It was a very welcoming place to be. We were served by Hannah and Jade and they were super kind and helpful. The food service was amazingly quick and tasted wonderful.

Staff were lovely, really welcoming and chatty. It was a nice atmosphere, although the music was a little loud for a Sunday lunch catch-up. The food was not great. I ordered a cheese and pickle toastie, which was ok, but over cooked and came with some really greasy, tepid chips. Would have been better with a bit of salad or something more complementary. For a simple plate it was not well presented or cooked.

Great food, nice and chilled eating space, they were very busy! Slight mishap with the order but they fixed it no charge so no problem.

This is a charming cafe with a warm and inviting atmosphere; perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Their hot chocolate is outstanding: rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, easily one of the best I’ve had. Friendly staff and great vibes make this a must-visit for chocolate lovers

Really wonderful place, staff are great and they always make a big fuss of our dog. Dog friendly! They always bring her some small dog treats! Eve served us and she was wonderful. All of the staff are great!

The bap was a bit small but ration of bacon was enormous, great atmosphere, good service and a nice place for breakfast...hidden near the entrance to John Lewis and easy to miss, Lode Lane carpark is nearby and cheaper than parking in John Lewis

Nice, clean tea rooms. 2 floors. Offers dine-in, takeaway, delivery, click and collect. Lovely, friendly staff. Child-friendly, high-chairs, dog-friendly. Parking available directly opposite in the John Lewis car park.

Cozy and welcoming coffee house with friendly service and a super nice waitress. The space is clean, including the toilets, and the second floor is perfect for relaxing or working. Coffee is reasonably priced, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the atmosphere is great whether you’re solo or on a coffee date. Highly recommend!

Lovely little bistro type eaterie just outside the Touchwood centre serving breakfasts and lunches. A good vibe helped greatly by the staff. I opted for The Breakfast, at 12 noon (!) asking for the baked beans to be left out; I was offered an extra of something else to compensate. The meal arrived hot and freshly cooked. Good coffee too.

Boston Tea Party is a lovely relaxed place to grab a coffee and lunch. Friendly staff, good music and really good food! We always enjoy coming here when in Solihull. Ideally placed next to the Dominion Court car park and near to Touchwood and Waitrose. Thanks to Olivia, Jade, Joseph, Robyn and Beth x

Nice look to the place but the service was terrible. Over half an hour for a couple of breakfasts. In the end we were told the kitchen was backed up but when we are watching people get their food who arrived after us, it looks like we were actually forgotten about. Food was pretty bland, hash over crispy and sausage tasteless and greasy. Ice cubes in orange juice should be advised before putting them in the juice as that is a terrible combination. Not somewhere I would want to go again. The staff seemed nice but overall a bad experience.

We visited the Solihull Boston Tea Party for brunch and, at first, weren’t entirely happy with parts of our meal—some items, like the hash browns, were a bit overcooked. However, Nyah, one of the staff members, completely turned our experience around. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine positivity made such a difference! She went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, and we absolutely did. Nyah’s hospitality is a credit to the team, and thanks to her, we left feeling valued and looked after. A huge thank you to Nyah for making our visit memorable!

Staff here are charming. Nyah (manager) has hospitality down to a tee. Kate is patient and charming. She's also very knowledgeable. The chef takes the time to carefully prepare and present gluten-free dishes. Thank you, guys.

It's been a while since I've been to a BTP and I'd forgotten how good they are. We had brunch and it was delicious. The order at your table via a QR code is super convenient. The service was fast and the staff provided service with a smile, thanking us as we left. I definitely won't be leaving it so long before I'm back for a stack of those delicious hash browns!

I had a fantastic experience at the Boston Tea Party in Solihull! Nyah and Beth were absolutely brilliant – their service was friendly, attentive, and made the visit extra special. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the coffee was genuinely amazing, some of the best I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great service and a perfect cup of coffee. 10/10!

BTP is our local coffee shop and one we visit regularly. The staff are always welcoming and Nyah takes extra care to look after us and our young son!
