4 of us ate in the cafe today. Our first visit and we were all absolutely delighted with the food in terms of quality and quantity. Big shout out to Stu for excellent service and banter.

Recently purchased my first road bike (Honda cb1000r) from CMC Cannock and the service i recieved was amazing, the bike was exactly as descibed and if anything it was better than i was expecting, nothing was too much hassle for Simon who i dealt with and he made the whole process a breeze. Visited the cafe at CMC Cannock a few times & it's always a lovely experience. Warm & friendly atmosphere, very clean & modern with food that's cooked superb. I recently bought a 2022 XMAX from CMC and what a pleasure it was. Simon Jones made the whole process so easy and effortless. I live quite far away from CMC so couldn’t view the bike before purchasing, but Simon did a walk around video for me and made me feel very at ease with buying the bike from a distance. The bike was delivered a few days later with all paperwork etc by a very helpful and professional delivery driver. I couldn’t rate these guys higher, I would definitely buy more bikes from CMC in the future.

Bought a 2021 Triumph bonneville T120 from CMC, I purchased a 2016 Bonneville from them 4 1/2 years ago. Great service and price. Simon Jones gave us plenty of time to browse through the stock, and always gave us time to think m but was always on hand to give us more information.

Having bought a new Yamaha scooter the service I received from the shop has been first class,Adam in sales Simon in parts Neil in service and Tom in clothing have shown excellent customer service had my bike delivered which was a delight and arrived with care and since had accessories fitted and an excellent job from the technicians therefore I would highly recommend the Cannock store as 5 star

The assistant made sure my grandson had all the motor bike clothes he needed and fitted properly I was impressed.

I was looking for a Honda Goldwing “Bagger” Dct in black - I saw one at CMC Cannock on the website - I spoke with Simon and requested a walkabout video and a px deal on two of my bikes towards this Bagger. Costs and px were ok - and pretty fair so I did the deal. Delivery and collection date sorted (very friendly and polite delivery driver too) and I was a new happy CMC customer. 😀 even on a rainy day. Bike was as per video - clean, tidy and low mileage. Communication all the way through was simple and Simon kept me up to date all the way through the process. Highly recommend this company from my point of view - and along with a lifetime warranty / I hope for many many tours on this beast - all trouble free. Thanks 🙏

Recently bought a bike from here, quality of stock is very good with plenty of choice. Happy with the bike I've purchased and at a reasonably fair price. Bit of confusion over accessories with my PX so my advice would be to remove these before requesting a valuation. Was pleasantly surprised with a full tank of fuel but not sure it's been cleaned before I've received it but not the end of the world. Overall I'm satisfied with what I've got and was much happier completing once dealing with the sales manager who was very good.

I bought my bike 7 years ago from CMC Cannock. I still have it serviced here, every 12 months. The service I receive is second to none. Plus, they have a cracking cafe. I will continue to use them.

Another excellent meal at The Kitchen in CMC Motorcycles! Eggs, bacon, beans and the absolute best fried bread I have ever tasted!! The staff were once again warm and friendly and the space is clean, tidy and immaculate! If you’re out and about in cannock or at the designer outlet this place is worth a visit! the jacket potatoes and burgers that were coming out looked outstanding! You won’t be disappointed! Located at the traffic lights in Bridgetown behind carpet shop! Free parking too what more can you ask for..?

After taking my bike in for repairs not only did they use 2nd hand parts from another bike on the shop floor instead of replacing new..not bothering to ask me if that's what I wanted only to find out that the parts did not work. Frustrating But they also keeped me waiting on a number of times upstairs while waiting for the bike to be fixed only to be told that the bike would then not be ready now..staff upstairs very rude ..Also I find the new manager very harsh on part x price..Took my bike in for part x and was told my bike plus 4k...only had the bike from there a few months earlier thus was not the first time I had such harsh part x price..I went to another bike shop...street bikes and got a much fairer price..my bike plus £1.200 I now have a gsxs1000f and it's perfect..Will never step foot in C M C again

Had a great part x deal on my gsa1200 and came home on a s1000rr. 4th bike I've had off cmc and I will definitely be back again. Top service as always. Breakfast was banging too

From start to finish my experience with CMC Cannock was brilliant! No pressure whatsoever, just patience, knowledge and expertise. I started downstairs with the bikes and, already armed with roughly what I wanted, was soon the owner of a brand new MT125. Seemless and effortless. Next to upstairs to get the gear I needed. I was a bit of a handful because I've never had a bike before so had no clue what I wanted and had a million questions that took ages. But nothing was too much trouble for them and they made it easy. They even kept judgement to a jovial minimum when some of my questions were, in hindsight, kinda dumb! 😂 😂 The only negative was that I took so long making up my mind about what to get that, by the time I was done (I took HOURS!) the cafe had closed! 😢 But I took my son there a few days later for a full English and that was delicious and well priced too. Finally.... After having issues with a CBT provider (I recommend Riders North to no one ever!!), it was the staff at CMC who recommended Shire Oak in Brownhills where I breezed through, so they even helped me with that. They will definitely be my first port of call when it's time for me to move on to bigger bikes. 👍

Simon was a great Sales guy who (A) sorted out a new YZF 125R for my daughter and kept me informed along the way as you'd expect. He also got me a trial ride for a few hours on an MT-07 without issue. I'd recommend them based upon my short experience with them for sure.

Another fantastic meal at the kitchen in CMC! The food is absolutely out of this world! Staff are so friendly and obliging that nothing is ever too much trouble! The HUGE breakfasts are legendary and the range of the menu is massive! This place is definitely worth the visit wether you’re with family or friends! The bike selection is also worth casting your eyes over as is the clothing department! What a great day out we will of course be back again soon! Thank you!

Fantastic place would recommend to any one, just purchased a Ducati Diavel they had a few problems getting some parts which I expected with the bike I bought, but in the end they sorted it all out and happy with the end outcome great staff and great service.

Beautifully presented bikes. Knowledgable, friendly, ‘no pressure’ sales team. Road tested bike, completed paperwork and rode away the same day…..what’s not to like? (Oh! and great cafe).

My wife and I have just had the best breakfast ever at cmc Cannock I’m a truck driver and have had more breakfasts in many establishments all over the uk more than I should have had to be told according to my waist but this was by far the best expertly cooked no grease at all on the plate 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs (perfectly cooked) beans and Tomatoes , mushrooms, hash brown, black pudding and 2 toast and a coffee absolutely lovely we will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I had a beautiful breakfast here today . The staff are really kind happy and anything you want you can have . The food was perfectly cooked , honestly I’d say the best breakfast Iv ever had will definitely go back it was Lush ☺️

I originally bought my first motorcycle from CMC and when I came to look for something newer they were my first stop, and I had to look no further. The service is first class. It's not pushy. Just friendly, knowledgable people like Simon Jones, who was more than happy to spend time walking me through the bikes, their features and the services and generous warranty's that are on offer at CMC. I'd recommend to anyone looking for their next bike to visit the store.

I’ve always had my bikes from CMC as the staff are always very knowledgeable ,polite and nothing is ever a problem, and there is no pressure to buy, they will always make you feel like you’re part of their family and will advise you on what bike they believe would suit your interest.

A favourite Saturday afternoon haunt when BSB, WSB or motoGP isn't on the TV

Great showroom with ample parking. I thought I'd pick up some spark plugs while I was there, and while there were two people being served ahead of me at the counter, an employee from the showroom asked if he could help, even though I was moments from being served at the desk, very considerate and really appreciated.

Just a great place to go, even if you're not in the market for a bike or any kit right now, go for a browse and sit upstairs with a drink n some food while being in a room full of awesomeness choc full of motorbikes. My only complaint.... Wanting 30k for a ninja h2 instead of letting me buy it for tuppence.
