The two old ladies who served me were very rude. I'm sure one of them was deaf. I asked her if they were any more sandwich selections and she just ignored me. I heard her make a remark to the other lady who laughed. Maybe judging me on my ethnicity. I still orderd some food which I'm sure she overcharged me with but I didn't want to argue back.

If you're stuck at a hospital, it is nice to have a coffee shop to wait in to pass the time. This coffee shop has an outdoor area with tables. (The view isn't great, but at least you are outside!)

This lovely café is popular with visitors, staff & ambulance crew alike. We snuck in just before the lunch time rush. Had a sandwich & a lovely piping hot Americano coffee. You can seat inside the café or in the garden to eat. Though if you are going in the garden, please push the door close as everybody staying inside don’t want the cold breeze on them or pollen coming in, we hayfever sufferers do have it bad in the heat, were not just being awkward. Plenty of staff on duty, friendly service. Will be back in here at my next hospital appt. Sandwiches, hot & cold drinks, crisps, jacket potatoes etc all available. The place was clean & tidy.

Came here for a meeting and found the service, coffee and generally all round enjoyable. Coffee bar is nice and you don't feel like you are in a hospital it could be any cafe on the high street. If you are visiting and in need of refleshments stop off here.

This is a very nice area to visit when you have a hospital appointment. The atmosphere is great with access to a nice cup of tea or coffee, with added food if required. Recommend.

Visited this watering hole twice this week. Both occasions left us feeling exasperated. First occasion had a tuna mayo jacket potato. Got to the table and realised there was no butter. Went to ask for butter and were asked for 10p for the smallest pat of butter! Then found no mayo with the tuna! Today we went and had a toasted teacake. Want butter she asked? Who eats a teacake without butter? There goes another 20p! Pleased to say our mother goes home today. Coffee and tea is ok though :-)

Popped in while visiting a friend in hospital, the place was dirty, the poor women serving was so stress I offered to buy her a coffee, one staff is all that's needed at set times....said who, the person that's never been in there, help your staff and customers with the right amount of service, a happy cashier gives a better service.

Dashing here and there and waiting for buses that never come I was only too glad to seek refreshment at Solihull Hospital Coffee Shop. They serve up lovely toasted sandwiches and first class Coffee Latte's plus other appetising delights for people in a hurry.

We visited the coffee shop several times whist my mother was in hospital. tables were not clean, the food on offer was poor. Not impressed in any way, certainly not somewhere to sit and wait for any length of time

Such a shame, disappointed that I couldn't have water to dilute my drink. I had dined with husband and enjoyed my food. I ordered a passion mojito but unfortunately when it arrived it was a little to sweet. I asked if I could have some tap water to dilute my drink but unfortunately I was told I could pay for water but they won't give me water to dilute my drink. I am disappointed as most restaurants give tap water. I had already paid £7.50 for my drink and didn't feel right paying for water to dilute it. Such a shame. Please provide tap water

Steak bake. No filling poor value these used to be value for money. Not any more. £2.00 for a product without a filling.. won't be using Greggs again.

Really good food and extremely friendly staff. Our waiter Pedro was a star. So friendly and helpful, a welcome change to so-often surly hospitality staff. Steak was perfectly cooked, tagine flavourful. Creme brulee decadent. Wine excellent (merlot) . Food took awhile to arrive but it was worth it. Prices in line with airport / hotel sites. A nice start to our holiday the next day.

Very fast service! I managed to order at the bar, went for a coffee and when I got back to the table food just arrived 😌 Quite nice full english breakfast, not as good as at he city but as for the airport service it’s okay. Not a fan of the coffee though, barely tastes as coffee. The Staff was very nice and very quick.

Outside temp was 9c when we arrived on 20th September. Inside Costa was like sitting in a fridge with the air con full on cold! People were sat with coats on. Is this done to make people vacate tables quickly. Seating areas arranged OK but the furniture was worn out . The upholstery was torn and worn with the framework exposed. The bench seats were torn also. The upholstery was worryingly filthy which posed a hygiene risk. How much bacteria was in there. We were checking our clothing to make sure the dirt had not transferred onto us. Considering we were next to the NEC arena and most likely this place gets thousands of customers, a refurbishment and deep clean is long overdue.
