This is very nice little coffee shop. We had a lovely welcome, the staff was very nice, the coffee cake and sausage roll was great and most of all dog friendly

Quality Cafe with good variety of food and drink

You could tell the food was homemade. It was really tasty with balanced flavours. Staff had great customer service skills. Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and not rushed.

A little gem tucked in the picturesque town of Broadway, serving quality food with the freshest ingredients! The staff are top-notch (10/10), they answer any question you ask and they are really kind, generous people! The price is great, affordable for the top quality of food. My recommendation is the Mac & Cheese ball (which is a must-try)!

Popped in at random for an afternoon coffee. Very friendly staff, great tasting coffee and delicious cakes (we tried 5 different ones between us & they were all really nice!) and even better knowing it's all homemade on site. We will be back!!

Visited for a bite to eat whilst on a short trio to Broadway. From the moment we walked in until the time we left we felt very welcome. We chose two of the pre prepared sandwiches which were very fresh, packed with filling and tasted delicious. Both the coffee and teas were also very good, all served with a smile by the proprietor.

We had a lovely lunch in the Market Pantry, the sausage rolls and tuna sandwiches are delicious. We would highly recommend and the staff are very friendly and caring. Thank you very much, we will visit again on our next trip to Broadway.

Great food, friendly service with an Aussie touch.

A nice little cafe on the Broadway High Street. We visited this cafe on a weekend afternoon and was pleased to find it was still open even though many others were closed. We managed to get a window seat and we were served within moments. The staff here were really chatty and it was a pleasure to stop for a while and enjoy our surroundings.

Outstanding service, food and espresso. We sat on the middle table and had a pasty, homemade chicken, cranberry and stuffing roll and a pizza. Excellent place. I will be visiting here very often.

A lovely little cafe which I visited today for a spot of lunch whilst exploring Broadway. As a family we had a variety of products all of which were made in-house and each was brilliant. I had the full breakfast scotch egg which was packed with bacon and so much flavour (my photo really does not do it justice). We also had a small pepperoni pizza, lamb samosa and a Bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich. Each item tasted amazing. We also had a couple of coffees (latte and oat milk cappuccino) which were perfect and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. A brilliant place to grab a bite if you're in the area.

Great food and service. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. The food was delicious and very well priced for the area. Definitely recommend for a nice lunch stop if your lucky enough to be passing through.

We stopped at The Pantry last week with our dog for a coffee and decided it was a lovely place to go back for lunch. Homemade quiche, homemade pizza and homemade MacnCheese ball were all absolutely delicious as was the ice cream to follow. What a find, will certainly be back next time in Broadway. The husband and wife team were very friendly.

Delicious food, attentive service, excellent value. Eat in or takeaway. We had a selection of snacks for lunch, samosa, quiche and a camembert parcel. Definitely recommend

We had just been for a walk up to the tower and on our way back down to the village we stop of here for a bit to eat the pastries are to die for and even the coffee was one of the best cup I’ve had. Service was lovely and friendly. Perfect for a quick light bite to eat

Brilliant experience here for lunch on a Sunday at around 2pm, fairly busy but service was quick, with friendly staff. Great selection of foods, the homemade pizzas and quiches were very tasty. Coffee was on point and homemade brownies were even better.

Lovely, friendly service. Hot drinks and sweets were ok, strangely served in disposable cups and plates even though eating in, maybe because it was soon before closing.

Every time we visit we're greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming conversation. Market Pantry is a staple of Broadway life, the shop ebbs and flows with tourists as the seasons come and go. Everyone is greeted with a delightfully captivating smell of freshly home-baked (on-premise) savouries. The ham and cheese pastry was especially good and we can vouch from personal experience 🥰 Market Pantry's coffee is sourced locally from UE Coffee Roasters, a small batch macro-roaster that creates amazing specialty coffees. Local sourcing is a theme throughout with ingredients for their food originating from local suppliers who also include ice cream from Hoorays Gelato in Stratford, another winner in our books! Stopped in after walking back to Broadway from Chipping Camden. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. We had a few different things to eat, and a small dessert as well. The food was fantastic! All homemade, right there in the open kitchen. A couple tables inside, and a few more outside. A great, quality snack/small meal in the middle of the day. Loved it.

Popped in here over the weekend and had the most delicious homemade sausage roll. warm and scrumptious washed down with a lovely latte coffee. Really recommend this place Great hospitality and fabulous food

Great food and drinks. The guy serving us was a real gent. Perfect way to end a long walk.

We stopped for coffee and sausage rolls after reading some reviews and we were not disappointed. The sausage rolls are to die for! We thought the rolls at The Farm Stratford were excellent but these are in another league. Homemade from 97% Gloucestershire Old Spot pork, and at only £3 each, they are absolutely delicious. The shop is family run and the young man there was lovely. If you like sausage rolls then this shop is a must.

Had lunch here as result of reading the excellent Tripadvisor reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh and very tasty- I only wished I'd had room for one of the delicious-looking cakes. I understand that all the food is made on the premises, which is not the case in most of the Broadway outlets now.

Went for waffles and the staff were absolutely lovely! I had a lotus biscoff waffle and it was delicious! Would recommend as they also have milkshakes, ice cream, baked goods and pizza!

This cafe is the god of all cafes. Especially the Mac and cheese balls. The reason why me and my parents went from Manchester to Broadway when we on our adventures in the Cotswolds. The pizza is amazing, I had my favourite topping on it, pepperoni & mozzarella! Conclusion: The food is unreal and amazing,the staff are kind-hearted and the decor is welcoming . I would recommend. My son had a ‘Mac’n’Cheese Ball’ basically a scotch egg with macaroni cheese filling and a chicken mayo wrap. He described it as ‘unreal and unbelievably delicious’ He also enjoyed a wonderful ice cream which is from Hoorays of Stratford upon Avon. There is a huge selection of savouries to choose from including sausage roll, pizza, samosa, quiche, Bagel, flatbread, salad. Also, they have a variety of homemade cakes, flapjack, carrot cake or brownie. Tea and coffee is equally excellent offering Leaf tea, artisan coffee and hot chocolate. My daughter’s favourite is the ice cream milkshake. You can Eat in or takeaway or both!

Stopped in Broadway for refreshments on route to elsewhere for a long weekend. Chose this establishment for cake and coffee. Glad I did. I chose the Mars Bar Crispy cake from a tempting display of home made cakes to go with my cappuccino. Both were excellent. Being served by two very friendly members of staff made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

While visiting Broadway my wife and I popped in and had lunch. I think it was the homemade sausage rolls (pork & bacon) on display that enticed us in and they didn't disappoint, truly scrumptious. We also had a wrap that was tasy and fresh, they also sold homemade cakes and pizzas. Apart from the food the service was also first class and friendly, they obviously appreciate their customers and it shows not just in the service but the quality of the food.

There’s ice cream and then there ice cream from here! Best ever!! Lovely staff. Great range of pastries and cakes I was eager to try but couldn’t get past the ice cream ha. Will return again and again at the expensive of my hips!!! Lol

What a lovely place for a coffee and a snack in a beautiful location. The service was fantastic, the food wonderful and coffee perfectly made for us. The food is all made on site and the team are friendly and very welcoming. We tried the homemade sausage roll, spinach and feta pastry and the blondie, all of which were lovely and really well priced against some of the establishments along the High Street. Would recommend and we will visit again soon

Absolutely gorgeous little place to stop off for a flatbread / bagel, both filled with fillings! Also the carrot cake is top tier! Very reasonably priced for lunch when in the area, unlike some nearby places charging £13 for a toastie!

One of our favourite eateries in Broadway. Bought a box of delicious yummies last Friday, 2x apple crumble cakes, a fabulous brownie, and a piece of millionaire shortbread. Also treated myself to an iced coffee. Totally delicious! Such lovely friendly ownersand all food made on the premises.

People were still at the shop, but nice enough young girl at the door explained to us that she is there to make sure that “no queuing after 5”. There was no prospect of queuing - there were only us in front of the shop. Was she diligently “following orders”? Quite possibly. Was it great customer service or good business practice? You tell me, but this shop is off our list, there is enough alternatives there.

Popped in yesterday for coffee and cake. We had ‘flat white’ and granola to go. Coffee was excellent even in takeaway cups and the granola was probably the best I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Regresamos al lugar 40 minutos después, eran más de las 3 pm en ese momento, y la mesa que vi todavía estaba vacía. La misma camarera de mediana edad nos dio una mesa justo al lado de la entrada y era un lugar frío. Cuando le pregunté si podíamos sentarnos en la mesa que vi antes que todavía estaba vacía, ella se negó, diciendo que estaba reservada. Aproximadamente 25 minutos después, una pareja blanca entró, la pareja estaba preguntando si había mesas disponibles y la camarera los llevó directamente a la mesa cerca de la cocina, en la que se negó a sentarnos.Broadway es un pueblo de Cotswold con cajas de chocolate, pero esta tienda de sándwiches es muy racista. Nunca volveré allí y me gustaría decirles a todos los clientes que no sean blancos ni ingleses nativos que se mantengan alejados de esta tienda de sándwiches. La comida estaba sobrevalorada aquí y cara. ¡Y horrible servicio racista! !

¡Nuestro lugar favorito para comer está abierto nuevamente y con algunas delicias nuevas! ¡Ahora sirve una deliciosa selección de comida para llevar y pasteles, así como helado! Están horneando pasteles nuevos y probamos flapjacks, Rocky Road, muffin Biscoff y muffin de chocolate. ¡Como era de esperar, eran de primera categoría! Además samosa casera de cordero, rollo de salchicha, empanada de Cornualles y pizza. No se preocupe ya que el menú todavía incluye todos los maravillosos platos principales del almuerzo, como sopa casera, hamburguesas y papas fritas (¡las adecuadas, por supuesto!) Quiche, ensaladas y una gran selección de sándwiches. Antes de las 11 de la mañana puede darse un capricho con butties de salchicha y tocino, tostadas y granola. ¡Un gran café y una variedad de tés de hoja también, hacen de un viaje a Market Pantry una experiencia Foodie Heaven!

Excellent breakfast, quite slow in arriving but worth it when it did. I can recommend the avocado on toast with bacon but everything looked fantastic. Cakes look great too. Lovely atmosphere and staff

We had lunch here, having also visited a few years ago. Suffice to say it's still a lovely place to see the world go by as you can sit and gaze out the window, enjoying a delicious hot chocolate and toasted sandwich. The wait for the food really didn't matter and, anyway, it came out quicker than they had forewarned.

Nos avisaron de inmediato que el almuerzo no se iba a servir hasta alrededor de las 12. 15, que estaba bien para nosotros, así que primero tomamos un café. Tuve el sándwich especial de tocino, aguacate y mermelada de chile que era tan sabroso y vino con una cantidad muy generosa de ensalada. Mi madre tenía una de las papas con la que también estaba muy contenta. Personal amable y buen ambiente también. Me encantaría visitar de nuevo.

Y mientras esperamos, tomé el bullicioso café.Deliciosos desayunos, café y papeles, pasteles y chats. . . Decidí volver con las tropas más tarde en la semana para el desayuno. Cuando me entregaron mi café, nuestro perro se molestó y le dieron un regalo. . . él también estaba feliz. El café era un equilibrio perfecto entre amargo, rico y cremoso: si amas el café como a mí, ¡sabrás a lo que me refiero!He vuelto todas las mañanas desde entonces y todos fuimos a desayunar también; ¡delicioso! Los champiñones son lo más destacado y mi hijo declaró que su sándwich de tocino era "el mejor cajón"; tocino cortado grueso en un sándwich suave a la puerta. El chocolate caliente es una comida en sí mismo: malvaviscos y crema batida; ¡increíble! El personal es amable, atento y eficiente. This lovely cafe never disappoints! Great staff, attentive service, cosy atmosphere, always good food. It can get busy and be tricky to find a table.. but that’s the only downside. Dog friendly too. Will keep on returning.

We tried to eat at the market pantry twice during our stay at the Lygon. The first time, we had missed breakfast, so check that beforehand if you’re planning on eating here. The second time there were no tables available. I was told it could be a 10-50 minute wait, for me and my boyfriend. We had just checked out of the hotel and it was raining outside, so we thought we would wait for 10 minutes or so. I felt uncomfortable waiting, not a nice feeling. It was clear staff, one bearded man in specifically, didn’t want us waiting. To confirm this, he then approached saying we couldn’t stand there. My boyfriend said, ‘so we should wait outside in the rain?’ he say we would have to, that it was a fire exit so we couldn’t stand there. He added that he had told us it could be a 10 or 50 minutes. Of course making us feel totally unwelcome again. A minute or two after we left a table became free for 2. Of course we didn’t want to go back in. I understand they must follow fire regulations, but on both occasions we felt distinctly unwanted here. I hardly ever write reviews, but after a really lovely two days away, this was a sour note to end our trip.
