest. I took bottles of water with me ad id looked at the menu online n the drinks were a bit pricey on top of the food prices. I wish id taken photos but by the time the food came we were starving so i didnt get chance😕! Would go again, in a few months time when we’ve recovered from sugar overload 😋

So me and my friend visited this dessert place, where we not only had poor communication and customer service from the young man but he took my friends order failed to comfirm the order had been taken and failed to ask me what my order was then rudely went back to carrying on making previous orders, he didn’t make it clear the order was taken so we then waited around 20 minutes for my friends order to be fetched out no acknowledgement from the sever to myself. Very poor and over all bad experience and will definitely not be returning.

Ordered this with my boyfriend tonight and was so nice! Will definitely have this again was amazing! 🍨🍰🍦🍫🍪

Waited over an hour and a half for desserts to be delivered .... Really rude telephone manner when I questioned the waiting time on 2 occasions .. Would not recommend .

Love this place Oreo cheesecake is to die for Waffles are yummy and huge Snicker cake is just as lovely

Gelato4u is a first class place. The desserts are reasonably priced, delicious, come as a decent sized portion, and the staff are super friendly. Absolutely worth a visit if you are in the area!

Another dessert place opened in Rotherham and we had to have a taste. We were not disappointed! Variety of desserts, some different ones from your usual places, clean places, very friendly service and reasonably priced. Compares well with others around the area.

Fuimos por el postre y tenía los gofres más increíble, estaban crujientes por fuera y suaves por dentro y probablemente la mejor que he comido. La porción era muy abundante y precios muy razonables. Sin duda volveremos para probar más de la carta, especialmente la masa de galletas calientes. El personal también era precioso y muy acogedor.
