I haven't eaten here, however, the staff including the door staff are friendly, reliable and make me feel safe as a single black woman. Great atmospher, inclusive and supportive attitudes from all staff!

Security guys of this Slug is now encouraging racism. We were unsafe last week in an incident happened inside. The owners can check cctv on 8th feb 2025 midnight around 12. Really unfortunate that the employee behaves like this.

Good place with good service and staff

Be careful with this pub as this is now turning into racism pub. Literally experienced and security staff also supporting the racism. This is totally unsafe. Been to this pub many times in the past and now feeling unsafe due to the behaviour of security staff.

May you agree or not tonight we had faced an incidence like nightmare, including staff supporting who insulted our friends at the premises after viewing a video even after that they are trying to manipulate it , Very very bad Beaming a immigrant I fell s as unsafe

The waitress natalie was amazing attened to all our needs friendly polite amazing lady

slug and lettuce itself is amazing - the bouncer with tattoos and black hair is so rude and horrible she has always being so nasty to me and my friends the only reason why i don’t attend here anymore is because of her

Shocking! No one asked if we had allergies. My food came out with bbq sauce and this was not described on menu as coming with this sauce, no cheese sauce as described, food came back out second time just two patties and salad, again not as describes on menu, very disappointing as this was a pre paid gift, won’t be returning

I went to this establishment on Saturday 21st of December. And was appalled at the attitude of the staff. This pub is charging customers £1.00 above the list price. I had a pint of guinness which was listed at £5.65 but charged £ 6.65. When I challenged the price was told tha after 7.pm prices went up by a£1.00 for all the drinks. However when I inspected the price list there was no notice explaining this increase. So in my opinion this is eleagal. And deceiving the consumer. I asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. So be warned that if you chose to use this pub you will be charged over the advertised price. Which makes a mockery of having a price list on display in the first place 🤔

We booked the evening bottomless brunch. We had a great time and our waitress Maisy was fantastic - very attentive and efficient. Will be booking again in the new year.

We visited for our works crimbo do. This year ran a lot better than last year. The only criticism that our party had was that there wasn't anywhere to sit and enjoy a post christmas meal drink. We were told seating was available outside, but unfortunately, it was on the Saturday that storm darragh had hit the UK. We took our custom elsewhere and spent the next few hours drinking copious amounts of cocktails - this money should have gone into your tills.

I went with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday, as we walked in we felt a welcoming and warmth atmosphere, really nice and colourful place, it really feels like being in the south of America. They also provide traditional hats and gadgets to really get into the warm latin atmosphere, we were served by Siyam who showed: good knowledge, solid memory and a big smile, very professional and efficient. The food was nicely plated and really tasty, we really enjoyed it all! Highly recommended.

Chelsea was amazing!! she provided us with so many drinks and was really accommodating with food also. There was nothing I liked on the brunch pre 3pm and Chelsea and her colleague were really accommodating and let me change it to something on the 5pm + menu. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff are so incredible and welcoming.

Absolutely love the slug and lettuce brand and alway have had a good experience. But unfortunately feel disappointed here . Over aggressive door supervisors and really overly entitled staff . Friend first general customers at the end . Had ambitions of spending good money ended up two pint and on to another pub . Gutted

One of the best lunches my wife and I have enjoyed for a long time. Lovely place and atmosphere too. The manager, Joshua, was very warm and welcoming, but not in your face and the meal was really tasty, nice and spicy and good value too. So good, we asked who the chef was and apparently there were three, Michael, Ben and Tom. Our thanks to you all for a lovely relaxed and incredibly good lunch.

Really welcoming and helpful. I came alone with my two children and they made me feel welcome to be there. Sorted me out a high chair and brought over colours and pictures for the children. Asked lots if there was anything I needed. Food was lovely.

We recently visited for the themed brunch and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Chelsea went above and beyond for us - we were never waiting for our next drinks, the food was lovely and the atmosphere was great, she made our day!

Went in for lunch was served by deshna, she was a lovely waitress, catered to all our needs.

I won a bottom less brunch in a raffle at the flute and flagon for the slug and lettuce took my sister along didn’t no what to expect but it was brilliant from the moment we arrived the service was superb food was great and a really good selection of drinks we enjoyed it that much I have booked a private section for my birthday and will definitely be back again soon thankyou so much Max from the slug and lettuce and Tammy from the flute and flagon 😊

Nathan the bar man was was of great help when it came to helping us choose the right cocktails for us. His knowledge and helpfulness and attitude to work means we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Visited Slug & Lettuce pre-cinema as I had not been in ages or since it was renovated. I have to say I will be returning a lot sooner next time. Great food and even greater drinks! Would definitely recommend the Pina colada🍍🍹 Special mention to Nathan who made our superb drinks and his excellent service. Will definitely be my first choice bar next time I find myself in Solihull Town Centre.

I visited here with my friend. It was quite busy and had great music. I was served by Daniyal, despite how busy it was, he served our drinks quickly and the drinks tasted amazing. He was welcoming and had a great smile. He did a fantastic job. Definitely will visit again!

Went to the Solihull branch and served by Brodie who was very diligent and helpful The food was good but there needs to be more side sauces available to suit the dishes Simple things like olive oil, mayo and garlic mayo Would have certainly enhanced the dishes offered and bought Otherwise happy with the experience , particularly the helpfulness of Brodie who served us
