Great cafe , food is always lovely & delivery is always quick , delivery drivers are always friendly would highly recommend

Popped in as staying locally and loved this quirky pub. Lots of sitting area and you can collect a take away or stay in and eat in the bar. Plates, forks and napkins all available. The food was excellent and my husband was amazing I got through my Pad Thai chicken portion. I really like how this pub has diversified. Great local feel and if I lived locally many teas would come from here.

popped in for a birthday treat with the kids, wow the waffles are to die for. Kids enjoyed the ice cream - staff nice and friendly

Table booked, not open when we all arrived! Had no contact from them to tell me of this cancellation, even had a reminder about my booking. Total waste of time go somewhere else instead.

My friends and I went tonight and we watched the man blow his nose and then touch our straws when making the milkshakes, another man emptied the bins and continued to make puddings without washing his hands, they used water only to clean their utensils. Didn’t help that it took ages for them to make! Utterly disgusting! Put us off our milkshakes so we ended up leaving them!!! Never go here unless you want to catch an illness !

The two old ladies who served me were very rude. I'm sure one of them was deaf. I asked her if they were any more sandwich selections and she just ignored me. I heard her make a remark to the other lady who laughed. Maybe judging me on my ethnicity. I still orderd some food which I'm sure she overcharged me with but I didn't want to argue back.

The main issue, is the service from front of staff on a Friday, as this is the day i generally visit. You can stand waiting to be acknowledged for over a minute while they continue doing what they are doing before they have look up and ask you what you want. Food is generally very good apart from the bacon, in the bee fast which always appears it’s been cooked on a dirty plate After three visits having the same poor service I will not be visiting this establishment again.

The tables were not cleared. It took 15 minutes to serve a plate of soup with bread rolls (actually warm baguette halves with butter - nice)

The best cake ever tasted! We ordered a white chocolate & raspberry cake and it was absolutely delicious. Moist and flavourful and looked incredible Highly recommend

Moved from a table twice and quite brusquely too. Two female waitresses very rude and sneery . However the male members of staff serving the food and drink very pleasant . Food mediocre , cold poached eggs - never a winner . Staff didn’t want to know and didn’t bother to ask about food. Then had the nerve to add 10% on the bill for service charge. Certainly won’t visit again and will not recommend to anyone either

I went to the Dolphin in Glascote village center, to watch Aston Villa v psg. What a nice little pub the place is spotless and is indeed a very nice invroment. The hosts Paula and Dave were fantastic. Nice beer and nice atmosphere.

Breakfast Bao a big disappointment, nothing like I was expecting from the photos around the place. Coffee was ok though. Just felt ripped off. Better off walking to the nearby Greggs.
