Disgusting service. Menu options limited based on the fact they don’t have half of the ingredients…. ‘Waiting for deliveries’. The staff in this shop are rude. The management accept no responsibility for anything and make excuses. They don’t value their customers as they once did.

Usually a top place to eat. Cafe staff are exceptional as are most the staff there, with the exception of Mr Vest the store manager. But on this occasion there was a bird flying around the store. I didn't realise until id finished my coffee and cake. They were still selling food and beverage to be consumed on site with a bird in store.

Segunda visita, lamentablemente no tan bueno como la primera visita! Tenía una galleta que estaba ligeramente sobre horneado que realmente estropeó la textura! ¡Debería haber sido retirado de la más de un minuto o dos antes!

Hi went to order something and thr staff are clueless and no offence no customer service and I decided to tell them about my autism and was laughed at me because iam trying to put it in there through but have some human sympathy but it's shows the lack of understanding I felt disappointed never will go or recommend this will be on social media including tiktok

Excelente mini desayuno desi, tenía un Masala Huevo Tostado y bollo de huevo masala. . . obviamente se lavó con una taza de Karak Chaii apropiado. . . Nos encantó. Además, el personal era agradable y educado. Especialmente Zara (Enfermera de oficio) , era extremadamente educada e informativa también en cuanto a alérgenos. Recomendaría este lugar a todo el mundo.

Cake lovely and not badly priced for the size of the slice, shame your cafe / ice cream shop girls are miserable as sin - they need to be taught some customer service skills, eye contact, interact with your customers and most importantly look like you want to there and SMILE!

If I could give zero star, I will. Poor customer service and was overcharged for something we never had. Please also don’t go for the ice cream as it’s literally a scam! They didn’t give you a full scoop and my ice cream was hollow in the middle. For almost £4, I’d suggest you to go somewhere for something better! Avoid at all cost.

Visitado para probar los desayunos. . pedido uno irlandés y otro vegetariano. Quedamos impresionados por el sabor y el tamaño de la porción. Pudín negro... pasteles de patatas... la pausa de la soda fue exuberante para el irlandés... Tocino y salchichas de calidad. . Lo recomendaría encarecidamente. . El personal era amable y servicial. . The approach to this Starbucks is a car park thst is littered with potholes. Some of them so big they could be termed pits. It is a poor start to a oretty underwhelming coffee shop. It is depressingly dowdy, not very busy and staffed by two baristas who looked fairly bored withe life behind the counter. On the plus side it was clean and the drinks were fairly good. Until it has an upgrade i won't rush back.

Over-priced minuscule portions of indifferent food. £9 for a medium sized glass of wine. Really?!! The venue deserves so much more than this establishment offers. Listen to your customers.

Since the refurbishment, it has become worse. There was nothing wrong before. Only two conveyor checkouts now. See also, other reviews which I agree with

This is the second Sunday afternoon I have visited in the last 3 weeks and on both occasions the toilets have been absolutely filthy, clearly not cleaned all day, toilet paper and mess over the floor. Honestly if I had seen the state of the toilet before I ordered I would have walked out.

Having waited in a long queue, on reaching service point was told "we are not doing any more hot food" at this time hot food was still being taken out to tables but at 1.30 someone obviously decided no more orders were being accepted, staffing levels were high at this time, families were arriving for lunch, there was no sign at the entrance stating there was no hot food to save you waiting in a long queue before you were told, when I queried the situation with the manageress she simply shrugged and said "apologies for that" in a very non apologetic manner.m As a family we will not be returning here and as a regular M&S customer feel that for some time now your cafe at the Malvern store has fallen way below your usual standards.

Went to watch a live act the other night, the music was great and so was the staff however night was ruined when the owners started gobbing off at musician outside and was overall rude and horrible apparently this is well known through Stratford that the owners are like this. My friend told me it’s known as the ‘Benidorm’ of Stratford and not in a good way so yeah avoid this place unless you’re drunk enough not to care

Un montón de pantallas y volumen de audio es genial. Buen ambiente. La reserva de cabinas está en el ojo del espectador, pero no puede hacer esto si no es nativo. La comida es una desviación. Es decir, las hamburguesas de pollo fritas del sur son 2 x goujones de pollo en baps. No es broma. Cobrado en exceso por las primeras 2 rondas de pintas como "el personal es nuevo" y no eran conscientes de la reducción de precios durante los partidos de rugby.
