Standard Costa fayre but not standard costa service. Monosylabic orders given by server and no manners at all.

I wanted to express my gratitude, as someone with chronic fatigue and difficulty regulating temperature I experienced great customer service. I wear a sunflower lanyard and was treated patiently, and helped with ordering something to help stabilize my energy levels. I can't remember the name of the barista who helped me, but I am so grateful for the help, as my energy was severely dropping <3

Disgusting how dirty everything was the table the chairs. We asked to be moved just as bad we left and went to another restaurant will not be going back. Hole in conservatory floor which is dangerous. No license for alcohol.

The staff were really helpful, listened and responded to all my requests quickly and effectively. The room was beautiful and the food was perfect. Thank you.

As a pub great selection.We often go for a drink.We had guests so we decided to take them for a meal.What a mistake.The roasts were good as was the chicken salad.The vegan burger however was not very nice.We arrived at 1.15 and the meal took 45 mins to arrive .which we wouldn’t have minded but we were then told we had to vacate the table at 2.30.Really awful customer service.We couldn’t even have a dessert or coffee.if they had mentioned the time restriction when we booked we could have gone elsewhere.We gave a tip before they told us we had to vacate the table .No thank you and we wished we hadn’t bothered.Embarrassing for us and our guests .

Quite Run down needs a renovation, sticky tables and ripped seats. Food is decent but not the best. *Update (May the 18th) Massive jump in quality with every aspect. Went for a carvery this sunday.

Visited yesterday and loved the laid back atmosphere. The best part was the staff members - what a beautiful, fun, bunch of people! Katie, George and another guy (absolutely gutted that I have forgotten his name but Katie and George will likely know who I mean!) - they were fantastic people. I was extremely tipsy to say the least but they were all fun, energetic, positive and professional. 5* for sure!!! Helped me pick from their yummy menu - food was great! Our whole party thought the bar staff were just legendary people. Thanks for a great night! Make sure you retain those staff members - they made the bar the happy place it is!

Awful had to leave on Christmas day long wait and terrible food! Had a refund. Will not be returning, ruined Christmas day!

I can summarise Baha in 4 words to save you the time and effort of reading through the reviews - overrated food & s***e service. Dined here on two occasions a while back and was very disappointed,especially with the standard of service. We were there for 2 hours before being served our main meal! We were told the reason for this is because they make all their food from scratch... I mean, doesn't most places? Even then the food was average. Wouldn't say its the best in Birmingham. Maybe I would have rated the food higher, but the expectation that the food is so great is set by the staff, only for you to be disappointed when your food arrives 2 hours later and isn't as spectacular as they made out.

Ruidosas mesas sucias . . . sobreprecio . . . una torta de café abd kne mazorca con queso £ 14 ! Podría comprar una carvery con eso... era mi última visita allí.

Arrived to find staff member in tears after being berated by the manager, many customers present. Highly unprofessional management who obviously requires training on how to talk to staff in a suitable manner away from customer earshot

Lovely cafe. I met the resident cat. Very cute. Relaxing visit. Only had a hot drink but enjoyed it. Will visit again with my dog.

Had to waste 30 minutes in town. Decided to go to Marks cafe for a coffee. Awful attitude from the lady making the coffees. Saturday 7th 1030am. It would help to be barrista trained, because my coffee was useless, full of air bubbles, making it unpleasant. A smile wouldn't go amiss either!! Shocking!!
