Very nice service, delicious dishes, perfect for a meal before a flight.

Great service from the staff and a nice calm atmosphere considering we are in a busy airport. Food quality isn’t great considering the prices.. no fault of those cooking it just low quality ingredients.

Expensive poor customer service. When you give the food usually you ask if everything alright and it wasn't. I was missing items .

Great friendly speedy service and tasty food. Quieter and calmer than other places. Lady even filled up the kids water bottles for us 👍🏻

Shared an eggs Benedict and a eggs royal was really good one egg was over cooked was my only gripe. Atmosphere was really chilly and staff where helpful and pleasant. Couldn't work out why it's so quiet here when people where queuing for wether spoons!

Probably the worst and most tasteless food ever experienced in an airport, it is a real skill to even make chips tasteless! Not enough staff. Poor quality food. Slow service. Drinks came after food. Will definitely either eat at home or fly from Heathrow going forward. Really expensive for dreadful food and experience! Never again. Yuk.

We always use Factory bar and kitchen when we travel from Birmingham Airport. Nice chilled atmosphere, unlike another bar ! Food is always good and service fast and friendly.

Luckily we picked the right day to travel, lovely and quiet. Stopped by the factory for breakfast, easy to order very quick to serve and tasty! Thank You!

Great spot and location. Overpriced for quality. Bar ok. Average food. Bacon roll was a stale roll with average quality bacon. Full English a bit meagre. Coffee temperature could be better. Service was quick though.

Food and service was great but I wish they'd pick up the phone. I stupidly left my earbuds on the table and I'm trying to contact them to ask when they are next taking found items to the lost property office - it looks like they don't do this every day.... [edit] Thanks for the reply but the lost property website says that 8 items were handing in on 31/03 and nothing since so that doesn't look to be correct.

Late lunch due to a flight delay was very quiet so service was quick and easy going. Drinks prices are extortionate £7.80 for a San Miguel . It’s an airport I know but it’s pricing families out. Korean burger food wise was delicious couldn’t fault it so big up to kitchen team.

Very quick and friendly service

Laura behind the bar was the stand out absolutely amazing barmaid. I was in a long queue and the way she dealt with and spoke to customers was amazing. At the time it was busy and looked under staffed but she was so good I’m normally not a patient person but the way she handled things I’m was watching and listening to her and actually didn't mind waiting. I wish there were more people like her in the world.

Served by the lovely Szintea this morning. What a smile. Food was ok, a bit overpriced but it is an airport. Service was quick and we didn't feel hurried. It was quieter than the big W brand, nicer atmosphere. Will come again. Nicer coffee too.

The Factory Bar & Kitchen stayed open late to look after those of us affected by a 2.5hr delay on a commuter flight. They decided to serve only burgers or salads - I'm grateful to be able to eat but the Korean chicken burger is barely passable as food. The chips were undercooked, lukewarm, and offensively tasteless. At least the drinks are okay and the staff, eager to tell us they're much more tired than we are, are friendly. Reflects the overall low quality of this truly awful airport.

There’s a good range of restaurants in the locality. We decided to go with Factory this time. A little bit more class than the weatherspoons. A good menu with some great food. The drinks were brought out in good time. We didn’t have to wait too long for the food either. Which is reassuring. A nice atmosphere with plugs and USB ports at most tables. Deffo would recommend for a bit more of a quality meal as opposed to weatherspoons or burger king. 💫

Laura M was very helpful for us as I'm unfortunately gluten free, she went through the allergen book with me to show me the food was free from containing gluten the service from her was top notch.

So what can I say….i just want to give a massive thank you to our server Laura who has looked after us fantastically this morning while we waited to board our flight. She was polite, attentive and helpful and made our visit very enjoyable. Her attention to detail when ensuring we had everything that we needed was second to none and she was fantastic with keeping my little boy happy and checking he was ok with having a very early morning start, she is a credit to the factory and hope that she will be working on our next visit

You don't normally expect exceptional service in an airport bar/restaurant. But that is exactly what I got. Laura was absolutely amazing, buzzing around attending to everyone.
