I recently visited Coffee Cloud AGAIN and took my friend with me this time. I ordered their Bottomless Breakfast Feast and my friend ordered the regular breakfast, and it was incredible! Everything was cooked to my perfection and I got a free hot drink. I only paid £14.95 and left full! The staff were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. If you're in Solihull or nearby, you must visit Coffee Cloud! It’s a real hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Normally pretty good but the staff on this occasion were pretty miserable

Chelsea was amazing!! she provided us with so many drinks and was really accommodating with food also. There was nothing I liked on the brunch pre 3pm and Chelsea and her colleague were really accommodating and let me change it to something on the 5pm + menu. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff are so incredible and welcoming.

Best coffee i have tasted and I drink ALOT of coffee all over. The freshness and flavour of the coffee is amazing. Support this amazing coffee shop where you can also buy freshly ground coffee to take away.

Family friendly place and great staff! We were so pleased with the service we have received from Bing. We were also very impressed with the food quality and served size thanks to both chefs Devon and Kieran. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfrotable. Our child has also really enjoyed the indoor play area with other kids. Well recommeded to families See you soon

We usually love dining at ‘The Forest ‘ but yesterday’s occasion left me feeling very disappointed .. no front of house to welcome us on arrival , a young waitress coldly told us to go to the bar in which we did and then another waitress walked over to the family whom arrived after us and showed them over to 2 staff members whom were sat on bar stools around the side of the bar ,one got up and showed the them straight to their table .. I wasn’t very impressed ! The meal was lovely as always but the service wasn’t at its best .. come on guys ! 😞

Excellent food and service not cheap but good quality. Only down side we asked for two teas one strong and were charge an extra 30p for a tea bag. ?

This is a big favourite of ours but it just takes so long for the food to come. Lovely atmosphere and nice vibe, food is excellent when it comes, nice and fresh, it just seems to take ages.
