Amazing food and service! Staff are very friendly and happy to help, highly recommend to anyone flying out of Birmingham airport. I was served by a young man named Stefan and he was amazing

Flying out to Copenhagen and stopped off for breakfast and a drink. Service was great and food came out in a timely manner, and was delicious.

A great little spot amongst the shops and everything whilst you wait for a flight! Great atmosphere & the food is 10/10!! Kudos to Ash for a wonderful service, really made our time worthwhile & even gave good recommendations on drinks 🍷 Will definitely give it another visit!!

I’m a regular flyer from Birmingham Airport and All Bar One is always my go to. The food comes out fast with great presentation, and staff members are always attentive and make sure you’re looked after. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Had a lovely meal with family here, staff and service was great, a great selection of food and drink to choose from, which was lovely. Me and my sisters all had a couple cocktails each which were delicious and service was very fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal before a flight!

Great place and atmosphere. Also staff are very lovely and attentive, especially Georgia! Nothing was too much to ask of her.

Went in for a quick lunch before our flight, food was really good and the cocktails were nice and refreshing. Would highly recommend visiting if you are flying from Gates 1-20.

Only because couldn’t give a minus - only eaterie on Southside and it’s closed as the manager is too drunk to open it. Disgraceful and apparently no-one else to open it!!! Get your act together All bar One!

So i have spent over 39 years in IT, I do understand apps and develop apps. Never have i seen such an atrocious app......after viewing the app for 5 minutes we simply walked away and went to costa coffee. I guess we are not alone in this choice. So app service only and an app that's quite useless.By having the app I guess it reduces staffing costs so why almost £10 for a bacon sandwich.

The seating is comfortable, and the ambience is good. Great music, staff attentive. What a pity the whole bar, and indeed, 2nd floor is freezing! I think Easyjet/ franchise holders should ask the airport what they are paying for. Surely, solar panels on the roof/ sides of runaway could provide energy? Nothing in here is cheap. I will avoid BHX in the future.

Came in this morning and was served by Ash, he had a very welcoming smile and helped us with deciding on which drinks to pick from the menu, he was a very lovely young man. Food came out quickly and so did the drinks, both were spectacular. Will definitely be coming back again!

I always try and stop here before my flights to grab some food and a drink. Recently before my flight I got chatting to one of the staff members Will who really put me in a great mood for my flight, he was very funny and charming.

Traveling for work is not fun but receiving customer service by Teigan makes it so much nicer. Saw me waiting at the bar and came straight over to help. Beautiful service with a smile, and so very attentive. Food was delicious and quick. Thank you for everything from a solo traveller.

Great food and drink in a great location, away from the chaos of the main terminal. Service is excellent and the food is always really well cooked and presented. Definitely a must visit if travelling through Birmingham airport

I mean I k ow airport food is generally mediocre but I thought All Bar One might at least be edible. Pita bread and hummus was disgusting, halloumi fries were just rubber and the burgers were gross. Would definitely not bother next time.

It’s an airport bar so can’t expect too much , service isn’t great tbh .. But it is what it is .. I’d go back . Bar staff not the best but maybe they were just having a bad day

Factory food at best. Great service though. Don't be fooled by the decor, food is crap : ) Avoid chicken burger, measly breaded breast.

Usually my go to place at Birmingham airport. However on this occasion I arrived at 7:45pm only to find they’ve stopped serving food!

Would be fine here if you didn’t have to listen to the idiots in the pass, who obviously feel they are much funnier than they actually are.

Frankly, Birmingham Airport is such a grubby, inefficient and soul-destroying place I would never go near it if I had any choice but given that I must use it occasionally one of the few areas there that provides any calm and a modicum of enjoyment is All Bar One, so there you have it.

Libby was amazing, her service exceeded expectations! Knows how to pour a proper pint of Guinness, would highly recommend the halloumi sticks!

Really nice atmosphere and not too busy as it's a bit out of the way. Super friendly staff, who went out of their way for us.

Had our first drinks in Wetherspoons,a really busy place but the staff still gave a great customer service,very polite. Thought we would have a drink further to our gate in All Bar One. The staff behind the bar total reverse,especially one no pleasantries and seemed to have attitude. Even if you're having a bad day be polite to your customers or work in a sector where you don't have to deal with the general public.

Stopped off for breakfast and a mimosa before our flight - service from Dave was really quick and friendly! Breakfast was great- perfect eggs 😍

Giving it a 1 as it was supposed to open at 04:00 and did t open until 04:35. The staff were oblivious to the queue forming at the two entrances and then opened the one with the shorter queue first! The icing on the cake was a lack of steamed milk capability so you couldn’t order any proper coffees.

Supposed to open at 4, gave up at 4:30 and went to Costa as there was still no sign of life. Disappointing as the food was really good the last time we were here.

Came to birmingham airport for the first time this year and it was great service was fast an effective and i couldnt praise jessica enough for the way she treated me and my family i would defo travel from there again and i will be using all bar one.

Nothing like a breakfast and a couple of pints of Neck Oil before a flight! Fast Service and clean restaurant!

I’ve been to many All Bar Ones but my experience here really surprised me in such a positive way. The food was delicious and the service was great. Jess in particular, couldn’t do enough for us and even helped me decide what to order because I am so indecisive!

Fantastic experience, food was amazing, drinks took a little bit but was busy, Megan made me a French martini and it was amazing, she was amazing and very bubbly. Had a fajita chicken bowl, so much better than spoons and not much more expensive. Worth the price.

Great place for food and drinks. My flight was delayed for three hours, but that time flew past thanks to Raja for being such a great host to us and providing such a quality experience. I Will definitely be visiting again on my flight back. Thanks alot RAJA 👏

Who stops a brunch menu by 12.30???? Trying to order at 12.30 and brunch has stopped yet most of the main menu sold out??? Stupidness.

Big and vibrant, good atmosphere but private with glass around the tables by the main concourse. Scan and pay menu and ordering, fast service, food was hot and tasted good, it is expensive for what it is though.

Skip the Spoons and the bedlum of the main terminal. Usual All Bar One fare, without the airport price hike, with friendly, fast service.

We're do I start Food cost £30 and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I only ate here as my gate to board my flight was right behind me, so it was out of convenience. I ordered the grilled fajita chicken maki bowl, it was disgusting bland, tasteless, and there were like 4 pieces of chicken in it with loads of rice left over. The porportions dont make any sense. Ridiculous for £14.50. I wouldn't recommend it, i also had calamari it was £8.95 with no sauce, just dry calamari and some garnish, its meant to come with a sea food dip, i get calamari any chance i get, you always get a decent little dip with it. The staff were nice Teigan & Keira.

Came in today, before my flight, ordered on the app, given the place is full, service was very prompt including the food. Also with my food came a little note saying 'Have a safe flight - Em, Georgia, Hannah and Olivia with a heart" This was an immensely nice touch and is one of those little things that can make somebody's day. That puts it in a top bracket for me. Do not lose those little sentimental touches. Very much appreciated.

Staff were good, and nice space to relax. However they ran out of quite a lot of food items, unable to order via the QR codes on the table and queuing not really controlled. Would like to go again when their issues are addressed.

Flew out on the 16th of July and was served by a lovely young lady called Sky. Didn't get a chance to eat only had enough time to get a pint, but will definitely return and hopefully get to try the food then.

Really poor. Tables and menus are not clean. Looked for alternative menus from other tables and all the same. Had to wipe the stickiness off both down with a wipe. Tables not clear after people have left, whilst staff standing around talking!. I had pad Thai, wife had fish finger sandwich, mine was a lump of sticky noodles and the other was sent back for having a very burnt bun, and still came back tasting awful. Wish we went to Giraffe, not the best but far better than this.

Good food service awful, drink took 40mins to arrive. Seams like the staff couldn’t cope with order at the table and also the bar queue.

Absolutely awful experience Ordered via the app (as requested on numerous signs around the establishment) 20 minutes passed.....the food arrives! The food is hot and fresh, and tbh, uncooked and delivered well within expectation. It is the manager who delivers the food, so I ask him if he can chase our drinks please (2 x pints of draught beer). His response "there's only one person making drinks, if you want them faster you can go to the end of the bar" Now, I fully understand the strains of being short staffed etc within hospitality, but after eating my breakfast, I go to the bar, 4th in the queue as people are waiting for hot drinks, the lady trying to clear the queue has not got a clue what is going on, there are 5 team members behind the bar, only one is serving drinks to people, 1 is making hot drinks and there is a poor your lady trying to deal with all the complaints whilst there are 2 people putting glasses away. If you are going to actively encourage order on the app, then it would be beneficial to make sure you can deliver the service. Order at the bar would have been the better option there. To add insult to injury, there was a £4 service charge added to the bill (no option to remove) All in all, the manager needs sacking for his awful customer service and I recommend you order at the bar. I will be requesting a refund of said service charge. Food however, was hot, fresh, tasty and fast.

5:15am 5th of July Breakfast was cold disgraceful and I mean cold there excuse was we are busy. I give it 1 star because it was open and play decent music. Never again. Poor food, poor service.

This is my favourite spot in Birmingham Airport as it tends to be quieter than the main departures area and also has comfortable seating. That being said, I last visited on a very busy Sunday afternoon, staff were run off their feet. Despite this, my food was still very hot, flavourful and delivered directly to my table (ordered via the website) within 15 minutes. I also find for this being in an airport, the prices are comparable to what you would pay in a non-airport venue! If you happen to be spending a few hours in BHX, this is the place to go.

Beer is terrible The Guinness is even worse. Has a really nice seating area And it wasn’t busy. This is probably because the drinks are so expensive lol £7.25 a pint

It was a lucky find as it's much quieter than the main area and also is near all the jet2 gates so I could sit down with a coffee as I watched the queue go down. Service was quick and the staff were really friendly.

we love it here is quite and good service and food excellent, Teigan was brilliant she looked after us and made time for us even though she was so so busy, she is a delight with amazing customer service you will not be disappointed its a good start to your holiday. it is not expensive we had meals and snacks and a bottle of wine.

Went in at 05:45 and there were several tables of people eating breakfast. When I went to bar to order breakfast for my party, they claimed they weren't serving food.

Relaxed vib to decor and layout. Friendly and professional staff. Satisfactory menu range (not as extensive as others but I was aware of that before visit and still chose here). I did not use the order at table App preferring to place order at bar. Food arrived in expected time, was presented nicely on plate and tasted nice. TO IMPROVE but a more obvious link to this venue in the first question drop down menu - type in Birmingham or airport and there is no option on list..!!

What a find! I arrived for some food before flying to Edinburgh for work and was greeted by Jack who was a fantastic friendly young lad, I had a Pad Thai with chicken which was delicious and surprised how good airport food could be! Will be returning
