Costa Coffee in Bromsgrove

Hi went to order something and thr staff are clueless and no offence no customer service and I decided to tell them about my autism and was laughed at me because iam trying to put it in there through but have some human sympathy but it's shows the lack of understanding I felt disappointed never will go or recommend this will be on social media including tiktok

I went to this costa this morning, there where no lids for takeaway cups and no glass cups due to broken dishwasher, this is not my first complaint for this particular store. Ever since the previous manager and some of the team members left it has gone down hill awfully. The only saving grace is a heavily pregnant young lady that had been there for a good few years but yet is left to deal with this new awful management, I had to stick up for her as other members of the public where taking there anger out on her, when it is obviously down to the awful management, who I rarely see for some unknown reason. This is the last time myself and friends will attend this costa, I'd rather drive to the new morrisons costa. Shocking

This coffee shop is a joke. Turned up Saturday morning to find that they don't have coffee. All you could have was a cold drink or tea. What sort of coffee shop doesn't have coffee. Its not like this is the first time this has happened to this Costa. Either the coffee machines broke or the dishwasher is broke. It's about time costa invested In some new equipment. The amount of money they've lost would've covered the cost.

Visited today had a latte service very slow and unfriendly wasn't given a spoon or napkin place was very inviting and unkempt I am shocked at how the place has deteriorated as I used to visit very often used to be lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink or lunch such a shame will be going elsewhere where the service is better and less expensive

Me & my husband went to costa bromsgrove today for lunch &coffee. Well I can honestly say its the worst costa we ever been in,dirty and run down,The staff are miserable, I asked the lad who was working there if he could clean the table, which I’d already had asked the girl who was working with him if she could do it, but didn’t even bother too come over.they had no cup or mugs no plates. So my toastie come in a bag which made it very greasy. So I left that and my coffee on the dirty table. The lad had long black hair not tied back. He was more bothered about filling his face round by the microwave, and didn’t even wash his hands after having them all round his mouth, straight to the next customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting 😡

The staff are really friendly, myself and my hubby go in whenever we are in Bromsgrove. They've stuck to COVID restrictions very well.

Coffee was nicely presented by a young man who seemed to be on his own and looking at every table which had empty cups and plates was probably right it’s such a shame when these establishments are staffed on a shoestring.

Come here almost every morning. The black haired guy was nice but now that he's gone all I get is cr*p attitude and a burnt mouth. coffee is supposed to be made with love and attention. Not. This.. :(

We stopped using this Costa some time ago despite the fact we enjoy the coffee. It really couldn't have got any worse, poor hygiene and dreadful toilets.Well we heard that it had been given a face lift so popped in for a coffee, which I enjoyed. Much improved but there are still issues with toilet area despite it being re tiled. Good news is the cobwebs have been removes from the window frames.

Visited costa the day after it opened after a refurbishment The floor behind the counter and between the fridges were rough obviously this section not refurbed or cleaned the bin behind the counter was dreadful.Then the toilets the workmanship has a lot t be desired holes in toilet doors ,rusty fittingsIt begs a question who has signed this work off The new interior is very bland gone are the typical Italian street/ coffee shop scenes they now have pictures that you look at then have to decide what the picture is .Round and square table so doesn’t work well when trying to push tables together if more than two peopleWe stopped using the bromsgrove costa a while ago because of how dirty it was and the state of the toilets.Costa don’t employ cleaners the staff do it or don’t in the bromsgrove store then things get that bad it has to be refurbished or half a refurbishment.When there is a number of coffee shops to choose from costa need to step there game up to attract Buisiness.

The visit was a bop and all dat. The staff were chill. Had a fun fun time with ma work chums. One negative that lost those two lil round star guys was that they RAN OUT OF RED BERRY COOLERS. I didn’t actually want one but someone else might have. Get yourself together Costa.

I like costa coffee. But in Bromsgrove it couldn’t impress me. Ordered a Mocha but had to wait long though there was only one customer in front of me. Toilet not very clean. Outside area needs a deep clean.

I love having a wander down the High Street and then stopping in here to grab a quality coffee before I see where I need to go next.Always cosy and welcoming and a good place to press the pause button and chill out for a while.

We decided to venture to this area for a change and the costa was a welcome relief. The salted caramel crunch is our favourite of the cold drinks. The staff know their jobs and do them well. The cafe is always clean tidy and inviting.

A pretty average Costa Coffee, nothing out of the ordinary, Coffee was a little weak, but the hot chocolate was good.

I’ve been here a few times now. The staff are friendly they put a bit of effort into their flat whites which I like. Plus there is always a news paper lying around to read if your waiting for someone. it’s a shame the place isn’t bigger as it soon fills up.

If you like Costa you will be happy enough with this rather small branch. It does the usual Costa fair, but slowly.

Did a little bit of last minute Christmas shopping in bromsgrove and popped in for a Christmas hot chocolate before heading home. The billionaires got chocolate was very nice but so glad I had a small one! Staff are friendly and it’s nice to see them knowing customers and talking to them and by name.

I'm very disappointed with Costa Coffee in general, why have you taken away the napkins, and in some places the newspapers, the tables are never wiped down and cleared, the staff are very good, but obviously over worked.

This is a great coffee shop in the middle of Bromsgrove. We have visited before and enjoyed but have also visited when it has been full. Very popular cafe and we can see why. Our visit today was very good. Super coffee and very friendly service. A nice layout and very relaxing. Yes a chain is a chain but not all establishments in a chain stand up to the same standards. This Costa is good and worth a visit.

A great coffee shop situated in Bromsgrove High Street. Food and drink are delicious. Service is of standard speed. Staff are polite and entertaining! Good for meeting friends and family! Overall a great coffee shop!

A comfortable and cosy coffee shop with delicious cakes. Slightly on the small side. Given its popularity, it would be great if it could move to a slightly larger unit on the high street

Very slow even though it was not bizzy hot chocolate was cold and a distinct lach of chocolate ment warm milk did not bother to complain because it takes so long to get the drinks in the first place i would of lost the will to live a second time around was not very clean and the toilet was so bad my wife refused to ues them one to avoid

Hoy no pude encontrar una mesa había sido limpio y no hicieron ningún esfuerzo para retirar los platos sucios de nuestros clientes, a pesar del hecho de que el lugar no estaba tan lleno. No necesitan más personal o no es un problema de limpieza?

Visitamos hoy, pedimos un té y una comida para llevar, más de 4 libras de leche por decir lo menos caro! El café era como cálido y sin sabor, todo el café necesita una buena limpia!

Probé el cortado, que era preciosa! Buena costa con una gran variedad de asientos. personal amable, la India era muy agradable. Las mesas no sentir 100% limpia! Pero sigue siendo un buen lugar!

Entramos en Bromsgrove aire fresco en el Día del Boxeo y llamado antes el viaje de vuelta. Servicio amable, aunque el servidor estaba hablando con un amigo mientras me sirve - no buenos modales! Un buen café, un ambiente relajado y agradable 'Rocky' y 'Carrot Cake'.

This Costa just like every other I have been to offers such basic generic service, staff are likely very busy so do not have time to add any personality to the job. Coffee quick? Head to Costa, if you want an experience head to an independent coffee shop.

I go to costas once a week whilst out shopping and am never disappointed by the coffee or the service. Have tried many coffee shops but find this the best.

I use this coffee house for meeting friends and acquaintances. Coffee and a Cake at a reasonable price seated chairs and table OR sofa and coffee table. Highly recomended

Excellent staff. Plenty of customers. Great service. I have kept to 4 star rating as this was the very first time I had been in a Costa Coffee and to be honest the coffee slightly disappointed me. It was no worse or better than countless other places I have visited. Nothing special at all to me at any rate. As said the service was excellent could not fault it.

There are times when this branch has a lot of tables needing clearing but that's an old problem for very busy places with not quite enough staff! Have had very nice lattes at this Costa for ten years now, never had an order wrong, there's always something tempting amongst the food and snacks, and staff are never less than welcoming even when the queue is snaking towards the door.

Friendly staff. Hot drinks and cakes just as enjoyable as all other costa's. Clean. Quite busy. Enjoy a coffee here after shopping at a nearby supermarket.

A good place to stop for coffee on the High St. The café was busy when I called but a small table at the back was available. The table had not been cleaned for some while as it had coffee stains. I had to queue at the counter for a while to place my order, and although I just wanted a simple small black coffee I had to answer a number of questions before my requirements matched what could be put into the till. They also tried to sell me cakes and pastries. The coffee was nice, at the correct temperature and I found the chairs more comfortable than is usually provided in a café.

As you would expect the coffee is consistent for a Costa. Staff are generally pleasant but are often busy and therefore tables don't get cleared as often as they should be. Some areas look worn especially the toilets where a little attention would improve things greatly. However the café is usually busy.

All of the costa outlets are much of a much in that they all serve he same food, drinks and cakes. We don't go here very often now, there are better coffee shops in Bromsgrove. The coffee is consistently good whichever one you go to but the service I. This one is generally poor as the staff are so miserable. The other thing I have found with Costa no matter which one you go to is the place is never very clean, I can almost guarantee I will have to clear a table to sit at and the toilets always leave a lot to be desired

I regularly visit this Costa to sit and study and generally in boasts a busy but sedate atmosphere that makes this a great place for that. The service is always good, I was particularly impressed on my most recent trip. I was served by Meg and she was taking orders, making drinks and apologising profusely for the wait all at the same time. However she was alone (it took five minutes for her manager to appear and help her) but she managed to work calmly under pressure, never failing to be polite, which reflects the quality of the staff here, if not the management (I would advise that the staff shouldn't be taken for granted when they're such an asset to the establishment). The drinks are, as in all Costa's, of a good quality, if a little expensive. But in this case, the latter note is made up for by the pleasant surroundings and the quality staff.

Don't usually use this branch but always find the staff more than welcoming at most locations. Not sure what the difference is in Bromsgrove, not very friendly and seem quite miserable to be honest. Shame, normally a treat for me to bring my kids. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Ordered two Medio Latte, we'll we can only describe then as the worst latte's we have ever tasted. We regularly frequent Costa outlets and have Tassimo Costa Coffee machine at home and have always enjoyed Costa branded coffees. It was our first visit to Bromsgrove Costa and will most defiantly not be returning.The Latte's tasted horrible, of only warm frothy milk, the colour through the glass was white grey colour. I returned them, and although reluctant the worker made us two fresh ones. Again they were awful.We decided enough was enough and left choosing to leave the coffees.We later got home and thoroughly enjoyed a lovely tasty Costa latte with our very own Tassimo Coffee Machine

Walked in had to wait a long time for a piece of cake and a coffee when i finally got my food and coffee wernt no seats so had to stand and try and eat and drink from a shelf not very impressed at all overpriced and overated much prefer lorritas better atmosphere better coffee and food sorry costa but youve lost the plot

Costa used to be a smart clean place to stop for a drink however it now seems run down and grubby with over worked staff.Prices at Costa always to high poor value

Costa coffee, Bromsgrove, is a hit and miss affair. Sometimes staff can be friendly but other times rude and surly. On my last visit I actually thought it looked grubby, with tacky tables and splash marks on wall where I sat. I now choose to go else where for coffee in Bromsgrove.

Chain with no distinguishing features but I do like Costa coffee. There chocolate brownie/tiffin is very nice as an occasional treat.

I have been a costa fan for years where ever we go the coffee is always consistent but now they are taking over the world the environment is exspected to enjoy there not cheap coffee gets worse.I have used the Bromsgrove Costa for years the staff have always been hit and miss never get any recognition consider the amount of times we have been in and although it has not bee that long since it has been refurbished it is never cleaned properly.You look behind the counter it's a state,toilets leave a lot to be desired and the general seating areas .Is it a case of just run the place into the ground making as much money as possible then refurbish the hole place again.The are now a lot of better coffee shops in bromsgrove which we use ,I love good coffee but I also like a nice environment to have my drink and friendly staff.

As a Costa coffee fan I was thrilled when they opened in Bromsgrove High Street. The café is well situated in the centre of the town and served great coffee and snacks. in my opinion the best coffee chain there is.

Me and my 11 yr old come here most weeks for a pot of tea and cakes! Yes it's very over priced but as a weekly treat it's ok! We love to sit in the window and watch the world go by! Staff always seem friendly! I will stress that the cups at times have been a little mucky and the customer toilets not the cleanest!

It was handy to see this open on Boxing Day, we know Bromsgrove well and seeing other tea rooms shut, this was the only option. I guess customers here wouldn't be sampling the other town's eateries.This is a typical Costa, quite large with wi-fi and comfy sofas and a delicious selection of cakes! Clean and friendly staff.

Very Nice Cortado, nice seating Good service. Always nice to sit here, a pity the location is not the most inspiring of Margate.

Good time, should have been more workers but they were nice and served good drinks. Good service overall.
