Fuimos a Mughal e Azam para el brunch y tengo que decir que su inglés completo y Taali eran realmente buenos uno de los mejores que hemos tenido. El servicio de atención al cliente de Nida y Arslan era muy bueno y la señora que te recibe en la puerta era muy acogedor! Realmente los recomiendo!

Mi esposa y yo acabamos de regresar de una comida en el mughl-e-azim. La comida estaba magníficamente cocinada, el pollo estaba perfectamente suculento en un plato de karahi, los Naans eran deliciosos también, suave con una corteza ligeramente enmantequillada. Fuimos atendidos por Nida, que atendió a todas nuestras solicitudes de manera eficiente. Servicio excepcional! ¡Volveremos, si Dios quiere!

Muy buen restaurante muy buena comida y buen ambiente. Muy buen servicio. Es elegante y agradable lugar y restaurante para comer por la noche.

Este es el lugar es hermoso y bien cuidado! Sin embargo, la comida no era genial, los currys estaban llenos de garam masala demasiado poderoso! Hemos estado un par de veces y siento que la comida está empeorando y no volveremos de nuevo. No soy el que se queja sin embargo el personal era increíble, especialmente Zaina en recepción! Su bienvenida, profesionalismo fue increíble, amable, encantadora persona que te hizo sentir como en casa. Gracias Zina por ser tan amable y lleno de calidez. Gracias por recibirnos, estamos agradecidos y esperamos que lo haga increíble en el futuro.

Visité Mughal - e - Azam Restaurant & Banqueting el 15 de noviembre de 2024 , y debo decir que mi experiencia fue profundamente decepcionante. Para un restaurante que se comercializa a sí mismo como un restaurante de primera, no está a la altura de la publicidad. En primer lugar, los precios son absolutamente indignantes para lo que se ofrece. El menú es muy caro, y cuando la comida finalmente llegó, estaba muy por debajo de la media en términos de calidad y sabor. Esperaba platos sabrosos y auténticos, pero en su lugar, me sirvieron comida sosa y mal preparada que lucharía por cumplir incluso con los estándares básicos de calidad. Lo único positivo que pude quitar fue el amplio aparcamiento, la impresionante decoración del edificio y la recepcionista educada, pero ninguno de estos son motivos para justificar la experiencia gastronómica deficiente o los precios exorbitantes. Si estás buscando una buena comida en Birmingham, te recomiendo evitar este lugar. Hay muchas mejores opciones que no te harán sentir sobrecargado y decepcionado. Mughal - e - Azam es todo estilo, ninguna sustancia.

El desayuno era muy apetitoso, el ambiente era maravilloso y muy buen servicio del personal, muy recomendable, especialmente la miembro del personal Nida , era muy amable y acogedor.

La comida era insípida. Pedí el plato mixto, que estaba demasiado picante. Las chuletas de cordero estaban mal cocidas, y el karahi de pollo era terrible. ¿Quién añade pimiento al pollo karahi? La peor experiencia.

Cené en Mughal e Azam, y los servicios generales superaron nuestras expectativas en todos los sentidos. La comida era deliciosa, el ambiente perfecto, y el servicio impecable. Shagufta, fue excepcional! Ella era increíblemente atento sin ser intrusivo, siempre asegurando nuestras necesidades satisfechas antes incluso de tener que preguntar. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para cualquiera que busque una experiencia gastronómica extraordinaria. Sin duda volveremos!

Este lugar era impresionante, 10 / 10 , lo recomendaría. La mejor comida desi en Birmingham (soy de Luton). Nadeem era el mejor camarero, tan amable y servicial

Such a shame, disappointed that I couldn't have water to dilute my drink. I had dined with husband and enjoyed my food. I ordered a passion mojito but unfortunately when it arrived it was a little to sweet. I asked if I could have some tap water to dilute my drink but unfortunately I was told I could pay for water but they won't give me water to dilute my drink. I am disappointed as most restaurants give tap water. I had already paid £7.50 for my drink and didn't feel right paying for water to dilute it. Such a shame. Please provide tap water

Fabulous restaurant with exceptional customer service. The food is very very tasty with the most unbelievable aroma. Came here with my mate for a curry experience on his recommendation and this place did not disappoint. From start to Finnish the staff were fantastic and the food delicious. Chicken tikka starter with spicy lamb chops followed by butter chicken and chicken Balti accompanied by nann bread Summary Food 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Overall Experience 10/10

They need to expand their Gluten free dishes. I could only eat kebabs and chips in such a big restaurant! Indian curry is naturally Gluten Free

VERY DISSAPOINTED! I have been at the premises on several occasions with groups of friends over the last couple of years and enjoyed ourselves. Last visit on 10/4/24 was appalling! Starters: Tasteless & bland. Looks like kitchen was rushed so they had not correctly marinated the meat and just pasted it, grilled it and sent it out without any consideration. BBQ Chicken wings: No taste of BBQ just slapped honey on top and sent out. Main Meal: Meat curry arrived with "Piece of HAIR!". Sent it back and was totally put off. Paratha was sent out "Half Cooked & doughy!". Sent it back for a fresh one and properly cooked. Same "Uncooked" came. Sent it back and told them not to bother. Overall experience "Never going there again!" Paid the bill minus the stuff sent back! They were ready to get us out ASAP as they wanted another group of people to take our table. Obviously very busy but lost their case for customer service or care for the presentation of food for customers!

Didn’t get menu 10 minutes after asking, Didn’t get cutlery with food, and waiters purposely ignoring us when they could obviously hear and see us - lasagna had NO lasagna sheets

AVOID!! WONT BE COMING AGAIN...food just didn't taste nice found a hair in my food, wont be coming again!!! the family were disappointed with the food overpriced!!

We are frequent visitors of Mughal e Azam . Today we were craving for their Haleem & Lamb Dumpukhat it was again another wonderful experience. We were served by Ali Turkish a great addition to their team , very polit & helpful . Atmosphere, food and service is all round 5 star . Will be returning back soon.

Amazing ambiance, great service, top food at average prices for a place like this. Had a great evening with my nibbling's and sisters and I'd definitely go again

I visited without booking and they were really helpful. The food was amazing in both presentation and taste . Quick peep yo kitchen and toilet along with looking at staff presentation gave me confidence to eat. It's very clean, warm atmosphere and very welcoming . I visited with freinds as late birthday meal and was not disappointed. Parking I parked outside over the road . Will definitely visit again. They had various areas that can be hired if large family wanted orivate space. Even small wedding function of 30 and another space ip to 100. Decoration as well as lighting very cozy.

I received outstanding service from Zuhaad who welcomed me with a warm smile, being very approachable and kindly recommending amazing choices from the menu everytime I come. I was recommended Parmeaan Chicken today it was so yummmmm! Highly recommend Thank you Zuhaad for providing great hospitality!!! The atmosphere the environment and excellent customer service was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend. 100 out of 10!!!! i will definetly be back again and try something new always spoilt for choice here. But thank you Zuhaad for making me feel welcome 😀

The mixed grill was all frozen defrosted and tasted disgusting we told them they are all flash and no substance

Fabulous food, great staff, service and atmosphere. The food which was samosa chaat , mixed grill , biryani, with accompaniments plus dessert, was delicious. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we had drinks and plenty of food. The decor and atmosphere was stunning. Beautifully decorated and for desi weddings ....it's a great place to marry! Easy to park and all in all a lovely experience. My first visit and it won't be my last! Thank you all. Khadijah

This place and the decor is what attracted me to this restaurant, but looks can be deceiving and they do say never judge a book by its cover.. well it’s true! We ordered a lamb curry which was nearly £20 and was tasteless, the meat looked and tasted like mutton… the so called lamb tasted like it been boiled and then put in some sauce to make our curry… I have tasted 1000s curries better then this restaurant… the price is extortionate for a curry which is not fit for consumption.. I did pack the curry to takeaway and it did eventually go in the bin… we also ordered 2 burger meals one being chicken and one beef for about £12:95, extortionate prices again, as uk fried chicken burgers for £2 taste better…both burgers were also packed to takeaway and once again ended up in the bin… me and my family left this restaurant still hungry.. I couldn’t eat there food and neither could my family… there pricing are also ridiculous for Birmingham restaurant/ takeaway prices.. they have spent a lot of money on decor as we all can see, but failed miserably in the food department.. I will not attend again because of the food! I know my rights I could of picked up a fuss under consumer rights act 2015, but decided to pay quickly and leave as I’m from Nottingham and wanted to get back home. Under law if food is not fit for purpose or you dislike the dish you have the right for refund or replacement. You also have the right for compensation along with your refund. Under consumer law if the bill is given to your table and a dispute arises, normally I ask the restaurant for compensation, if they refuse then I refuse to pay the full bill telling them here is my name and number and ask them to inform there legal team to contact me because a dispute has arose under the consumer Rights act 2015, and this matter can only be settled through small claims court which will cost the restaurant more than a few thousand pounds in legal fees.. does a restaurant or any business want to pay £3 to £5000 in legal fees for a £120 restaurant bill. Any business who decides to go through courts are fighting a losing battle as financially it will cost them dearly! When I deal with these legal issues I normally get a full refund and some kind of compensation monetary or free food, because businesses apply common sense knowing a legal dispute is not a viable option for them financially. This legal jargon is about protecting our consumer rights and knowing how to deal with businesses who do not work for the customers as they should. I like to share knowledge so feel free to apply what I have wrote under the consumer rights act 2015.. Please look at schedule 2 which mentions unfair terms and conditions on consumers. Ps make sure you video record your dispute on your phone to protect your rights and to prove what occurred, because this video evidence is considered as factual evidence under law! Booked a table at mughal e Azam, turned up and were seated promptly. Food wasn't bad. Waitress got order wrong ordered lamb got chicken. At the end of the meal some food was left over so I asked the waiter if he could pack it to take home he said no we dont do that but I will give you some empty boxes and a bag and you can do it yourself. Yet the table next to us had predominantly white people on it, they asked for their food to be packed and it was done instantly and brought out to them in bags to take home. Talk about discrimination or my spend of well over £100 was good enough for the restaurant. When the bill arrived the after 8s were splattered over the table. The prices they charge you'd think the level of service should match but NO. Shere Khan who are far busier than this restaurant get better food, manners and prices. At least they don't sell 2 poppadoms for £4. No drink jugs just £3.50 for a small bottle of coke, and no water available unless you pay for it.

Went for an evening meal with friends. Had lamb chops and fries for starters, with lamb on the bone and a mixed vegetable curry for mains. Really tasty food. Zaina (not sure of the spelling) looked after us really well for the evening. Great atmosphere and couldn’t really fault anything. I’m a regular here and the food and service are alway of a 5 star quality. Well worth a try, if you e not been before.

Overrated. On the outset it looks nice but you be fooled to think the food lives up to the glitz and glamour of the place. Bland and joyless. Tap water on request was refused, manager is an outright liar, apparently if you don't have a licence to serve alcohol you therefore can not provide tap water, makes absolute zero sense, devoid of logic, when in actual fact this is unfounded and misleading, irrespective of licence status, resturant can provide tap water at the customer's request, it is at their discretion no licence required. Load of bull. Greedy for a few quid of bottled water!! Is this how you treat your paying customers!!
