Un amigo y yo vinimos para un almuerzo ligero mientras que en un viaje de compras - pedimos cafés, un panini y sopa. Café y panini eran perfectamente aceptables, pero la sopa (champiñón) era terrible - no podíamos decidir si estaba regado catering sopa enlatada y a £ 7 un pop espera algo mejor que eso. Al quejarse con el gerente, le informó que no podía proporcionar un reemplazo o reembolso para la sopa, pero que podía ofrecer un café gratis. Servicio al cliente inaceptable en mi opinión.

We went with our elderly Grandma and a 10 year old and they were both thrilled with the decor and theme. The manager, Laura, and the staff Sam, Aaron, Beth, Thea and Alfie were all fantastic and really accommodating to our daughter’s needs and those of our relative in a wheelchair. That personal service really made the trip as easy as possible and we all enjoyed it. The food is lovely, freshly cooked and served quickly and with a smile! The brunch menu is nicely varied and the staff also accommodated our special requests. Highly recommended even though it will make it harder to get a table in future!

The Woods has the best decor and most delicious food. I had the “Better than Benedict” which was scrumptious thanks Lola & Amelia for being so attentive and thank you Abby for making a yummy cappuccino. Thank you Laura for being so welcoming - I will definitely be back soon

This is the first time I have visited recommended by a friend. Excellent venue pleasantly decorated and drinks and food superb. The service I received was also excellent by Sam and Beth will certainly return thank you 😊 xxxx ❤️

No sé si ha habido un cambio de gestión pero en visitas anteriores tenía el guiso que se servía en una olla con pan. Esta vez fue en un plato y creo que se olvidaron de incluir la carne. Hablé con el joven miembro del personal que no estaba interesado y dijo que estaban ocupados

Visitó para un café rápido y se quedó impresionado con este nuevo negocio. Maravillosa bienvenida cálida. Súper café y un encantador café con leche de avena. La decoración es peculiar y Laura la gerente nos dio un regalo especial, por lo que estábamos muy agradecidos. No gastes tu dinero en Costa/Nero/Pret, y apoya tu negocio local.

Llama por 1 calle visitando Solihull. Entorno boscoso y ambiente. Personal feliz, encantador café y comida en oferta. Brillante historia de fondo. Definitivamente llamaré de nuevo cuando en la zona.

No es bueno - salchicha en mi bocadillo era escasa - servido frío! Sobre todo, no impresionado por el dinero gastado! ¡Habría esperado al menos unas salchichas y que se sirviera caliente! McDonald’s es de mejor calidad!

Estábamos buscando un bocado rápido para comer y rastrojos a través del bosque. Tanto mamá como yo tuvimos la tabla de cerdos hambrientos y como se puede ver en la foto fue encantador. Sin duda volveré para probar otra cosa.

What an amazing morning, such a beautiful location, make a lovely breakfast brunch. Staff were loveky and so helpful will definitely be back again .

Staff were pleasant, but my breakfast was clearly reheated. The hashbrowns were inedible.. unfortunately one of the worst breakfasts I’ve had.

We visited for tea and cake. We have been before we werent as impressed as the previous visit. Thought the cake was expensive for what it was It was very nice but small and the selection was as good as last time. Love the decor and atmosphere and the staff are hard working.

Nice place for breakfast, always seems busy which is a good sign. Nice flat white which was well presented . Menu looks good. Only downside is that it’s very tight for space around the tables.

Went with children. Place has gone down a bit. Polite server however got my order wrong. Hash Browns were cold and no bacon. Really terrible dish. I raised it and then asked to swap for the full breakfast. They charged me extra even though the error was theirs. Worst was that they made be wait 30 mins to bring the new order out. A decent restaurant would apologise and instantly replace especially given that the rest of my family were eating and nearly finished. So added an extra hour onto our visit. Not like the chef was making anything clever, just a fry up! The food overall was bad, the soup is clearly Heinz from a tin, the fry up of which we had two was re-heated food, the hash browns are soggy and stale. Not good given the prices.

Nice quirky cafe where we usually go when visiting Solihull but not such a good experience this time. My sausages and mash was fine but arrived without its vegetable side - which came at least 5 minutes later when I was halfway through the meal and was so overcooked it was virtually inedible. My partner's avo toast was tasty she said but was barely warm & looked a bit of a mess. Also, its supposed poached egg top was an overcooked fried egg. Staff friendly and hardworking but we were all let done by the kitchen on this occasion.
