Staff absolutely golden, nothing too much trouble. Excellent fresh food no hesitation in recommending. Just concerned that we might not get in next time. Go and enjoy as they deserve to have the customers. Scones excellent.

Really lovely food and amazing service. However, the whole experience was marred by the toddlers running around and screeching. Along with some extremely loud adults who appeared to be the children’s parents. We were told by staff that this wasn’t usual but it was a lot to cope with during our evening meal. Would return to try to food again and hope that isn’t how the pub usually is.

Nice staff and ok coffee but could be better if used better beans...illy always taste not fresh IMO.

Great village pub brilliant landlady and staff

Came as part of a group so had a booked table slot. Had never heard of this place as it was booked by a friend but so pleased we came! Situated in the lovely Great Western Arcade, this lovely little venue has a long list of great cocktails, good atmosphere and pleasant staff. Started off with our table upstairs and then moved downstairs to a seat by the door which was great for people watching! Definitely recommend and would visit again.

Had a Sunday lunch here as reviews looked good and the dinner looked nice on website photo. Very disappointed as it looked nothing like the photo on the website. No home made Yorkshire pudding as stated on menu it was frozen as was the roasters! Menu said fluffy mash we didn't get any mash at all. Would not recommend for food at all.

We had my daughter’s wedding evening here and we are so grateful to Lorraine and her team (Isla’s Kitchen) for providing an outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble. Lorraine really takes the time to talk about different options regarding room decor, food and general event planning. We could tell that she genuinely enjoys what she does and she has a brilliant team who equally go above and beyond. I would recommend Isla’s Kitchen at Rolleston Club for any occasion if you have a membership or would like to join.

We were in the local area away for the weekend with our little dog and needed to find somewhere for breakfast. I messaged via FB yesterday as I wasn’t sure if they were dog friendly, they messaged back very quickly despite being closed at the time to say they were. We had breakfast there this morning. Everything was cooked well (especially the bacon which most places it isn’t) the cup of tea was great too. I had the full breakfast with extra sausage (for the dog) extra hash brown (for the wife) and black pudding. All in all a fantastic breakfast at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be visiting here again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for a fab breakfast.

I love this place. The pastries are the best as is the coffee. Perfect for a quick visit before train or even when you're not catching a train! Dog friendly too.

Such an amazing evening! Sat in front of an open fire playing board games and then listening to live music by candlelight. Lovely atmosphere. Landlord and bar staff so welcoming and friendly. Option to take in food from any local takeaway! We only meant to stay 30 mins we ended up staying 5 hours plus!!
