So glad Starbucks Woofferton has opened in a take out only mode. Finally get to enjoy a great coffee while en route or after doing my elderly Dads essential shop. Yes its take out only but that's fine, with its location everyone pretty much needs to drive to it so you get a seat and a cup holder or dashboard in your car to place your cup. Understandably at present the toilet is off limit and there are no bins outside. We are in a pandemic and with minimal staff on they have not the time to keep cleaning a toilet and emptying bins with other peoples extra rubbish in it. Infection control! We all have bins at home so it's just as easy to take it home to dispose of.So well done Starbucks Woofferton, I for one and my partner will continue to visit for take out and take our rubbish home.Great to see you being mindful of hygiene and safety too with masks and gloves.

Really looked forward to a coffee today, having found that the Ludlow branch had been reopened. What a let down. No provision to use the toilet. No bins to put empty cups in nothing to rest coffee cups on whilst drinking. I wasn't expecting seating but a bench to rest cups on would have been useful. Instead I scalded my hand due to cup being filled so full with black coffee. What a waste of time. Better to stay shut than offer nothing but expensive coffee. I don't mind paying for service but today I had none.

I wanted to pop here to buy some Via coffee sachets and grab a lovely hot cafe mocha& pastry en route to Manchester. The staff were extremely friendly as always - the coffee made beautifully and efficiently. I was a bit disappointed to see that this lovely cafe is no longer dog friendly indoors.I can see how it would affect dog walkers at the weekend and the cafe must’ve noticed a huge drop in custom. As there is no open kitchen inside I think it’s a bit unfair of the franchise to enforce this rule. Again another very pleasant visit. Thank you Dan for your excellent service. The smoked almonds are delicious from the grab and go section at the front of the till too incidentally.

Coffee & light breakfast good. Pleasant staff and nice environment. Free parking nearby. More expensive than I usually pay but convenient if on a journey or staying over.

We were in the area so we thought we’d go in for coffee and a cake. Won’t be going again. Had two cups of tea and a coffee plus two cakes. We were given a cup with water and a tea bag in a small mug. No saucer. No spoon. No sugar. No milk. I had to ask for sugar and i was pointed in the direction of a container where you pour out what you want and the milk is in a jug to help yourself. No spoons so back to the counter where I was given two plastic spoons. Once the tea bags were removed from the cups there was nowhere to put them. I ordered a cold coffee and was given a plastic cup with very strong coffee and ice cubes in the bottom then some sort of thick milk/cream on the top. It tasted very bitter and I tried adding sugar but still bitter. It’s the worst coffee I have ever had so had to leave it. The cakes were two cinnamon buns which were ok. For nearly £14 will not be going there again. The two members of staff didn’t speak only to answer a question.

Plenty of space to relax and watch the traffic heading North, South, East and back to Wales. Starbucks menu so don't expect a fried breakfast.

Called at Woofferton en route as the Starbucks is very nice to stop at when needing a rest and a nice warm drink and sometimes we have a bite to eat which is always very enjoyable too, we were a little early to meet up with someone so we needed to stop off here as we like to anyway, the staff are very nice but unfortunately with one exception ordered some drinks and wanting to check emails etc we were sat quietly place was quite quiet then this man with dark hair and bit of a beard kept looking said can I get you anything else in other words why are you still sitting there might of been an idea to say to him didn't realise you do table service I suppose, the wife said we were waiting for someone we arrived early and is there a time limit on the car park which there isn't, but how rude of this boy didnt particularly like his manner when went in there to be fair but gave him benefit of the doubt, only a handful of people in there too other staff were very nice always seem to get one don't you, so bit disappointed on this visit

Called by to grab a couple of take out coffees and to buy some Starbucks beans. The gentleman that served me was really helpful and polite. I had a couple of queries and he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in sorting them. It’s a great shame that the franchise owners have denied dogs access which means many have to sit outside In the cold or sit In their cars with their drinks. The cafe is always welcoming and cosy inside. I have always received excellent service and high quality beverages whenever I’ve visited.

Staff attitude was awful, slapdash, got order wrong and almost threw the coffee onto the counter. Cup was filthy and when I pointed this out I was abused by other customers. Staff did nothing. Quite a disgusting experience.

I wanted to pop here to buy some Via coffee sachets and grab a lovely hot cafe latte. The staff were extremely friendly as always - the coffee made beautifully and efficiently. I noticed there was a fundraiser raffle prize on the counter so I enquired about it and was informed it was for Hope House -a local charity. I duly bought some raffle tickets because I think it’s wonderful that they support small local charities . I was a bit disappointed to hear that this lovely cafe is no longer dog friendly indoors. Hayley informed me that it wasn’t the decision of the store staff. I can see how it would affect dog walkers at the weekend and the cafe must’ve noticed a huge drop in custom. As there is no open kitchen inside I think it’s a bit unfair of the franchise to enforce this rule. We drank the coffee in our car outside as our dog was with us on this visit however it isn’t always what you would wish to do. Again another very pleasant visit. Thank you ladies for your excellent service.

A tiring day of house hunting in the area brought us here for a deserved pit stop. It smelt great when we entered. The toilets are very clean. There is fast, free Wi-Fi that doesn't even require signing up. Car parking was easy, if a little confusing coming in off the A49.Staff were friendly, but unfortunately forgot to make the two coffees we ordered. As it's Starbucks, it's on the pricey side - £20 for a few sandwiches and a couple of coffees, but you're really a bit limited around here. We're quite surprised they don't have a drive-thru on-site. We will return though.

Great Starbucks!

This restaurant is adjacent to the Travelodge where we occasional stay when visiting family. On this occasion we arrived around 6 pm (they close at 7 pm) and so were able to take advantage of the end-of-day bargains. We enjoyed a light breakfast there too. The staff were very welcoming and helpful as well as very efficient.

You would expect the coffee to be pretty good here and so it is as are the range of muffins, all this plus very friendly and attentive staff and ample parking but not cheap, around £7 for an orange juice, muffin and medium Americano.

My daughter& I had been on the road for a few hours and remembered that this fairly new Starbucks had opened a very short while ago. I entered and noticed how modern, clean and organised this cafe looked inside. It was early evening and the two members of staff remained helpful chatty and cheerful whilst serving me. There are a few tables and chairs outside for customers to enjoy the sunshine. A Delicious caramel popcorn frap was delivered by myself to my daughter who was waiting in the car which she totally enjoyed. This is not a drive thru cafe but a park and enter cafe. Would certainly call again when in the area.

Opened recently after waving goodbye to Little Chef which had been turning out iffy food for years. Starbucks have streamlined everything like the coffee giants always do. Very clean, very tidy, very welcoming, but lacking a bit of ambience/spirit. Some extra screening would have worked well between tables, but I suppose functionality will always win! Unlike both Costas and much of Ludlow town, a great choice of food and drinks. Particularly liked the breakfast scrambled egg hot box. The bacon roll was given the thumbs up, as was the Mushroom Croissant. Nothing to much trouble for the staff, very quiet on Saturday afternoon.

At last a Starbucks near Ludlow! OK, so it's not a quaint tea room in the town centre, but it is a very friendly, clean, quiet and inviting Starbucks serving quality coffee and a great array of snacks (for a Starbucks). The team are incredibly welcoming, keeping tables clear and standards up.Of its type, this is an excellent example and we've sampled Starbucks across America, Asia and the UK. So glad that us locals now have a great Starbucks to call our own! Great for a stop if you're travelling on the A49, want a break from the bustling Costas etc. of Ludlow or just want a quality break in clean comfortable and friendly surroundings. We're guessing that the majority of business comes from the adjacent Travelodge, but during the day it's a peaceful oasis. Easy parking and plenty of seating, it's now on our list of regulars.

Recently opened and immaculately laid out, we have started to frequent this coffee shop as a quiet getaway from elsewhere. Situated on the A49 towards Shrewsbury, between Ludlow and Leominster, it is obviously an ideal place to stop off on an onward journey. It is also however a good place for locals to get a proper coffee. Although I prefer independent coffee houses, I do like their coffee in comparison to the the other major high street brand.

Very nice to find this coffee shop between Leominster and Ludlow. Its great to get out of town into the country to find a cafe here. There are two Costa's in Ludlow but without the ambience and one of them has no plugs for your laptop. I found the staff most pleasant and proud of their jobs. On the wall they had pieced all the different coffees with their names. The place was quite clean and the toilets really well kept. The quality of the coffee was at eh highest on this day (24/1/2017)- the barrista knew what he was doing. I like how the cakes are not TOO sweet like with other franchises. Also on the plus the large table in the middle for large groups. It has a good wifi and several plugs. Its also quiet-- for want of customers, but i do hope that it gets busier and the staff become permanent fixtures on the landscape here! https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g32655-d4563363-r347957399-Barista_Society-Los_Angeles_California.html#

A very old English style cafe/ dining spot. Me and my mother highly regard the genuineness and traditional expertise of the food and impression given by the place. We spoke to both the chef and waiter of whom gave a friendly and professional manners. We had a talk about how tasty the homemade chips were. I will be going back there again. That is a definite. Thank you for awesome food and a quiet and homely experience.

What a find we were staying at Ludlow Touring site and booked Sunday lunch at The Wheatsheaf . The pub was really welcoming warm and comfortable. We were two couples who went for Sunday lunch and we all agreed it was the best Sunday lunch we had had at a pub and really good value . The beef and lamb were really tender and there was a good selection of vegetables all cooked perfectly. The service was good and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for making our first visit a success

Poor staff coping admirably, cream tea sounded goof. Crockery very badly chipped, teapot spout, cup, teapot, this always makes u hope china bits aren't inside! Little organisation, long queue, one till, no instruction for a first time visitor, not even written on the menu. And the dreaded give customers as little milk as possible in a very leaky minute jug. I don't often write a bad review but this was not good. Management seemed missing.
