Lovely little bistro type eaterie just outside the Touchwood centre serving breakfasts and lunches. A good vibe helped greatly by the staff. I opted for The Breakfast, at 12 noon (!) asking for the baked beans to be left out; I was offered an extra of something else to compensate. The meal arrived hot and freshly cooked. Good coffee too.

Boston Tea Party is a lovely relaxed place to grab a coffee and lunch. Friendly staff, good music and really good food! We always enjoy coming here when in Solihull. Ideally placed next to the Dominion Court car park and near to Touchwood and Waitrose. Thanks to Olivia, Jade, Joseph, Robyn and Beth x

Nice look to the place but the service was terrible. Over half an hour for a couple of breakfasts. In the end we were told the kitchen was backed up but when we are watching people get their food who arrived after us, it looks like we were actually forgotten about. Food was pretty bland, hash over crispy and sausage tasteless and greasy. Ice cubes in orange juice should be advised before putting them in the juice as that is a terrible combination. Not somewhere I would want to go again. The staff seemed nice but overall a bad experience.

We visited the Solihull Boston Tea Party for brunch and, at first, weren’t entirely happy with parts of our meal—some items, like the hash browns, were a bit overcooked. However, Nyah, one of the staff members, completely turned our experience around. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine positivity made such a difference! She went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, and we absolutely did. Nyah’s hospitality is a credit to the team, and thanks to her, we left feeling valued and looked after. A huge thank you to Nyah for making our visit memorable!

Staff here are charming. Nyah (manager) has hospitality down to a tee. Kate is patient and charming. She's also very knowledgeable. The chef takes the time to carefully prepare and present gluten-free dishes. Thank you, guys.

It's been a while since I've been to a BTP and I'd forgotten how good they are. We had brunch and it was delicious. The order at your table via a QR code is super convenient. The service was fast and the staff provided service with a smile, thanking us as we left. I definitely won't be leaving it so long before I'm back for a stack of those delicious hash browns!

I had a fantastic experience at the Boston Tea Party in Solihull! Nyah and Beth were absolutely brilliant – their service was friendly, attentive, and made the visit extra special. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the coffee was genuinely amazing, some of the best I’ve had in a while. BTP is our local coffee shop and one we visit regularly. The staff are always welcoming and Nyah takes extra care to look after us and our young son!

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. Christina was absolutely great, friendly and attentive.

Popped in on a Sunday. We were seated very quickly, menu was easy to get through. Atmosphere was nice, pretty busy! We ordered full English and eggs Benedict. The Benedict was oooook, I’ve had much better! My partner hated the breakfast so much that he didn’t finish it. He said the food was hard, rubbery like it had been left there for ages. We did wait 30 minutes just for our drinks and even longer for the food. Absolute waste of £50 and nobody even checked on us. Wouldn’t go back

Absolutely wonderful. Went in with the kids; the staff Nyah, Jade, Beth & Maddie were kind, helpful, polite, friendly and nothing was too much. Everything was so clean and the play areas were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. We’ll be back. Oh & the food, the kids said best pancakes & earl grey tea ever 💖

We went to the BTP this morning for breakfast, we ordered the breakfast at 11.95 . It arrived cold and obviously not cooked to order , terrible value for money, small portions! We will not be returning.

I just walked in a couple tried to order a drink, Soda and Blackcurrant and the lady at front till retorted , what? Before I had time to rephrase ,the lady serving said. What did she say, whilst I was still standing there. I felt humiliated, and left ad I was doing so all staff then just laughed .. I'm so appalled ,usually I don't write such comments , but I should not have felt humiliated like this, least of all be in tears outside......Simply Disgusting

We as a family regularly go to the boston tea party, for breakfast. This morning we were sat on table 10 at the Solihull one. How disgusting was the window shelfs, and the corners where the speakers were, full of bits off the plants, cobwebs, on doors, speakers and corners. I did tell a member of staff but she just looked at me,... as if to say I know.... but nothing was done It's very off putting eating food in dirty surroundings. .. if you went into a house and was offered a sandwich and you saw the cobwebs, you would refuse , so what's the difference ? Think the hygiene people missed that. AVOID SITTING AT TABLE 10 IN THE CORNER. Apart from that the food was ok, came out before the drinks, not very hot, but I was with my partner who doesn't like to cause a scene BTP you need to clean up your act!!!!

Coffee was terrible. There are at least 3 excellent coffee places in Solihull town center. Waste of money.

Had a lovely breakfast here, perfectly cooked scrambled egg. The service from Christina was brilliant, lovely and friendly and an amazing memory for what you have ordered too. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to BTP for years & I must say it was not good. The kids pancakes had shrunk considerably, I ordered the Veggie Hash. The egg was cold. Our table had been wiped but it was sticky, maple syrup on the floor, no napkins, .. wasn’t worth the money today for sure
