Noah was very good at his job. He was very good at serving us, he cleared our table very quickly so we had more space for drinks. He was amazing, Noah, you make the slug and lettuce what they are; thankyou.

Just use it for a beer when passing through Solihull. Tbh food is average and no longer eat here. But did bump into a old m8 the last time I used the place

Had a fantastic evening for our cousins hen do. The cocktails with max was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended if he can put up with 12 of us he can cope with anything.

If I could Give 0 stars I would. The customer service on the door from a ginger 🔔 was shocking . Wouldn’t let me in because I had sandals on ! Appalling and for my partner wearing shorts , absolutely rubbish. Other people were in there with flip flops, one rule works for all. Girls wearing heels could do more damage. But it’s alright for people causing fights in there and don’t kick them out.

Nat was absolutely lovely, so accommodating, friendly and hospitable. Above and beyond!

Visited for dinner and were welcomed by very friendly and attentive staff. As we had not visited before, the staff made us aware of how things worked and advised us on menu items and offers. Food order was very easy and the service was excellent. Food arrived quickly, portion size was perfect and quality was top notch. Throughout the visit the staff were attentive without being obtrusive. The value was amazing for the quality of food and service and I would not hesitate to recommend the venue. We shall definitely return soon and would like to thank the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

Sat on table number four...our food sat in the window for ten minutes...when the two girls behind the bar finished chatting one of them decided to bring our food over...unsurprisingly it was like warm at best...I won't go there again....thanks for the reply...your chefs rang the service bell three ,yes three times before they reacted and bought our food to our table...maybe you need to get a louder bell....

Extremely disappointed. Booked the venue a couple of months back for my wedding reception and paid a deposit. Went into the venue recently to add to my booking and was told by the bar staff the venue maybe up for renovation so I may need to cancel. Rang events at head office for clarity was promised a callback and it never came. At no point was I informed of this at the time of my booking otherwise I wouldn’t have risked it also made them aware when booked it was for a wedding party. They happily took my money though knowing this was the case. Extremely cruel and unprofessional. Have not recieved a refund either.

Went in this afternoon got moved from a reserved table that was never used then more or less got asked to leave for a reservation absolutely shocking service I would suggest reservation.

A pub that doesn't sell beer??!! Only lager, cider or flavoured 'pop' was on offer. Staff were really friendly and pleasant and the food was good, but no beer!

Bar staff not friendly and rude if you don’t like your job enough to give a basic service of answering questions then maybe it isn’t the best line of work for you to do. The barmaid that served me doesn’t make drinks correctly, ordered a glass of Prosecco and only filled the glass half way and on another occasion a member of staff made the martinis flat and like water, just not made good enough especially with the prices they charge. Toilets are always dirty, sticky floors and sick in there, every time I’ve been they also never have enough toilet roll must not be checked through out the night, and be aware the shot lady’s that go around change the prices through out the night.

Big shout out to max who was just brilliant with our kids and provided the best service. Made catching up with our friends easy with lots of colouring and activities for the kids.

Food was poor, Service was poor, left in the window for 8 minutes before it was picked up by a member of staff who brought it to the table, now warmish, size of portions... not brilliant. Shame really, previously, service was loads better and having 30 heads eating there on a Sunday looks like its it the only money they were taking as the place was very quiet (maybe a sign).. back in the day this place was always rammed..

Went here for my birthday but unfortunately we couldn't stay to long as the group was freezing and we did ask for the heating to be put on or the blower to stop blowing cold air as we were all freezing having to put coats on to eat our meals which were lovely

We had a birthday party for 21 people whom was over 55 and sat by the doors we was freezing 🥶 enjoyed meal but had to leave after as all cold and some now got up this morning with colds we asked to move tables but was told they are all reserved but staff was very good

Not happy door man sat night 8pm. Won't be visiting for a while now. Yes Saturday last week, please l don't go out a lot now.
