Been here a couple of times and love their desserts and service but was served today by Aayan and his service was swift and courteous. 10/10 would always recommend!

Ayan was very helpful during our time in there food was really good a bit to sweet for me but thats a personal preference and overall really amazing food .

It's an ice-cream parlour, what do you want ...the coffee is rubbish but the waffles are ok .The "Bathroom" was disgusting.

NOT A GELATO! I don't know how they can get away with calling this Gelato. Supermarket ice cream is actually better than this.

This place is so calming with good music and the waffles are to die for !! They are so soft and all the combinations just melts on your tongue. And our waitress Silvia, was so helpful and nice!! 5 stars for her!!!

Incredible ice cream, friendly service and great drinks too. Recommended for any dessert fanatics, especially with the variety of options too. Sundaes, Fudge Brownies, Pancakes, Crepes.

The food was very nice however the service was even greater, was treated extremely good when we came in and all our needs where attended to. Other businesses should look into having there staff have the same enthusiasm and attitude to work that was shown here.

Came here last evening and it was nice I love cookie dough from here however this branch I’m un impressed with as I have severe food poisoning it wasn’t cooked for long enough and I woke up a few hours later after arriving home at 1am with vomit all over I want a refund and a manger to reply to me

This place always hits the spot. The desserts are prepared fresh and served really hot and quick. Arundhati was extremely sweet and check up on me to see if I needed anything. Well worth the visit.

Asked by staff to leave review. And she stood there til i scanned the QR code to do it and began filling it in, felt pressured to say yes. Prefer leaving reviews by choice not being asked and watched to make sure i do. Previous experience here was fine. Decent gelato, but uh, we might go somewhere else now... 🤔

Staff were helpful however Jerry caused some issues regarding a refund, the atmosphere was dull and rather uncomfortable. Our friend noticed the toilets had not been checked/cleaned since 11am and we visited at 7pm. Silvia was a lovely staff member she was having a laugh with us as we were leaving and sometimes had a smile on her face. The food was stale and we couldn't eat half the desserts we ordered. Silvia was rude and laughed when we had an issue with the refund.

silvia was an amazing staff member she was helpful and allowed me to use their plug socket for a charger all though another member of staff ( jerry) was quite disrespectful and wasnt giving the 5 star customer service that is needed i would appreciate if he had extra training and was able to understand the 10 steps of customer service i have been here many times and i have loved going here with friends and family all though the way he talked about me was very rude and coming of an ice stone gelato staff member many thanks tyshaun

My wife took me there as she had seen good reviews online. Was disappointed from the front door. The entry way from the outside is dirty and shabby on the inside. Decor looks dated. As for the dessert, my wife's dessert was so sweet she could only have one spoonful. She also had one scoop of icecream which was ok but very small scoop. Disappointed with the baklava and ice cream dessert. The only thing that tasted good out of what we ordered was the Mocha. Would not recommend and would not return, uh maybe for a Mocha but I doubt it.

Came to try the tiramisu after seeing they had added it to their menu which is already filled with amazing choices. Delicious

The food was excellent, I had the Peanut butter stack sundae and loved it although it was very intense, my partner had the strawberry cloud Sunday and found it delightful. The atmosphere could have been improved by some background music. Other than that, the service was great; very welcoming and friendly.

Great food, great atmosphere. The Gelato was really great as well. Arudhiti was our host and she made us feel extremely welcomed despite showing at an almost ungodly hour. If you are craving for a (very) late night Gelato, this is the place!

I visited this place with my friend and was excited to try somewhere new but I am sad to say I was sorely disappointed! I ordered a waffle and paid extra for strawberries which I didn’t receive, my milkshake tasted sour like it had gone off, and look at the dirty spoon I received! The woman taking orders was very lovely and sweet, but that is the only redeeming feature of my visit. Will not be quick to visit again.

Found 3 hairs in my cookie dough, and when it first got served to me the waitress didn’t inform me of how hot the plate would be and i burnt my hand. Wouldn’t recommend

We came here for a quick something to eat due to running out of time for some proper food before our booking at the escape room. The man very kindly made them quick and the food was still very well presented! Service was brilliant, been twice now and will be back again! Thank you! We went on the 30th July.
