El personal grosero, esperó a ser servido en el bar, completamente ignorado por el personal del bar que estaba sirviendo a quien querían independientemente de la gente que esperaba. El personal del bar necesita formación en profesionalidad.

I’m a fan of Resorts World, Birmingham in general, but this policy of having to apply for membership for the casino just to go to the Sports Bar is ludicrous, brain-dead and unworkable. All I wanted to do was catch the last 15 minutes of a football match which was on, and were treated like unruly yobs by the jobsworth bouncers as a consequence. Casinos and sports bars are completely different places, attract different types of customers and therefore don’t go together. E-mailed Resorts World a while back to ask why this was the case. Nothing. We might come back one day, but the lack of explanation on this infantile policy is putting us off.

Wandered in for a drink when visiting resorts world guy on meet and greet was lovely very welcoming and informative , lovely casino and sports bar great atmosphere pints very reasonably priced loads of Tv s to watch the sport. Food excellent prices and looked great all staff friendly and warm would definitely re visit

I tried to book a table for the quarter final game but obviously I looked too late! We thought we would chance it anyway and stand if we had to. When we arrived and asked if there were any cancellations, there were not but Alexandra did everything in her power to help us secure a table and a good line of sight for a tv. An absolute treasure and has made our night 10x better. Will be back for the semis and final if we make it there!

So I came out for the England vs France game today, pumped on adrenaline and feeling like luck was on my side. I walked up to gentings casino and after feeling like a criminal walking through security I was greeted by such pleasant, friendly staff at the bar. Alexandria was our host and what a host she was, she made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. She is an asset to the company and one to be looked after. Great atmosphere, great vibes and great service , highly recommend

The experience of the sports bar was completely ruined by the queue to get in. I had no idea that we would have to go through "Airport security" to get in. Obviously I understand the sports bars is in a casino but maybe a warning about the ridiculous scrutiny you would to go through to get to your table would of of been nice! However, once we finally got to our table, the food was nice and the service was good too. I definitely would not go back though!!!!

I’ve never used trip advisor before but after last night I think I need to start using it. Sports bar staff are fun, friendly and there for your every need. Tilly was the one who made our experience. We got drinks from a girl at the bar and then went out on to the floor. Tilly was on the floor collecting glasses, taking drinks orders but also making conversation with people. She stopped to ask us if we had everything we needed and if we was having a good night and from there she became the person who looked after us. She was polite, caring and the way she holds herself, she is a great pleasure. Great atmosphere all around, reasonable pricing and a fun night. Thank you Tilly and the team. Can’t wait to come back.

I come to the sports bar a lot and generally it is ok/good service. My last visit though was very poor. It was near impossible to get served for a drink at the table, staff seemed to busy watching the football. We wanted to order food, a steak was brought to our table but we hadn’t ordered yet. I told the waiter it wasn’t ours and we were still waiting to order, he didn’t say a word and walked off. He then did not come back to take our order, the waiter who gave us menus didn’t return to take our order. It took over 40 mins just to order! There are plenty of signs that say table service but I’m not sure the staff got the memo!

Came for a little gamble and few drinks yesterday with my friends, nice atmosphere and casino was quite busy as well, was just really dissapointed with the serving staff. we were trying to get somebody to take our drinks order for more than half an hour yet noone seemed to be comming until one girl that was working on the floor named Ioana passed by, I've asked her if theres any chance to place an order whenever shes free as we haven't been served yet, the response she gave us left us and even the dealer speechless! Girl didn't hold it back and replied "what do you want me to do I'm on my own here" and just left.We've exchanged £10 000 to gamble and all we wanted just to order some drinks, I'm surprised people like her who dont have right customer servise skills are working there, felt like we were asking too much lol I understand it was busy and we were really understanding towards floor staff but this kind of attitude would be really unacceptable in any workplace regardless. Eventually been served by lovely guy Jack, he had no problems taking our order (surely that means she was not on her own then)

Weren’t serving cocktails which was disappointing. However COVID was managed well and seating was good.

Arrived here just after 11.00 and were told by the people at the Reception Desk that we needed our photos taken as ID as the Sports Bar is part of the Casino. Initially we declined but in the absence of much else to do we returned a few minutes later to be told the photo system wasn't working anyway and we were waived in ! Entered the bar area where there was no one serving. A gentleman who may have been a member of staff went to look for someone to see to us, but in the meantime a disinterested lady arrived to get us a drink. We stayed for 2 drinks and then left and there were no more people in there when we departed as there was when we arrived. Weren't made to feel welcome.

Siamo state al Resort World oggi,e dopo una visita allo Spa,siamo andate a cena al Sports Bar.Posto veramente fantastico,cibo molto buono,e Mariam,la ragazza che ci ha servite molto gentile ed attenta ad ogni dettaglio.Tornerò con molto piacere.

Loved this place - great mix/match food/beer/wine offers and very good food considering it's a bar!!! Very much recommended

Went two nights in a row on our weekend in Birmingham really enjoyed our food and nice service staff were very pleasant.
