Costa in Stratford-on-Avon

Maybird unfortunately is failing for years now. The worst shopper centre in the area. Shops closing down and parking place has no lights in the night.

Traffic means it's gridlocked all the time, limited choice of shops

An ok retail park, it’s my local one so mainly come here for M&S food. Disappointed they can’t attract more clothing stores, the offering at Next is very poor and New Look has closed, BurgerKing is coming( I mean really who eats a BurgerKing ????) KFC would have been a much more viable option as there isn’t a similar offering already in Town and everyone will stick to Maccies across the road. Parking plentiful, toilets available, good to drop in when required, not enough variety to make it a day trip.

It's OK, antique shop was worth checking out.

Shoezone is good for fashionable cheap shoes and like Asda for clothes too.

It's a very good shopping park with lots of open parking. Lots of large shops with FREE parking. Just outside Stratford Town centre. There us a Tesco with petrol station on the park plus many other shops and even a TUI holiday shop!

I would have put zero stars but it would not let me. I had an awful experience at Boots this afternoon. My friend and I were accused of stealing a tester by a middle aged blonde female employee, and without any proof, the security guard chased us outside into TKmax, shouting at us in front of everyone and completely humiliating us. He searched us on the street, only to find that we hadn’t taken anything. Even after realizing his mistake, he forced us to go back into the store where the employee who had accused us didn’t even bother to speak to us. This level of treatment is unacceptable without any proper evidence. They should have checked their testers first to see if anything was actually missing before publicly embarrassing customers. I do not recommend this Boots, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I’ll be sure to let people know about this

AVOID You will get trapped in the car park due to traffic jam all the way along Birmingham Road

Great place. Only visited M&S for food and I'm not local to the area, staying with friends. I could see there were many great brand stores there. If I wasn't a visitor I would definitely shop there.

Easy to park, good not great selection of shops but your can get food and clothing there. Argos is there too as well as b&q. Close access to tesco, aldi and lidl. Just across the road and the town centre is only 10min walk away. 4 hours free stay. Dogs welcome in most shops except those that sell food.

Very similar to others, not helped by roadworks leading to a long diversion and 20 minute delay in traffic to get there. Only visited to meet friends but certainly wouldn't go again in a hurry.

There are plenty of places to park, 4 hours free... we went to Asda, Hotel Chocolat, Shoe Zone, WH Smiths, M&S, & Costa...& A few others...

what happened at 6am ？ too loud to work at this time and woke people up, so free style and influence other!

Good place, enough parking spaces

Mark's and Spencer has definitely improved since the refit, just a shame that the chilled food products have short dated items on them as if you go shopping on the Friday and the use by date is up on the Sunday on some of the goods.

Great retail park, plenty to offer, went for a look only but spent loads. Plenty of parking.

No public toilets . Litter all over carpark .

It's got a really good range of shops and gym. If you're looking for options for gifts or shopping for yourself then this is it. You could eat, shop and workout in all in one area on the same day. Only bad bites are parts of the building need fixing which are more show when it rains.

Visited stratford upon avon with family we decided to head to Costa for late lunch nice selection of food and cakes asked for an oat latte the barista on the machine was very polite and welcoming offering to help carry my food and drink to the table as other members were busy she stepped away from her stashion to help witch was tremendously kind I believe her name was Elizabeth just wanted to say thankyou and your doing a great job ! Will return again😁

Love that they have a Hotel Chocolat shop/cafe there now. Parking was easy, plenty of it too. I've come to the maybird for as long as I can remember, it's a great retail park!

Convenient location and good range of shops. The Birmingham road in Stratford is often very busy and so may be the carpark.

A good variety of shops, worth a visit

Normal type of shopping park not far from Stratford upon Avon town centre, but don't think you can park there for a day out in town as you will get a nice parking fine.

I always have a great shopping experience at Maybird, all staff in the shops are helpful and friendly. The staff in Costa Coffee are some of the best though.

Went to many shops here. Good accessible parking. Everything was superb.

Unfortunately Stratford can no longer be classed as "world class stratford" The Maybird is just a retail park like all the others throughout the UK . They are all the same

It's a very nice shopping centre only one issue the toilets were closed on the day of the visit an issue if you are traveling a distance to get here, a very friendly worker from the pizza restaurant let my girl friend use there's nextdoor big thank you

Not far from the main road has a greggs and a subway there. Stupidly sharp turn to get out of the subway car park

Great selection of shops in the Centre itself and immediately adjacent and opposite. 10-12 mins walk from town centre. Getting out of car park at peak times can be VERY slow, despite two exits. Just think ahead about the time you visit.

Birmingham Road very busy but once you're in there's free parking

Bought something from boots, half products missing. Had to have refund, shame the staff on boots no 7 were not helpful. Perhaps have been too busy. M and S on the other hand were very helpful, friendly.

PLEASE, can the hedges be cut back, at least at 45 degree angles, as it is really MOST DIFFICULT to turn out onto the main trail, expecially as that roadway is actually very narrow indeed. This would help so much re sight lines & make for safer exits & entrances to/from the parking bays.

Another shop closed down New Look . Maybird and Stratford Avon need to get their act together because the Town is dying a slow painfully death Visitors have a great choice of cafes pubs charity shops but after that there isn't really anything except Mark's Spensers haigh class tax free jewelry shops and shops where ordinary working class people would howl with laughter at paying £200 pounds for a pair of plimpsoles

Lacks benches for older visitors to sit on. We only go to Maybird for selective shopping M & S food Hall as better selection than in town.

Decent parking spots, liked the fact that the shops were open till late. Overall all good

I like it for many shops available. Up to 4 hours free parking. Lidl store is on opposite side of the street and some other shops. Very busy on Saturdays.

On a super busy bank holiday lunch time Emily and Melissa and the rest of the team showed amazing teamwork and we're efficient and quick getting orders out in a fab amount of time making our wait minimal! My cousin and I both appreciated the teamwork and show of help and communication!

There seems to be a rule at this Costa .....no drinks to be served above lukewarm temperature despite customer requests for "extra hot" drinks. Staff very friendly and areas all very clean. (Sunday 23 April 2023)

Parking spaces need to be widened

One stop shop for all your needs and generally easy to park. Traffic in and out can build up due to the over use of the Birmingham Road generally.

Went to New look and found some fabulous flares in the sale.

Usually plenty of parking spaces available, naturally, weekends are a fair bit busier.

A quick in and out for something specific which was in stock. There is always an issue with the traffic to get in and out. Not the fault of the shopping centre but the traffic system on surrounding roads.
