One of the best pubs I've ever been! Bar staff were fantastic. Paula, Dave were so welcoming. Zoe, never stopped smiling.

Absolutely avoid this place...very rude staff. New manager has no people skills. Shouting at customers for no reason, her husband had to reign her in and tell her to stop it.

The Dolphin inn has now been re-opened for approximatley 8 weeks. New managment & new staff. All old & new customers are welcome. Saturday night is dj night, with our friendly dj playing a vast array of music from all eras. If you ask nicely he may play a request. We show a lot of sport but not BT sport as yet. But we are hoping to get it soon. Come along & join us for a good old chin wag & banter. Oh & a good drink served with a warm smile. We are improving the property bit by bit by bit. So come along & maybe tell us what you want from your local pub? We welcome everyone.

Sally's Sunday lunch is to die for ! With a choice of three meats I chose beef with all the trimmings, the beef was succulent with a beautiful beef gravy roasted potatoes and parsnips, the mash potato was lush and the carrots, peas, leeks and cabbage were spot on. For desert I had Eton Mess which was amazing and all for £9.85 I would wholly recommend a visit !

New to the area of bolehall we thought we would attend the residents meeting held at the dolphin pub. We walked in and asked where the meeting was held. The young girl said that there was no meeting in the pub. We asked where the cllrs sat when they came in she didn’t know that either. She stood and shrugged at me when she could have just asked one of the other staff. The residents meeting has been going for over 3yrs so you would think someone would know. She didn’t try and help she just walked away. I rang one of the cllrs who told us where to sit and she took great homage at this also. When she walked past she gave me such an evil stare and stomped past huffing and puffing. I won’t be going back when you get that welcome.

A very friendly pub that makes you feel welcome with a pleasant garden area with hanging baskets. Also has a function room for hire that the price includes a DJ. Have just done a charity race evening that raised £389 for prostate cancer.

SIMPLE AS THAT YOU DO NOT CARE . NOW , WHOEVER READ THIS REVIEW FROM ASDA I AM TELLING IF YOU GO TO AN INDEPENDENT SMALL OR MICRO BUSINESS THEN DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT A BAD SERVICE TO THEM BECAUSE YOU AS LARGE BUSINESS HAVE NO SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Only 4 stars for the food as it arrived cold and it was not busy. Coffee wasn't too hot out the machines. Lovely and clean cafe. Manager was friendly and approachable. Staff was polite. Lovely visit

Service absolutely terrible . Ladybserving looks like she didn't want to be thier no manners was charged a pound for salad when I asked didn't even ask what salad I wanted . Then when question why pound extra more blunt response food was not worth month when asked for tissue and fork forks was dropped in the bag then what looked like toilet tissue handed to me from r somewhere in the back worst manners ever experienced in my life. Stay clear

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and the staff could not be anymore accommodating. Really reasonably priced, great service and nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thought we would get a few drinks from here whilst waiting for our film. Staff were pleasant and friendly. When i went to pay for the drinks my card got declined. So tried another and the same thing happened again. In that time my drinks had been made and were ready. Turns out that my cards were all fine, their card payment system had just crashed as i went to pay. I had no cash to pay so waited for their system to reboot to pay by card. However, their systems were not working, and the manager offered the drinks to me for free which was nice of them. I did return when their system was back, but they said it was ok which was kind of them due to the inconvenience of having to wait. Can't fault the staff for how they dealt with this issue.
