Bramhope Village Bakery in Leeds

Not the finest bakery., had ordered quite a bulk of goods and it appeared those working there were rather annoyed at my request lots of “sighing” in relation to my order and just an overall unfriendly vibe.

What a lovely little village Bakery. The ladies behind the counter were super nice and I ended buying loads because it all looked super nice and I was correct. Pork Pie with Stuffing - Super Nice. Cheese and Chicken Salad Sandwich - Super Nice. Strawberry Lattice - Super Nice. Toffee Turpin - YEP Lovely. For breakfast this morning is a Chicken Balti Pie - YEP Super Nice. See you soon oh and free dog treats.

Called in this morning to buy cornish pasties and curd tarts for a picnic lunch. Both were absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly too. I'll definitely shop here again

Arrived for a bite to eat at lunch, there was a blonde lady behind the counter who was awfully rude, dismissive and was even heard to be swearing during the visit. Poor establishment, staff should be taught manners prior to working in service industry

Do not visit this establishment. The staff members are rude and almost tried to kill my partner deliberately after saying they suffered an allergy when they said the meal was altered, they simply removed the filling of a sandwich which was contaminated! and placed it into another sandwich. Reported to trading standards and food hygiene, extremely poor

Please sack the awful lady with blonde hair. She’s rude, obnoxious and has no ambition to work with the public as she only cares for her regulars and “friends” she knows

Whilst on holiday in Harrogate we called in at Bramhope Village Bakery for a snack at lunchtime, on Thursday 21st October, 2021. It's a lovely place with friendly staff who are very helpful and courteous. There is a couple of tables and chairs where you can sit down and enjoy the nice views outside. The food and drink we ordered was really good. The village of Bramhope although quiet is as pretty as a picture. We enjoyed it so much will call again if in area.

Had a great coffee this morning, the new coffee beans are lovely, such an improvement 👍 Definitely worth a try x

Visited the bakery today the entrance of it was fresh and appealing, as i entered the staff had great smiles and lovely manners whilst i was ordering, all the fresh food on the front looked fantastic and well presented so did the front area very well kept, not a long wait nice and steady service and a very good vibe! Two women at the front were such a perfect fit and well presented, i will be coming back and be a good customer to the village bakery! Lovely place Thankyou.

Only been once or twice. Usually there's a horrific old blonde woman who has a face like a slapped derriere. However, on my last visit a couple of days ago, there was a very lovely, friendly and chatty helpful lady and it was such a lovely experience. Such amazing service with this lady; I didn't catch her name but, she had an accent that sounded like somewhere in Europe. Just lovely.

Some thing has changed at this fantastic shop because recently the atmosphere has changed for the BETTER Great food and service would try it if your in the area while it lasts !!

Did not enjoy my food. It was bland, dry and overpriced. £10 for a sandwich drink and piece of cake. Won’t be returning in a hurry, especially considering the staff members were also rude and looked as though they would rather be anywhere else in the world than serving customers.

After a hard days graft I called here for a sandwich. Only problem was that the woman behind the counter was extremely rude (blonde hair) don’t know why anyone would visit here, unless you like your service with a miserable face and rude attitude

Called in on my way to work what a great cafe very welcoming and great service and the food was great definitely be going again

Very nice bakery with friendly staff and lovely owner providing quick service and amazing food. I have been visiting for many years and I'm always left beyond satisfied with my orders and the accomidating atmosphere that Sally and her staff give. The food is always top quality, with new baked goodies being made that you simply can't get at the high quality anywhere else. If available, I highly recommend the blonde brownies! There are some reviews that are attacking Sally's character but I can assure you that she believes in the customer is always right and is passionate about her business and the service provided and will strive to get any mistakes in your order corrected. I have witnessed, more than once, customers being abusive and rude to her and her employees which is something she will not, and should not, tolerate. Due to the shop being popular it can get busy at times, but even when full of patrons the the service is good and the store feels cosy and friendly. If you are in the area then please do stop by, get a sandwich or hot beverage for your travels, and see for yourself that this is a great establishment loved by locals and visitors alike!

Made order and say and waited 3 hours for the food not to be even deliverd tried to contact but got no were as number wasn't available it connecting aboustle terrible behaviour

Great food and first rate service!

lovely food as usual, ETA is a bit off as usual but fine, however! EVERYTIME i order i request no mushrooms, and everytime i recieve mushrooms. cant understand why!

delivery time was a little late but the delivery girl - well worth it

Took forever to arrive, around 2 hours. We called and kept being fobbed off. Sausages were cheap,roll wasn't even buttered. Don't waste your money or your time. Really shouldn't be offering delivery when it takes that long. Never again.

Gorgeous food promptly and pleasantly delivered, the only drawback is the limited opening times. The only place that delivers a cappuccino when you fancy it and their muffins are to die for! Good value.

We waited an hour so I rang and once I had rang they said it was about to get cooked now we Ended up waited nearly 2 and a half hours !! Wasn't impressed at all and to then have the delivery bag chucked at me instead of getting the food out himself. To be honest I was disgusted with the quality and service !!

Food was outstanding, not usually a fan of chicken parmesans but would highly recommend them from here!
