Cmc Motorcycles in Cannock Chase

This is about the 10th bike I have bought from CMC since 2009 and have always been really happy with the bikes I have bought and if there has ever been an issue it's been sorted. I have bought bikes elsewhere but the lifetime warranty you get from CMC does give you a better piece of mind when buying a used bike. I have always dealt with Simon or Chris who have always looked after me and tried to give me a good deal . Had a great deal on my Tiger Explorer 1200, very pleased

My 2nd time buying a bike from CMC Cannock and there's a reason I went back - they are excellent to deal with, Simon in particular, but also the guys upstairs who sorted me out with a new helmet and the delivery guy (I dont remember their names, but everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and just wanted to make the whole experience a good one). Wanted a Street Triple and they had a few to choose from so was able to pick a bike that matched my budget, spec, and a mileage I was happy with. Not planning on buying a new bike for a little while, but when I do, CMC Cannock will always be my first stop.

Often call in for a browse and food at the cafe. Bought a bike last year from their vast selection. They also provide full service facilities and a comprehensive clothing section. Knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.

Travelled over to Cannock branch to view a bike advertised on their site and first impressions of the whole store were great. Lots of stock and all bikes immaculately turned out. I was made to feel very welcome without being pressured. Dealt with Simon, one of the sales staff who was very professional and offered me a very competitive trade in on my bike against the bike I wanted. Transaction was done smoothly and the bike delivered a few days after everything had gone through. Thoroughly recommend the team at Cannock even though it's some 30 miles from where I live, I don't mind travelling to get that level of customer service. Bought a BMW R1200R and traded a Kawasaki Z1000....pictures below.

I have purchased my Kawasaki VN900 from CMC Cannock. The whole experience could not be better, thanks to Simon who went not an extra mile but ten extra miles... For starters he transferred the bike from one of their shops to Cannock which saved me time and money by not travelling almost 3h each way... Then he showed me bike inside out and started the bike's engine just to amuse me :) Simon explained all about the bike, MOT and service history, what may need attention in the future etc. Once we agreed the sale he arranged for a 12 month MOT and a brand new tire fitted at no cost. And then free delivery to me. Unfortunately I do not remember the delivery guy's name, but he was top notch too, bang on scheduled time, easy and very careful hand over. If I ever buy another bike I will first go and speak to Simon at CMC Cannock!

Popped in for the first time today to try the café. Food was spot on. Ordered the small breakfast and it was lovely and came out the kitchen fast. Lovely and clean and the man who served us was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return 😋

I was looking for at a new bike, a T7 or MT09. Popped to see CMC which had one in the showroom. Sadly someone at a different store also wanted that same bike but, Simon at CMC Cannock was able to match the price on a new bike ordered in. Communication was good throughout the ordering process, and takeover of the bike was also a good experience and the bike's functions well explained. I made use of the 10% customer discount to get the Mrs some new kit. Would recommend and will use again

Would highly recommend CMC Cannock. We bought our Yamaha 125 from them, no pressure, friendly knowledgeable sales for the bike and also parts too. The showroom is very well presented, all the bikes were immaculate. The cafe breakfast was fantastic, hot fresh and quick and served by friendly staff. We bought the bike straight away as it was in near new condition and it was delivered within a couple of days. It arrived on time in perfect condition by a friendly delivery driver. I cannot fault them and was an all round 5 star service from start to finish.

Passed my a2 the day before I went into cmc to purchase a cb500x that I had been stalking for a while. Went to speak to someone about it and they were happy to oblige and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Showed me around the bike took me though warranty and all the good stuff. Before hand over I was passed over to Simon who I had a lovely chat with and was congratulated on passing my test. This detail was also dropped into the Facebook post which I thought was really kind. After buying the bike I was given a 30 day 10% code for in store which I thought was a little bit tight feel as though it could be a little more considering how much I had spent as well as being given a hot drink token also feel like this could’ve been extended to a sandwich but hey ho All the staff are great Great show of bikes Good attention to detail on inspection

Offered me £1700 p/x on a bike KTM & SBK Factory just offered me £2800 on. I had 8.5k to spend here as well. Don't part ex your bike with these conmen, they will try and mug you off.

If I could give more stars than 5 I really would... I have never written a review before but I'm definitely going too for these guys. It was my first time buying a new bike, so I went to the cannock store, and immediately impressed by the stock they have. Absolutely immaculate, all show room condition! I was greeted by Simon Jones, who wasn't forceful or pushy(like some dealers are) for me to pick a bike immediately. He let me walk around and get a feel of all the bikes and I finally fell in love with one and he was extremely helpful from the get go! Couldn't recommend these guys enough, the bike was delivered 2 days later in pristine condition as it was in the shop. Will be returning in the future and will continue to send all my biker friends and family there for any future purchases!

Difficult to find anything you might like here, doesn't seem to be any particular order in which the bikes are displayed, whether it be brand, engine size, age, hp or price, you just shuffle around squeezing in between bikes, sure if you know what you want and have seen it advertised you just ask one of the staff but as for window shopping?.... Nahh!

Called for a nature break, amazed at the stock of clothes they hold. Cafe upstairs that cook food. Loads of bikes on floor. Popular with visitors. Parking with plemty of space. Will visit again, planed.

I wanted a Bike. An MT125 on a 74 plate. At the time I didn’t have a licence but was arranging one. This went on for a month or so. The dealership held the bike for me and delivered it within a few days of me passing my test. The bike arrived on time with a phone call prior to delivery and it also had enough fuel to easily get me to a garage (after a spin round the block) and was in A1 condition. The sales man Simon was as pleasant as pie and the delivery guy was pretty happy too considering he had covered a fair few miles that day and had to cross Bristol… if you know you know. I’ve put 200 miles on her so far and once the break in process is done. I’ll be sending it to them for the first service. Aftercare has been fine not needed, but Simon has ensured I am totally satisfied for which the answer is yes. Ive been having a great few days and I’m sure many more to come. Yea I recommend this dealer. I have had a good experience. And the bike is a beauty. Thanks Lenny

The Cafe Just had lunch jacket spud cheese and beans Husband had Chips sausage and eggs. We highly recommend followed by a good coffee.

Brilliant staff, really friendly and appreciated the conversation, brought out our food and the beans were acctually warm unlike most places! 😂 Overall a great team and perfect food!

Yeh went here on Saturday 26th and asked for a breakfast i didn't know it had finished with that menu, the guy went and asked a person in the kitchen and they first said no, then changed their mind, I wasn't expecting it because it was late in the day, very friendly staff and welcoming I will return soon. Came to this cafe today ordered my not so normal breakfast 2 toast with a slice of bacon on each with mushrooms ontop then melted cheese. They didnt let me down absolutely gorgeous highly recommended.

Been going to CMC for nearly 20 years won't go anywhere else

Needed to drain the bullet, a ferocious cb125 of the Honda r kind so stopped off for some dinosaur juice. No waffle straight to the point chit chat with the friendly bike chap on the till swiftly purchased 1000ml of the finest 10W40. The caff was decent too, some of those generous sized breakfasts I witnessed others consuming would have satisfied even Tyson Fury the gypsy king. Worth a mooch.

One of the best bike shops I’ve been in with plenty of choice on bikes. The lads on clothing have always got time for you and always give you the best advice to get the right fit. The food in the cafe is worth a trip alone.

I’d read and heard about CMC’s good reputation, and it was an easy decision to travel from Telford to view the vast stock of motorcycles at their Cannock branch. All bikes are well presented and are testimony to the hard work that’s gone into preparing them to look and function at their best for the customers. If it wasn’t for the registration plates, you’d think all bikes were new! I bought a low-mileage, 12-year old Suzuki GSX1250FA sports tourer after arranging a test ride. Simon Jones, Sales Executive, turned out to be a friendly and knowledgeable chap who ensured that my many questions were answered and that I was happy before I took Suki out for a spin. She looked and rode as new, and before I knew it, I’d completed many enjoyable miles on a variety of road types. The ride was impeccable with the bike performing faultlessly. It was a no-brainer to purchase, and Simon made the experience a breeze. He even taxed the bike and topped up the fuel tank before I hit the open road for home. Credit must also go to Tom, who looked after me whilst deciding on a new lid, riding gear, etc. It must be said that he was very patient and knowledgeable on all aspects of my purchases. To summarise I’d say that CMC, Cannock are well worth considering if you’re in the market for another motorcycle. They are a friendly bunch of people who obviously have the best interests of their customers at heart. Not once was I made to feel pressured into making a decision throughout my time there. The showroom is bright, modern and clean, and upstairs is dedicated to an extremely comprehensive stock of clothing and accessories all at reasonable prices. On this floor is also a modern and very clean café which provides a good selection of refreshments. I’d highly recommend including one of their delicious full-English breakfasts when you visit……delicious!

Dealt with fairly efficiently & had a good feed at the cafe, but I'm informed they're not the best value nor the best mechanics in Cannock.

Only had cause to visit their clothing department but had a good choice and very helpful staff.

I recently visited Canook CCM Motorcycle Company and had a great experience. They offer an excellent selection of motorcycles and accessories, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The store has a good range of products, especially motorcycle accessories, which are prominently displayed. The car park is spacious, but the entry can be a bit confusing, so keep an eye out for signs. While I didn’t need much assistance during my visit, I found the staff to be friendly and polite, which added to the positive atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great place and worth visiting.

Rather fantastic display of second hand motorcycles, beautifully kept and prepared and ready to go and on same day basis. Very relaxed and test riding and simply a lovely set of people to deal with. I have ridden motorcycles all my adult life and this is only the second one I have bought from a dealer. That's how good I found them.

Very friendly,helpful staff. No salespeople are rushing up to you as soon as you enter the store. Huge selection of motorcycles to browse around. The Instore café is a bonus, too. A very enjoyable experience 😊 👍🏼

Brilliant bikes and even better food

Bought my Yamaha RayZR 125 from here, Simon was very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the turn around for my bike was 24 hours which was even better. I would highly recommend these guys.

I purchased a Triumph Speedmaster from CMC recently and was really happy with the entire process. Popped into CMC for breakfast and a bit of tyre kicking and came out with a receipt for a bike. I've bought a few bikes from CMC over the years and have always had a great experience with them, no mithering or hard selling you can walk around the place at leisure all day and if you want something the staff are always happy to help. Simon Jones has helped me buy all the bikes I've had from them and he was there again this time when I purchased the BMW I had a great deal and had it delivered once it had been through the workshop, an absolute seamless purchase, I can't praise them enough! Oh..! The cafe is top nosh too... great sarney's.

This is the 2nd bike from CNC Cannock. Simon made the whole process very easy . Initially I was supposed to get a Suzuki SXR, but Simon suggested pros/cons which when weighed was not a good option for me . Long story short, ended up with Triumph Black 1200 which really suited my needs . Thank you once again.
