Horrible. Ordered on deliveroo. Didn’t even receive the food. And no one’s picking up the phone either.

This was one of the restaurants I’ve ever visited

What a lovely place to start the day! We came here to celebrate my birthday and they made me feel very special. 😊 Big shout out to Nyah, she went above and beyond to accomodate us. We'll definitely return! P.S. You need to try the breakfast patty with mustard!

Popped in here for a coffee and breakfast before an important meeting. Met by Nyah and Josh who were all smiles when I walked through the door.

Lovely cafe and very friendly staff. Great upstairs area which would be perfect for events. Food is great - especially the sweetcorn hash and scones. Joseph and the team are very welcoming and have accommodated myself and friends with additional physical needs. Great place to come in Solihull.

Really liked this place. It’s my first time dining in BTP and I was very impressed with the welcome we received on arrival. Nyah and her staff were lovely and friendly, and we received fantastic service throughout. The food was also really tasty and I’d highly recommend the Oreo Shake! Will definitely visit again ☺️

Went for a leaving on maternity lunch. Food was great, very tasty and can taste the quality, instead of mass produced food Staff were brilliant and the lady I booked with remembered me when I came in, which felt a nice personal touch. Only thing I could say is the price of the soft drinks, a can of coke zero over £3 !!! Will definitely be back

Nice relaxed atmosphere. There's always a quiet corner for me to have breakfast and do a little work. The service is quick and the food spot on. Nyah and the team give a warm welcome, which is much appreciated on those chilly mornings. Decent music selection as well....

Always a warm welcome and yummy food at Solihull BTP! I had poached eggs on toast with bacon, and tried lemongrass and ginger tea for the first time- delicious!

We had a lovely brunch, with fabulous service and very tasty food. We had a big group of us, and we still had great service. Highly recommend.

Incredible food and absolutely lovely service. We ordered the sweetcorn hash and Boston bowl, both very filling and tasty. We ordered hash browns on the side and only a slight confusion as they added them to my plate whereas we wanted to share them. Nyah, the assistant manager was so accommodating and immediately saw to it we were provided another portion. Food cane really quick and massive shout-out to Alex, Kelly and Ivan too, food was perfect. Can't wait to come back and try some different dishes. Also recommend the iced coffee, don't let the avocado put you off, it was perfect and creamy

Staff were lovely, really welcoming and chatty. It was a nice atmosphere, although the music was a little loud for a Sunday lunch catch-up. The food was not great. I ordered a cheese and pickle toastie, which was ok, but over cooked and came with some really greasy, tepid chips. Would have been better with a bit of salad or something more complementary. For a simple plate it was not well presented or cooked.

Great food, nice and chilled eating space, they were very busy! Slight mishap with the order but they fixed it no charge so no problem.

Really wonderful place, staff are great and they always make a big fuss of our dog. Dog friendly! They always bring her some small dog treats! Eve served us and she was wonderful. All of the staff are great!

The bap was a bit small but ration of bacon was enormous, great atmosphere, good service and a nice place for breakfast...hidden near the entrance to John Lewis and easy to miss, Lode Lane carpark is nearby and cheaper than parking in John Lewis

Nice, clean tea rooms. 2 floors. Offers dine-in, takeaway, delivery, click and collect. Lovely, friendly staff. Child-friendly, high-chairs, dog-friendly. Parking available directly opposite in the John Lewis car park.

We had a fantastic breakfast! Poached eggs on toast and quesadilla with avocado. The coffee was excellent and the service (Robyn) couldn’t have been better! Thanks so much everyone :)
