The kids who work here spend more time messing around than focusing on their jobs and customers. The food variety isn’t as good as others in the chain.

Took my two kids into this starcrooks on 30/9/23 at about 1pm. The place was empty with 5 members of staff messing around. The tables were filthy and full of left overs from previous customers. The floor was also filthy and covered in food debris. One young female member of staff was pretty rude when I asked if my last beverage was ready yet, " I don't know, someone else should be making it. I work on the till not the drinks ". Then walked off...... I will NOT be returning.

I usually use the drive thru but came inside to sit in the cool A/C & was looking forward to having the same experience I'd had 2 days earlier. A lovely pumpkin spice latte piped with cream served in a proper cup. Was I disappointed?! Instead I had it given to me in a paper cup with the lid on which smashed the cream down making it look very unappetising. It didn't taste as nice either. As I made my way to find a seat I thought to myself 'Never mind maybe the dishwasher is broken.' Then after I'd been there about 5 minutes a man came & sat at the next table with his drink in a proper cup steeped with cream! Surely I should have had the same treatment! These drinks are far too expensive for them not to be enjoyed every time. The 2 young guys who were on duty on Wednesday 6 September at about 11.30am - 5 stars. They did great! It made me feel great too! I'm afraid the 2 guys who served me on Friday 8 September at about 11.30am - only 2 stars. They didn't do well at all. I came away feeling quite depressed. In total for the 2 visits combined I've given a generous 3 stars. Please tell your Staff that the presentation aswell as the drink/food itself is just as important. All decent customers should be treated the same too!!

Amazing customer service from such kind and helpful staff. My drinks spilt all in my car just 5 minutes after picking them up from the drive through, so I went back and staff re-made my entire drinks order for nothing and threw in a cookie. They also put labels over the drinks lids to provide extra security this time. I would highly recommend this store to everyone I know and would go here more often because of the kindness of staff and the quality of the drinks. Thank you so much to the guy at the drive through and the manager today !!

Probably the best customer service in Kidderminster. Well done to all the staff and especially the Manager for employing such a lovely team - coffee is delicious too.

Great atmosphere. Staff are always lovely and helpful, noticed they all worked well as a team, always get my order right and serve tasty Drinks and Food.

Staff were rude - the girl who served me told me we had to leave as it was closed but I had my young child and already got served and was not advised of the closing times - I had to pretty much beg her to let me and my child sit in the warm while we waited for my husband - all 3 staff continued to slam the chairs and stuff around whilst tidying. A busy mom of 3-+ deserves a bit more of a friendly and helpful attitude from the public, especially when purchasing from them. Disgusting behaviour

Just been into this branch of Starbucks and am very disappointed. Concentration is on take away customers to tge detriment of sit in. Had to wait 10 minutes to be served and then they got my order wrong! Pretty dirty inside as well. I'll go elsewhere in the furure for a sit in coffee experience

Very slow service although staff were polite. Don’t accept cash which is majorly disappointing. Have me a drink and still had to wait for my daughter’s. Not good

Have been here before and had hit and miss drinks sometimes exactly how they should be and other times just blended ice. Unfortunately today I ordered a mocha frappe and it just tasted like blended ice no coffee or chocolate flavor. Took drink back and asked for it to be remade. Remade drinks ice was blended better and the drink had a slightly stronger coffee flavour but not tasting how a mocha frappe should and with the amount of time taken to make both drinks I had to leave before I could get the drink made to a good standard.. Why is there no consistency in drinks? If I pass the Shrewsbury services Starbucks I get a great frappe everytime! Can you send staff from there to train this Starbucks staff????

Really enjoyed my visit with a friend the other day! Staff were lovely, the place felt Covid Safe and we really enjoyed our frappes and treats! Thank you all! 😊

Went into the store to order drinks as drive thru was busy. Ordered an iced caramel latte and 3 shot caramel latte (hot). Ended up getting 2 iced caramel lattes. Told them unfortunately my order is incorrect. The response was ‘oh’, no apology. Re made the 1 drink, slammed the milk pot into the sink. Got home, no caramel in my hot drink at all. Poor service and BAD attitude. I have worked in a busy Starbucks store before, unfortunately you do get drinks incorrect, especially when it’s busy - we are only human. However, there’s a way to go about it, being polite doesn’t cost a thing.

Sophia is by far the best on that team she is effective and efficient great barista and her customer service skills are top notch....friendly Starbucks team. Some new staff need a bit more training. All in all very good.

Laura the manger very rude and needs a course on customer care . Think before you write or speak. It’s a shame because really love Starbucks . Think her age a lack of experience in service show up big time.

Visited the drive thru today and want to say a massive shoutout to Isabelle for her amazing customer service. We offered a tip but unfortunately due to corona they were unable to take cash. Thank you also to Lucy! Both credits to the company!

Staff were friendly and polite. Came during the week that the exams were starting and happy to see that the staff were accommodating students who were revising. Overall a very pleasent experience.

Often come here because it's quieter, being a bit out of town. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. No less choice from here compared to other Starbucks, if anything, more choice!

Visited on 2 Jan after 5pm. The coffee shop was clean apart from a few tables that needed to be cleared of dirty cups etc. Washroom clean and serviceable. Festive menu is still available and there is a sale on mugs, coffee packs also. Friendly staff who looked happy and were helpful. Not overly busy which was also an added bonus.

I often visit the store in the week day (sometimes on the weekend), the staff are always so friendly and remember my name and order which I find really nice. The store is clean even when there’s more than 5 customers in store, the toilets are very clean as well. I like that they come and ask if I would like another drink at the table which means I never have to leave my laptop!

I have regularly used this location mainly because parking facilities are excellent, good broadband which never crashes and you can use Apple Pay! Staff are very welcoming and delivery fast and friendly service including table service. Staff remember your order if you come regularly which is important. The place is always clean on arrival and the kiosk provides excellent range of sandwiches and cakes.

I often visit this place for a coffee to help perk me up so I can focus better on my studies.I have to say that it’s not just the coffee that perks me up. The staff always smile and make me feel very welcome.Lucy, the manager, and all of the staff are so polite and friendly. They even remembered my name.You can get coffee anywhere but it’s the people that make me want to drink it here.I’m always impressed by the speed the staff go at, without making the customers feel rushed.I wish I could say the same of Aldi, where I get my shopping thrown at me whilst simultaneously being asked “cash or card”.Slight tangent, that’s the coffee kicking in!P.S. I visited last week for a bite to eat and a coffee, Coffee and food were over priced and not really worth it. The food looked like it had been left there for a day or two Settled for a coffee and biscuits Coffee was nt hot and the biscuits were the most expensive Ive ever eaten 2 small shortbread rounds Nothing to write home about !!!!!!! Starbucks is always my go to place to meet with friends for a drink and a bite to eat. The staff in here are so friendly and always smiling. They’ll always stop to have a natter which gives a more personal service. It’s always clean and tidy and the parking outside is a bonus too.
