The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in West Midlands

Waste of time going. They only open when they feel like it which isn’t very often. Photos shown are old pictures when previous owners had the cafe nothing like that now.

We have been visiting Morrisons Cafés for years and they were always well known for being budget friendly, offering quality, fresh cooked Food to Order particularly there Breakfasts... I emphasise the word "were"! What has gone wrong? The Staff are clearly operating on a Skeleton Crew, that has become obvious particularly over the past 4-6months. Queues for Ordering, lack of Clean/Cleared Tables, lack of Clean Cutlery/Mugs for Self Service Tea & Coffee, Food Waits of approx 30/40mins which is absolutely fine as we're often informed upon Ordering but the quality of the Food has become dreadful. Food served warm, Bacon on Breakfasts fatty and undercooked, just slung on a pile on the Plate. Sausages shrivelled up as if they've been pre-cooked then reheated. Hash Brown's Raw. Fried Eggs are either undercooked and snotty or crispy and hard. Baked Beans there appears to be more Tomato Juice than Beans itself. Mushrooms watery and balnd as if they've been slung out of a Tin. Black Pudding almost deep-fried and incredibly crispy. The only positive I can mention about our Breakfast was the Toast... and yet Morrisons Breakfasts used to be superb 👌 Where to start regarding Childs Menu - Kids Eat Free is fantastic incentive however the quality of that has now become incredibly poor. We have a 7yr old who used to love Morissons Mac n Cheese/Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta served with Garlic Bread, it has now been replaced with some kind of Microwaveable Pasta with a very wet Sauce (if you could even call it that) with chunks of Aubergine, Courgette, Pepper, Onion and Tomato. Totally not Kid friendly, we had a 7yr old dissapointed to say the least! Improvements need to be made, stop trying to cut corners and do everything on the cheap... it doesn't work!

We came along to the tearoom with our family who were visiting for the holiday, had lunch and it wasn't the standard expected. My daughter had a panini, and after taking her first bite she had a huge hair in it taking it back she asked for a replacement, and queried no bacon to which she was told it would be an extra £1.50 She paid it and when the new panini arrived it had bacon sure enough...... it was really fatty, she wasn't happy and didn't eat the other half of it. The staff are young and in experienced with the public as didn't know how to address the public correctly, called me love! Food was less than average with nothing adventurous in the salad bowl,just the usual lettuce pepper tomato and Cucumber. No dressing, it was bacon &chicken, the chicken was breaded,overcooked hard with re- constituted chicken yuck- £9 down the drain. I'm so disappointed, we have been coming to this garden centre for many years and I have to say it's the worst meal I've had! I hope that maybe the chef/cook has a more varied and better thought out menu with more interesting things,not breaded battered everything!

What a disaster. Could not fund a seat at Costa so came here. Lots if staff but services slow and poor. No one in front of us but had to wait while everyone spoke into their head sets. No one using drive through so no idea who they were talking to. Only severed one drink at a time. Cost was more than I pay at Costa. Will not be returning. I can see why Costa was buzzing and Starbucks was empty.

Caja de recepción que caminé de vuelta a mi conferencia. Abrí la caja y estaba mohosa lechuga y pepino! dos tiras de salmón no infusionado estaba furioso y hambriento! Nada de canapés de remolacha ni nada más que se anunciara. Asquerosa vergüenza de servicio en usted MAC

Popped in for cake & coffee great food always , fresh ,good price , good selection . Nice seating area . Staff friendly . Tables mostly clean but ask and they do straight away . !

We were served by a batista by the name of Dee, and I must say how polite and professional she was as the customer in front of us was rude to her, and I thought the way she dealt with it was very professional, as it turned out he was in the wrong and didn't even apologise, why staff have to put up with people like him.

Never in my life have I seen such a dive, imbred cafe. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. Sausages looks like they’ve been fighting each other, a good vet would bring the bacon back to life. Staff should be in a care home not a cafe

My husband and myself were visiting Worcester yesterday with our dog Maple. We stopped off at Hotel Chocolat to buy some chocolates for husband's birthday and for a hot chocolate. The staff were friendly and welcoming and said that friendly dogs were welcome. They even gave the dog a treat! Thank you for making it a great experience and your staff are a real credit to your business!

Coffee was fine, americano, but not exceptional. Sadly the cinnamon brioche bun I was so looking forward to was dry and tasteless. Staff were friendly enough though.

Ordered breakfast for myself and daughter "big daddy breakfast " consists of 2 sausage 2 bacon 2 eggs beans and toast not exactly big daddy breakfast. Really missing tomatoes mushrooms black pudding. Tasted absolutely awful sausage was very cheap with no taste at all and the bacon well full of fat and very thick. Please avoid at all cost

We've visited here for many years but sadly in the last few months have watched it decline. Cheese on toast but not on toast just bread, dirty cutlery, crockery, etc. However Saturday's visited was our last. Ordered teacake, which came with dirty knife, we had to ask for the jam (which was on menu), overpowering grating air-conditioning, made conversation difficult. NO MILK, for a pot of tea. How can a cafe have NO MILK? When there's so many shops nearby? Opted for coffee machine coffee.. Absolutely disgusting, left such an awful taste in the mouth. One couple walked out and other couple also said dirty knife and no ham with teacake. Yoj are in an excellent prime position, make the most of it and excel. There are far better places to frequent, Milanos, courtyard cafe, tourist information...

I arrived at 4:30 hoping for a nice sandwich and cup of tea. The tea was fine. I ordered a toasted sandwich which looked good on the plate but turned out to be toasted on one side only. Why? I then looked for a table. 2 were occupied so lots of choice but not one was clean. I opted for the least crumby and unseated one. I stayed for 45 minutes and the tables remained untouched by Waitrose staff. Very poor.

Great place to meet up with friends and family.lovely efficient staff great food plenty of choice on the menus . children's choices for dietary requirements value for money

Steak bake. No filling poor value these used to be value for money. Not any more. £2.00 for a product without a filling.. won't be using Greggs again.
