Such lovely treatment by the staff on duty. I was a bit of a mess when ordering due to a family bereavement. They couldn’t have been nicer. Absolute credit to Starbucks. Thank you ❤️

Sunday morning, not busy which is cool. 2 drinks, 2 pastries. drinks nice, fast service, polite server. Seldom in Starbucks and know its expensive but no reason to give less than 5 for the time spent there on this occasion.

Ordered on just eat and order never came tried ringing and no answer contacted just eat but useless so money lost

i love a starbucks however this one not so much the staff are rude and very slow, i was waiting for my drink for about 10-15 minutes (i was the only person in there, it was empty) the reason i waited so long was because they were too busy making one another drinks knowing they had a customer waiting. The drinks they were making for one another wasn’t being made before i placed my order. definitely won’t be going back

If I could I would give less than zero. They forgot about my coffee... I'm pregnant and I have 10 mths old. So I waited until the end of queue and asked for it, been told its been made already. Surprised asked for refund because I clearly didn't have one. But staff member was stating they can do one so I was OK. After few minutes waiting for another (never had obe) coffee I've been rudely asked to leave immediately l?! Why? Because I was waiting for I paid for? The worst eexperience I've ever had.! Rude rude rude. Other stuff members were looking at you like "what is she doing" well done

Alot of items out of stock on 18 June 2024. Lime cooler drink out of stock. Not sure what's meant to be stocked in the bottled drinks area but was only water. Would have liked a Diet Coke. Went with the coffee drinkers from my workplace. No amount of coaxing with a wooden spoon, would encourage the English tea leaf bag to get any stronger...very weak tea indeed. Must be the American idea of tea, not British!

I came here for a cup of tea on a day trip to Stratford-Upon-Avon. There were only 2 other customers when I arrived and it was nice and cool inside. I gave 4 stars because some of the tables were messy and quite sticky. For anyone who is going to visit, they do not accept cash.

Butter croissant was not what I was expecting. Waitress seemed a bit confused. She was more focused on speaking to her friend then to interact with customer.

Normally it's fine but today and lately it's been really bad the one girl Grace she had such attitude when making the coffee it's like she didn't wanna be there!! Face like Thunder slamming down the cups my latte tasted disgusting not worth the money won't be going there again have a look around there's lovely other coffee shops available with nice staff And coffee.

Absolutely AWFUL. Miserable, unhelpful staff. I was 'served' by Grace who barely spoke to me. She made my drink with the wrong milk and when i returned to point this out and politely ask for the right milk she acted as though it was a major inconvenience for her. Unpleasant atmosphere, not very clean - wish I had gone to the independent place over the road!

It sells coffee. That's all I'm saying.

Food and drinks were lovely but the tables and chairs were packed in so tight you could hardly move!

Nice shop good location, clean well maintained, very nice cappuccino for me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her first gingerbread latte of the Xmas season.

If you love to be ignored and wait 15mins before giving up this is the perfect place to wait in the warm. Just don’t expect to get served.

My wife and I called in Saturday 11th November whilst visiting Stratford. Uncleared tables, coffee was awful and the two Paninis we had where under toasted and virtually inedible. We both generally like Starbucks, but this one was a total letdown !

Dishwasher always broken so takeaway cups again. Miserable unhelpful staff. Sticky tables. Just lazy.

I bought two drinks in your cafe on 22/10 I was charged three times I asked the store manager how to solve it? I suggest that the store manager can return the Gift Card to me. She said would ask the shopkeeper，Will update Tuesday , how should I handle this? No information has been received yet I went to your store on Tuesday and Wednesday to inquire about refunds, and each time they said they would update me later. Caused me a lot of inconvenience

Busy place but the service was quick

Took 10 minutes to make two caramel frappes, horrible atmosphere, baristas were like zombies. Charged me extra for a venti when I clearly asked for a Tall. 1 star.

Miserable staff, drinks not up to standard, sticky, dirty tables, holes in sofas. Weird vibe. I love Starbucks but this was terrible. Staff and customers all seemed miserable. Never again!

On a rainy day and we stopped for something warm. The service was really bad. Firstly we waited almost 10 min before being attended to, we were the only people waiting to be served at the time. Ordered a chai latte, not the best I've had before.

Always use this Starbucks when we visit Stratford upon Avon as it’s central , has great music and comfortable. The baristas are super busy at times especially when a large crowd of students/tourists arrive as a group. They are always really professional , efficient and serve you as quick as they can. They must be exhausted at the end of the shift .

For the cost it was very poor. Food was mediocre, and the service was minimal. The atmosphere was very flat, however this would explain why it was so quiet compared to the other coffee shops. So at least you can guarantee getting a seat there. The toilet was a mess as well.

The staff here are amazing, so helpful and the two ladies who served me today went out of their way to help me and were so approachable as well. They really excel in their cold drinks here which are incredible.

We revisited on Sunday 5th and you got faster service if you had ordered from just eat or similar online app. Some customers were waiting in the queue whilst the online orders took priority. At least the queuing customers made the effort, like me to visit the store. Shambles, especially when there are other coffee shops within a few meters of them. Guess where I'm going next time🤔

A standard branch, though their staff speed of service is good, better than other branches I've visited.

Always enjoy my latte in Starbucks although they are getting expensive these days but no dearer than others. The cakes are tasty, I recommend the cinnamon bun a personal favourite of mine. The guy that served me today was friendly and made a really nice caramel latte so well pleased. I find the coffee at Starbucks isn't as over powering compared to some places so just my cup of tea or should I say coffee!

How long does it take to make a cappuccino in a morning past rush time? I’ll tell you how long I takes to make it here - 7 minutes, no joke. This happened every time I visited and this was the last one.

Came in with my partner and our newborn for a break in the rain and Mason served us he almost scoured at the fact that my partner didn’t know what she wanted when we came in. I then felt extremely rushed at the till bearing in mind it was very quite he was being abrupt with every customer after me as well by basically shouting LARGE at the customer after they told him what drink they wanted.

Mason and Lucy are friendly, kind, generous, understanding, went the extra mile, high sense of service, attention to detail, great conversationists and deserve a raise. Ausgezeichnete Haltung und bestmögliche Dienstleistung. Ein Cafe für Könige und Poeten.

Staff helpful and clean, wide range drinks etc, and snack foods

Went into the store in Stratford-upon-avon this morning for a drink on my way to work which i do visit often. The member of staff who served me was very lovely and ploite her name was Kirsty. At the time she was working alone with a few customers to serve also and she kept calm and remaind professional, it is always stressful when you work alone and she was in control. My drinks were served and could not fault them, just what i needed to start my day. Thank you very much

You know when you just want your drink how you like it? Well don't bother coming here when Mason is behind the counter. When you bring your drink back because it doesn't taste right you just get attitude and another staff member has to come and listen to be polite and just offer to remake it. Even after it was remade it still didn't taste quite right but I wasn't going to keep wasting my time. 1 star for the person who actually was polite.

Wanted a double shot coffee with small amount of milk, "like a cortado", I said. There was no such coffee on the overhead menu. I received it and asked what it was called at Starbucks. "A cortado" was the answer!!!???

Visited Starbucks in Stratford upon Avon very disappointed with the customer service, think Brad needs some more training. Also still not taking cash for orders tut tut you can't still be blaming COVID

Only coffee shop i go to is starbucks. Their coffee quality is the best so far I experienced. This week I visited startford up on avon starbucks ,order my usual FLAT WHITE & caramel latter for my partner . Shockingly FW was cappuccino. So I asked to change and they did. But this time it was so weak to call coffee. I took pictures to prove my point . After 2nd time, I gave up and left drink on table . It wasn't coffee. It tasted disgusting. Caramel latte was same , So we left . Wont waste my money here again. SEND UR STAFF ON TRAINING .YOU ARE SUCH A LET DOWN FOR STARBUCKS NAME.

Wow a man called Brad rolled his eyes when our drinks were wrong then had a go at my 14 year old when she asked for a sleave for her drink ! Then proceeded to attack myself when challenged… horrible experience at that store . They said it was because they were busy !!! So that’s our fault 🤦🏻‍♀️

They didn't help elderly customers with their drinks, seemed like they where an inconvenience. Wasn't even that Busy

They never seem to be able to make their drinks properly and always come out with excuses, toppings missing, drink not made properly and other problems and it happens a lot and they make up so many different excuses. With so many other coffee shops around this area I'd avoid this one like you would COVID-19

Visited here late morning today Monday 1st Nov 2021. Managed to get seats for all 9 of us but its not a very big place. Drinks etc were ok but mine wasnt very hot. What i didnt like was dogs being on the seating where people have to sit and the staff not saying anything

Had room to get 9 of us in for a coffee. Didn't like the fact that fogs were on the seats near us otherwise was all ok

I had the pumpkin spiced latte and while i recognise its a really good drink, it personally wasn't for me. The staff were so sweet though and really accomadating and kind about the alkward alternatives i asked for such as oat milk and vegan whipped cream

Great coffee, but card only, a bit frustrating.

Very disappointed !!! Only warm bottles of water , only take card payment even though we are no longer in lock down. Their reply , as a franchise we decided to stay as card payment.....not good enough when alot of people still only use cash. Plus side the place was very clean.

I have tried Starbucks at many places and it's good but I didn't like this branch in Stratford. Staff need to be trained more on the soft skills. Room for quality improvement.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple of times and each time the service has been outstanding! All COVID-19 regulations are adhered to (including all drinks in takeaway cups, rather than glasses...) Great range of drinks and non-dairy options. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my drink as usual and was nice to see social distancing roles being encouraged by the shop and staff. Will keep going here for my coffee!

Visited here to get out of the rain. We both had a hot chocolate which was delicious. Staff were friendly. Social distancing encouraged and plenty of space. Felt they could have safely had a couple more tables in use.

Visited a few times while away in Stratford. Polite and friendly staff. No issues with drinks, and efficient service.

The coffee shop was clean and tidy. I didn't have to wait long before Will acknowledged me. I found Will was very pleasant and polite, a credit to the company. Made a fantastic cup of coffee! Keep up the good work.

A good average Starbucks, a little limited in selection of sandwiches and cakes but it wasnt a problem. Clean and tidy. And dog friendly which was the draw for us.

I’ve been getting my morning coffee from here for 5 years. The staff are always welcoming, pleasant and professional. Tom, Raf and Becky never fail to make the morning better and Will is both the best barista as well as sincere and friendly. Starbucks with a heart.

Me and my partner pop in occasionally to be greeted by cheery staff, here always welcoming and do there best to be helpful. Will was on till and have us a huge smile as always when we enter the shop, will took our drinks order promptly making sure that one of us wanted cream and one didn’t, and added would we like any cakes or pastries.

I used to frequently visit this Starbucks store and on several occasions I have unfortunately received poor service and a rude attitude from Will. I have also witnessed this same unacceptable attitude towards other customers. Today was the last straw for me and I am saddened to be writing this review. He was unapologetic, rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this branch of Starbucks most days for many years. I am always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, and the staff know exactly what I want and talk to me in a very genuinely caring way, taking a real interest in what I do and how my day is going. I am always especially pleased to see that Hannah is working, as she is so lovely and chatty, and is eager to please, even if it is busy. I had particularly good service this morning from Hannah and Becky, who really went above and beyond for me. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone - by far and away the best branch I have ever visited. Thank you!
