Coffee Cloud in Solihull

I recently visited Coffee Cloud AGAIN and took my friend with me this time. I ordered their Bottomless Breakfast Feast and my friend ordered the regular breakfast, and it was incredible! Everything was cooked to my perfection and I got a free hot drink. I only paid £14.95 and left full! The staff were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. If you're in Solihull or nearby, you must visit Coffee Cloud! It’s a real hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food was fantastic and prepared promptly and will become a regular place, however just eat kept changing the time and extending the wait to over an hour, this was NOT the cafes problem do better just eat !!

I hired Coffee Cloud to do the catering at a recent wake for a family member, they were professional at all times and the quality of the food delivered to the venue was excellent and good value for money. There was a nice mix of sandwiches and other finger food plus some small desserts. They also provided tablecloths, paper plates and napkins. Thank you for making the process so easy!

A morning walk and revisited Coffee Cloud again. I’m always made to feel welcome and the loverly ladies are always willing to ensure I am looked after and have everything I need. A nice cosy area to just enjoy a full English breakfast and relax for a bit. A nice stress free place to just unwind.

This company catered an evening buffet at our wedding. We asked for a fully vegetarian spread and loads of meat platters arrived. This ruined our dreams of having a fully vegetarian wedding day. Not only does it go against our morals it also was a waste of food as this is not the type of food our guests wanted to eat. The woman who dropped off the food was rude and the presentation was ugly. They forgot tablecloths so the mother of bride had to go find spare ones. I really wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent Cafe with great service & food at very reasonable prices & only a 5 minute walk to the canal for lovey walks to either the Drawbridge Pub or Wedges at Earlswood.

Splendid little hidden gem. I went for breakfast with friends and blown away with the amount of food and drink for the price. This is my second visit and loverly staff working at the time.

Really good Café and we enjoyed the Panninis & hot drink offer which is very good value. Nice atmosphere & very good service & we look forward to visiting again when we have another canal walk which is only a 5 minute walk away.

Second visit to this little coffee shop, always greeted with a smile and its nice to sit down and have a chat with the ladies. The food tastes great and plenty of options available that dont cost the earth like many other places I've visited. Highly recommend trying out the breakfast.

Dog friendly, great food and friendly staff.

The breakfast wrap was decent, however the bacon Brie baguette was vile as was the cheese on toast. And considering this cafe has the word coffee in its title, I wasn’t expecting the coffee to taste like burnt, cheap, stale beans. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Great food and excellent service

I visited for the first time, and I have to say that I was greeted with a friendly welcome as I chose a table to sit at. A staff member gave me time to get seated before coming to ask me for my order. I had a full breakfast, which was cooked fresh to my order. The coffee is just great, best I have tasted. Cant fault the staff or this little shop.

Visited here for a quick drink whilst passing. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff member, very chatty whilst making my drink - her name was Sophie as the other staff member called her whilst i was sitting in. Small Cappuccino and a slice of cake which can i say was delicious. Definitely will be passing again 😀 Thank you x

My mother ordered an impulse birthday cake from Coffee Cloud for my 21st and it was amazing ! It tasted so good and looked spectacular. Thank you for helping to make my day special :)

Visited for the first time this weekend after being told about this coffee shop as a stop off point on a walk. Situated in a lovely village i have now found a perfect coffee shop that meets all my needs. A family walk on Mother’s Day so we all had a treat from Coffee Cloud. Hot chocolate for me and the kids (which were amazing) and a coffee for the hubby. We all had a piece of cake too, banana loaf, jammie dodger, reese’s cupcake and a cherry bakewell - all went down a treat they were amazing! The 2 girls were very friendly and made convo with me whilst waiting for the drinks.

Ordered me and my partner Sunday lunch and ended up with a sloppy mess, the tuna looks like it was pre prepared and flung onto a microwave potato and the pulled pork sadly ended up in the bin straight away.

I drink here daily & have done since l moved to the area. Great staff & excellent coffees & snacks. Well done everyone.

A cosy, welcoming setting with a variety of drinks, food and homemade cakes. I stopped here one Saturday afternoon and it was lovely. The staff were friendly and able to accommodate my food choices, I highly recommend the homemade cakes, so delicious. The cafe is well laid out to accommodate the new covid restrictions with hand sanitiser available on every table. Highly recommend a visit.

I go every day , almost ... great coffee and I find the staff polite and helpful . Great choice of Cakes that are really tasty ! Use recyclable cups 😊 a good choice of vegan food . I would recommend to any one .

Low quality since re-opening (new owners) While the service remains good the quality of the food and particularly the coffee has dropped considerably. The new owners have unfortunately cut costs and now the quality and draw of coffee cloud has gone. I think they are using the old beans from 3 months ago (not confirmed) and the baristas have limited idea of what they are doing. I've not seen any latte art and there is propensity to overheat the milk. The new installation of a hot counter at the front looks like it belongs in a motor service stop or 80s builder cafe. There is demand for a high quality cafe in Dickens heath but the new coffee cloud is not meeting this. They seem to lack any awareness of quality or handling local roasted coffee. I'm happy to support local businesses recover but when the quality has dropped so much then I'm not willing to subsidise mediocrity.

Came in with my mate and ordered 2 large lattes one with syrup and a sausage roll. Staff were friendly and pleasant Wanted to leave a review after seeing negative because my experience was fine

OH HOW DISAPPOINTING....please tell me this is not a sign of things to come?!?! Having been a regular at coffee cloud over the past couple of years since moving to West Midlands. I was extremely excited to hear that coffee cloud was reopening. After a long lockdown, I couldn’t wait to be one of their first customers and order one of their delicious cappuccinos. However, My experience of a takeaway (Only option available at the time) was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of £3. The coffee tasted watery and there was no froth, I couldn’t even say it was a good filter coffee...just yeuk!!! I love to support local business and know that this independent coffee shop used to pride itself in great coffee. I just hope the staff can get some barista training to improve it for next time. It was also disappointing that the new management had spent no time updating signs that had been left in the window by the previous owners prior to lockdown. First impressions really count so it doesn’t say much for them taking pride in this new business venture. Hoping for improvements once cafes are given the go ahead to open their doors for ‘business as usual’ again.

My friend has just been googling your opening times to see if you are open tomorrow and she came across reviews so screenshot them me. I am shocked as i have visited your coffee shop 3-4 times a week since you have re opened and can not fault the 2 staff that are working there everyday, drinks are made perfectly and cakes taste delicious. Always make conversation with me whilst taking my order, they go above and beyond and definitely need a shout out!! The new owner has put in some new things and i am happy too see them inside the coffee shop, a nice shake up i personally think the coffee shop needed! Favourite so far is your special milkshakes, think you have had malteaser & jammie dodger so far, can not wait too see what one you come up with next. Keep doing what you are doing and i am excited too see what other new things you will introduce See you tomorrow xxx

Have been using coffee cloud for years now and have been missing their trademark frothy, milky cappuccino so was excited that they were finally reopening, albeit under new management. Have to say my first experience of them was disappointing for my takeawaycoffee. The girls did speak, but only really to take my order, not the warm welcome I would have expected as the new management try to build relationships with the local customer base. My coffee was as hot as lava and undrinkable at first. By the time it had cooled and I was able to taste it, I was not impressed. It was weak, like the coffee had been used twice through the machine and overall a waste of my 3 quid. Really hope these reviews are read and improvements made. I would really like to continue to support local business, but I will not be paying for substandard coffee and service.

I just purchased a ham/salad sandwich and a medium coffee which cost over £6.00, which normally would be fine but the state of the sandwich had to be seen, it looked like it had been dropped from a great height, no effort made, hardly any salad and they buttered the bread without asking if I wanted it buttered which I didn't, the girls were miserable too, the coffee was okay though.

First decent bike ride of the year. Close to the end called in for a well earned coffee.A warm and friendly welcome led to a gorgeous chocolate brownie, then freshly maid sausage and tomato sandwich, plus Latte with recommended 3 shots of coffee all for under £10.Sat outside as I was a little muddy. The lovely lady came out not only to serve the food I’d ordered but also a blanket was offered !!Amazing service with smile, great food and coffee. Will definitely use again in future. Highly recommended if your near Dickens Heath. Thank you.

Best coffee in area by a long way!! Staff are always cheery. Having trawled Solihull areas for a good coffee, we always come back to Coffee Cloud.

Unfortunately, even though I’d love to support my local and independent coffee shop, Coffee Cloud proved disappointing on several occasions. My coffee was average and not hot enough. I tried... sorry guys, I’ll be going to the Costa across the road from now on ...

A great little coffee shop. A warm welcome, lovely rich hot chocolate and lovely snacks. The toasted fruit loaf and the raspberry oat cake were particularly nice. Hopefully this will become our regular stop on our walks.

I have been going to Coffee Cloud since it opened. Very friendly staff and always has a nice vibe. The prices are reasonable and they offer an incentive card, after 7 purchases of drinks you get one free. Great for me going so often. Costa opened directly opposite but this posed no problem for the independent thankfully.Light breakfast and lunch menu options, not over complicated.Well worth popping in and trying fir yourself.

Whenever I fancy a coffee I always go here, the staff are really friendly and the coffee is really good! I have eaten here a few times and the bacon sandwich and coffee deal is great! Dog friendly too!

Excellent cafe with prompt and friendly service in a good location. Free street parking right outside the cafe and it's dog friendly. Outside seating, weather dependent, also available for people watchers.

Very good. Of you have the time, the service is not too fast, this is one of the nicest coffee shops. It is the best in Dickens Heath.

First time I had ever been there and it was a lovely place to chill, chat, eat and drink coffee. Staff are lovely and food, well you are spoilt for choice. It is all amazing and the cakes are so good its hard to choose between them.

The most amazing freshly made cakes, friendly service and great drinks! We didn’t need other coffee shops in Dickens Heath, but Costa plonked itself smack bang opposite Coffee Cloud...never fear...they are not a touch on The Cloud! Great for takeaway service, sitting in for quiet catch ups with friends, and they even have a little bowl outside for your canine friends!

Nice little independent coffee shop on the Dickens Heath high street. Avoid the coffee chains and get yourself a proper coffee. Their teas are also very good.

This independent coffee shop in dickens heath recently came under attack by costa who opened opposit e.i am glad to say they seem to have ridden the storm .whenever I go past cloud is busy costa is not .one up for the independent .all the charming staff at cloud present there home made savouries and cakes with a smile and the bacon sandwich drink offer is a must

We go here nearly every weekend and it’s always the same, fantastic. Warm welcoming and great customer service, food is great quality freshly made. The cakes are on a new level and made daily. The staff are very accommodating and so friendly they always remember us, the business is great for the such a small community. I hate the fact costa decided to open a store across the road however this has only made coffee cloud raise there game and it’s customers remain just as loyal, if you are visiting Dickens Heath then you have to try this Gem

This delightfull independent coffe shop has just had to endure the arrival of the costa franchise that dominates the high street.why they decided that dickens heath needed another outlet for coffee is beyond me .coffee cloud have upped there game with an extended menu and guess what its all fresh.together with delightfull friendly staff there is no reason not to be loyal to coffee cloud

We visit Coffee Cloud for lunch on a weekly basis. They are a fab independent coffee shop that service lovely homemade food. I can highly recommend the parsnip soup, pumpkin spice lattes and array of cakes and sweet treats. My children are aged 1 and 3; they are always made very welcome by all the staff. There’s a little box of books and colouring pencils they can use which keeps them entertained. I would highly recommend Coffee Cloud if you are looking for a warm welcome and delicious homemade food!

Coffee Cloud is a family run, independent local business with friendly staff and a great range of tea, coffee and fabulous cakes. I live in DH and often meet friends or pop in for take away breakfast at the weekend. Can highly recommend

If you love coffee, this is THE place to go and its certainly worth a drive. All cakes are homemade, they offer snacks for lunch, which are freshly prepared too. The coffee is outstanding, only arabica beans are bought locally and that makes all the difference. The baristas understand their work and every cup is to the same high standard. Staff is always lovely and welcoming. I am lucky enough to live close to the Coffee Cloud but would travel some distance to come here..

It's great to see an independent coffee shop and always like to support these. This place is clearly popular with the locals as there is a regular flow of customers both dining in and taking away. Offers a simple range of sandwiches and sweet treats / cakes etc alongside the usual selection of drinks.

This is a lovely little coffee shop that has delicious coffee and a range of teas. Their cakes are homemade and most importantly, fresh. You can get a reasonable choice of sandwich/baguette/panini fillings and there is also the daily meal deal special. The only minor criticism is that the toilet has a baby change mat that you use on the floor; not very hygienic. It would be nice if a proper wall mounted pull down changing mat was available.

This place is very cozy, the service is great and the coffee is pretty good. The way you are welcome when entering just makes you want to come back.

Always pop in here when visiting from Brisbane. Only place I know that make a decent flat white. Lunch not bad either.

Really liked this little place. I needed somewhere to sit for an hour and do a little work and this place was perfect. The lady who served me, who I assume was the owner, was very welcoming and really quite friendly. The food and drink on offer was limited, compared to a larger chain place, but this, I feel, was a positive thing. I had a drink, a nice fresh bacon sandwich and was very happy. I would recommend stopping off here if you are around Dickens Heath.

Possibly the best coffee shop in South Birmingham. Service is always 5 star and the staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly. Not to mention the finest Brazilian coffee beans on the market. A must visit.

The café is a real treat in the middle of dickens health. The coffee is top notch and the staff are great. The supply throws outside to keep you warm there is a cosy kennel to put Your dog and all the staff are great. I would recommend you come and try for yourself. Beats the impersonal approach of Costa.

Its nice to have a coffee shop in Dickens Heath especially one that isnt part of a chain. The price of cofee here is reasonble and it tastes great. I haven't ever stopped for food the cakes and sandwiches all look fresh and home made.

I Carnt really say a lot because I turn up there on a Saturday 12 November 2016 at 8.55 and waited for it to open at a advertised time 9.00, but by 9.20 I got fed up of waiting for it to open and drove to costa, if you can't get the basics like opening on time right people will spend there money elsewhere,
