The Forest Restaurant in Solihull

We usually love dining at ‘The Forest ‘ but yesterday’s occasion left me feeling very disappointed .. no front of house to welcome us on arrival , a young waitress coldly told us to go to the bar in which we did and then another waitress walked over to the family whom arrived after us and showed them over to 2 staff members whom were sat on bar stools around the side of the bar ,one got up and showed the them straight to their table .. I wasn’t very impressed ! The meal was lovely as always but the service wasn’t at its best .. come on guys ! 😞

We have visited the Forest on numerous occasions and always enjoyed the experience. When it first reopened really felt exciting , sharp and different , especially enjoying the chicken wings. However this visit was not quite as memorable. First of all if you use the Car Park , make sure you register your car on reception. As there was no one on Reception I can see how new Customers might miss it . Staff were young , keen and enthusiastic so we started well. Once again we ordered the Chicken Wings and Dirty Fries. The Chicken Wings were still good but perhaps a bit smaller than usual. However the Dirty Fries were only just warm enough , a small portion and at over £5 not good value. I did mention this on paying but the only response was “sorry about that” The other point is the sharpness of the environment. Restaurant is still good but just needs some minor maintenance. For example Gents Toilet door needs a repaint ,just looks tatty . Overall still worth a visit but need to sharpen up again .

We only discovered this excellent restaurant about 18 months ago and last week took one of our grandsons there for lunch which was outstanding. We all had filet of beef. This has become our favourite restaurant in the area and we often stop there for a quick lunch on our way back from walking our dog in Dorridge Park. On these occasions we usually have the 'soup and sandwich' lunch option. Each day the soup and sandwich options change but there is always a meat, a vegetarian and a fish option for the sandwich. We have never been disappointed.

Glass had lipstick all over it, asked to take my hat off while outside?!?! Then sent out 3 members of staff to check that I didn’t have a hat on outdoors. Most the staff are nice it’s just the managers when they get bored start sh** for no reason

We have enjoyed a celebratory event here in one of the function rooms but first time eating in the Butcher’s Social restaurant and what a lovely meal it was. As it was Father’s Day it was very busy but the service was excellent. All our meals (including the children’s) were hot and very tasty and served by a variety of staff all very helpful and with a smile. We even enjoyed a drink in the outside area in the sun as we were early for our booking. Close to Dorridge station so a few minutes’ walk across the road. All in all, the best meal we’ve had in ages and look forward to returning again.

Sunday 26th May Lunch for 4. Excellent roast lunch once again, hot & delicious tender meats( 3 pork & 1 beef) & the best roasties & Jus, complimented by a bottle of Laurent Perrier Rose. The raspberry sweet was calling, so I relented, & that too was excellent. I understand that it was Hannah’s last shift, & we will miss her. She has been very polite & courteous during our visits, & helpful too. We met Jack, the young Chef to thank him for making it a grand lunch out- we shall return soon.

We had the roast beef and roast pork which was delicious and the selection of vegetables were tasty and the jus was delicious. I had a glass of Malbec which was lovely and smooth and my wife had a margarita which was nicely presented. Dan the head chef and his team produce excellent food and we can’t wait for a sunny Sunday when they crank up the bbq. Lobster and steak are high on our list to try! Andy the general manager really has the team on top of their game and this is our favourite place to eat on a Sunday.

Brusque welcome, clearly we were slightly bothersome. Shown to our table. Order taken quickly with olives as nibbles to 2 mains. Olives placed on table with no sticks and no place for stones. Mains arrived promptly- Roast beef and trimmings excellent. Battered cod and chips satisfactory. Noise level high in bar / restaurant….some sort of caterwauling “music” with a loud drum beat. Irritatingly loud if trying to chat at table. Table Staff were attentive and courteous.

We are locals to Dorridge and regular visitors to the Forest. In general, it is extremely well run and is a great place to visit for a drink. However, we recently had dinner with friends in the restaurant and we left rather disappointed. Whilst the service is very good, the food was average at best. My wife’s fish and chips looked like it had been oven cooked out of a packet and was extremely poor. Given the high cost, we’d expected a lot better.

Had a family meal 4 adults and food, service and drinks were all very very good. Starters and mains were delicious -- Small wings with Franks hot sauce, crispy hens eggs and fishcake ramen. Followed by lamb chop (perfectly cooked) Chicken ballotine and Chowder. Deserts sounded a bit too sweet but to be honest we were full!

We went to celebrate a birthday based on the menu online. We were disappointed when at least the first 5 items didn’t even appear on the menu we were given. We also felt a bit let down as we were asked if celebrating anything and nothing was said/done during our visit. We wrote via the website to give feedback but had no reply.

Sunday Lunch with friends at The Forest, we sat at the bottom end of the restaurant at a table for four, firstly the room was extremely cold, after mentioning this, one of the waiting staff went and fetched a portable heater and plugged it in by us at the entrance to the wine store! We all order the two course lunch, our staters varied from soup to prawn cocktail which were all ok, for mains two having the beef and two having the pork, my pork (chop?) was unfortunately rather dry and fairly tasteless, my Wife however said her beef was good, but the yorkshire pudding was over cooked, overall a rather disappointing food event, then the bill arrived, we all had one pre lunch drink and bottled water on the table, which amounted to an amazing total of £181.00 Really?? Definitely the most over rated and expensive Sunday Lunch ever!!!

Quite simply an awesome Sunday Lunch today. Every course was on the money and all the staff were excellent. Will certainly return 👍

Always nice to go to the Forest for food and drinks. My only complaint is that the wine prices do not reflect the cheap wine glasses that it’s served in! For quite an upmarket establishment I’d expect a nicer glass.

Good Food, well presented, tasty and served hot. A short wait was well worth it for food that was freshly cooked. Staff all helpful, but our waitress , Masie was simply exceptional.

Called for lunch on our way to Birmingham airport. It was quite busy, but they managed to get us a table quickly. We had the 2 course set menu Sunday lunch which was very nice & well presented. I opted for the desert instead of a starter which was very disappointing. Very friendly staff. A little pricey, but would return.

Having heard great feedback about the Forest we decided to make a reservation, as we had a special occasion to celebrate. My son is coeliac and needs a strictly gluten free meal which is usually a challenge, however the Forest had a menu with lots of GF choices. He was even able to order cheesecake for dessert, which is very rare. All in all we had a really nice meal, the Forest had a nice atmosphere and it really had a sense of occasion. We shall return again very soon.

We went for Sunday lunch and it was delicious! All three courses we had were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked, and the Sunday lunch it's self was the best we've ever had, and all fresh, the roast beef was tender and flavoursome, the roasties were delicious and crispy and I can honestly say we could find fault with anything we had. I would highly recommend a visit!

We visited here today for the first time and had Sunday dinner, my partner and my parents and I. It was pleasantly quieter than the hustle of the adjacent restaurant and staff were attentive and courteous. We had four mains, and shared two desserts. The roast beef was cooked perfectly, for us anyway which was quite pink, and we didn't specify this so if you like your roast beef tough and boot sole-esque you may need to ask for it specifically. There were plenty of veg for us though I can imagine others wanted a few more carrots and parsnips for the price. Also I thought it would come with cauliflower cheese but a portion of this was 4.50 extra... Come on guys. That should be included at £20 a main I'd suggest.... The Yorkshire was big and well cooked, and the roasties were perfectly crunchy. Desserts were good, we had the mint chocolate and sorbet. Sorbet was very vibrant and delicious but the pyramid perhaps needs a little more minty flavour but nonetheless good portions. We moved tables once, due to the one we were sitting at was very wobbly and my dad was not keen. To be fair it did feel it was going to fall apart. The one we were moved to was better, but still slightly wobbly. I'd recommend them replacing them as it doesn't make for a sturdy dining experience. Unless you're trying to ensure we keep elbows off the tables...?! In which case it worked. Highlight was definitely staff, and Florence who served us was polite, attentive and genuinely engaging and pleasant to chat to, which is pretty rare nowadays and because of her nature and charm, we will undoubtedly return for lunch again. Thanks for waiting on us today you made it an enjoyable afternoon and good luck!

Simply disgusting! My starter was described as a dressed crab with haricot beans. I imagined the flaky white and red meat of a fresh crab with lightly blanched French beans as a side accompaniment and a light dressing and a testimony to Rick Stein. It was in fact a pile of grey watery mush with hard “beans”. Even a cat would have sent it back – as did I. My main was described as traditional fish and chips and peas. Imagine the fluffy batter, hot flaking cod and, northern peas and triple baked chips. Well this was not: it was a piece of evidently frozen fish swimming in fat and no flavour to the fish and a disgusting batter. The chips were none descript and the mushy peas no more than an emulsion of green stuff painted on the plate. I had to send both courses back and I will not be coming back to the Forest. How head chef Dan Androne and his staff can describe this as fine dining is beyond comprehension.

The most discusting plates of food. Crab starter was a heap of watery brown mush with a few uncooked green beans - inedible. Fish and chips - well it would take an estate agent to make it sound like food - the fish was clearly out of the freezer and as flat as a pancake covered in grease - no proper batter. The pea “stuff” yuk and the chips would be better if bought in a chippy. Sent both back and won’t be visiting again.

This place is brilliant. Excellent food, brilliant service and very welcoming. We are regularly of the Butchers Social and we cannot fault the place. Highly recommended if you're looking for consistently good service.

RUDE MANAGER- upsetting and degrading experience! Me and some friends went for some drinks, we are all aged 18/19, so were expecting to be asked for ID. One my friends did not have his actual ID only a photo. As a result of this we were ALL refused to be served drinks even though the rest of us had our ID’s! We then spoke to the manager who was incredibly patronising and condescending towards us. As regular customers at this restaurant we are extremely disappointed to be treated in this manner and will not be returning!

There is now only the relatively limited street food menu on offer, presumably due to covid, although the Web site made that clear when I booked. The beer was also limited, my first 2 choices were unavailable due to uncertainty I was told causing restock order delays. The starters of chicken wings and crispy broc n cauli were good, plenty of wings and good veg crispy on outside with some bite in the middle. I would have preferred to have the bbq sauce separate for dipping rather than part of the coating. Main of beef and home brewed ale pie had plenty of beef and good flavour. The top of the pie was well cooked but it had a soggy undercooked bottom. I suspect it wasn't home made as the name might have lead me to believe, but I could be wrong the forest may home brew their beer in which case it would be nice if it were on tap. There was plenty of chicken in the chicken kebab wrap. The rocky road brownie was a bit disappointing, a standard but spongy brownie with ice cream and marshmallow bits on top. Service was great so didn't mind paying the 'gratuity' that was automatically added to the bill, but I prefer to decide the tip for myself.

Had early dinner, restaurant staff/cheff were inflexible with dietary request which was caused by having a limited menu on Mondays. The limited menu on Monday was not mentioned when booking and did not state on their online menu (hopefully this is changed so future guests are aware). Also added automatic gratiuity charge which I did not agree with.

Very versatile menu and amazing service, all staff respecting the distancing due to COVID-19 and very clean and sanitary!

Awesome Food! Booked for my daughters Birthday and wasn’t disappointed! By booking track and trace all taken care of so no fussing when arrived and greeted by smiling lovely friendly staff, good spacing out for social distancing and a one way system all helps in Covid times. We particularly liked the ‘Street Food’ concept and how the food was in take away boxes all very well presented and different an added bonus with keeping clean from Covid too I imagine. The portions were great so much so we took the rest of our pizza away with us to make sure we could fit in a pudding! Such a great evening for a Birthday dinner great food and service couldn’t of asked for more, we have been before and will be back!

We delayed eating and drinking out for at least 4 weeks after lock down ended as we were concerned about a potential rise in infections. The Forest is our local so we went there first. The street food menu is fantastic as are the pizzas and we have been back a few times with family and friends (social distancing) we have also been in as we always have for a drink or two and have pre booked our tables for all visits. The welcome has been great, the service has been excellent, the managers and the rest of the team never stop making sure that everyone is looked after. Thank you.

Called in with our 3 year old grandson who we took out for a train ride between Widney and Dorridge. Tall dark haired young waiter very accommodating. Full covid19 precautions in place which was very reassuring. Had a lovely afternoon and would efinitely recommend.

Welcomed by female manager (with dark hair) who was really friendly and accommodating other female manager with blonde hair (sorry don’t know names) was extremely helpful and friendly too and an asset to the company! Service from other staff members was ok, a bit blunt and slow, had to ask for menus and to order. Food was good (had pizza). It would be nicer to choose to tip though rather than it automatically being added on.

If you like food avoid because the food here is worse than awful, the only thing worse than the food is the service. Apart from the duty manageress who was helpful in removing the £16 salad! And apologies profusely, she was very good.

We had hoped to have lunch outside with friends but the weather let us down, it poured with rain! The Forest has no space, as some places do now, to eat outside undercover. I rang the day before to ask to transfer from outside to inside and for 2 tables of 2 close to each other as we felt more comfortable distancing. I was told the ‘request’ would be put in! I rang again in the morning but, sadly, spoke to the manager. He would benefit from having training in how to deal with customers. I have heard this from other locals and seen it in another, albeit older, review. He told me we couldn’t have this configuration due to them being too busy. Whilst I accepted this in principal, my goodness, his attitude and manner needed improvement. He certainly didn’t appear to value us as customers! We contemplated eating elsewhere but, on a wet Wednesday (10% off day) there seemed to be few other options so we stuck with it. What was bizarre was that, on arrival, there were loads of spare tables, including 2 that would have perfectly fulfilled my request! However we were given a large round table and this was fine really. Why be unnecessarily antagonistic to customers?Covid precautions weren’t evident. No ‘Track and Trace’ information, no hand gel. No masks for staff etc - all of which we’ve experienced elsewhere.I think everyone enjoyed their food, but my partner and I couldn’t agree on our ‘sharing’ starters so I ordered ‘sausage’ for one of them. This was, I thought, a bit strange - a few cocktail sausages (albeit Lashford) in a plastic dish with cocktail sticks! A bit of mustard or something would have improved it. Speaking of the container, everything else came in cardboard. I had an Asian salad in a cardboard bowl. I added ‘tempura prawns’ @ £4, but there were only 3 and a bit of batter. I was glad we had the benefit of ‘Eat out to help out’! Everyone else’s food came in cardboard boxes, which we thought was a little strange. 2 of us were disappointed that the Ramen noodle dish on their menu was ‘off’ as we’d planned to have that.I had an appointment to get to but we ordered a dessert. Unfortunately they were very slow to serve this so we had to take it away (minus the icecream that should have accompanied it). At least it was already in its cardboard box!Will we be returning? Probably not. To be fair all the serving staff were very pleasant and the ambiance was good. Without the £10 off, it would have been quite expensive for what we had though. Luckily we didn’t see the manager but, he needs to appreciate that he soured our experience completely unnecessarily. I spoke to a few other restaurants to ask about availability. They gave me a similar message, but in a far more appropriate manner!

First post Covid visit...... table pre booked outside, with a view to eating, however it had come on to rain, staff where quickly able to move us inside and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Menu is a new, “street food” style, which I like, but I personally don’t think really fits the place, nevertheless happy to try it out. Food was lovely, we had burgers/pizzas and some chicken wings and prawns to start. What really let it down was the presentation and the fact the majority of it was served in a box. I would expect this if I was in a park buying from a van for example, but not when sat down in a pub/restaurant so disappointing in this area, however, just to stress again, the food was really nice, and perhaps the menu will be reviewed in due course. Seemed to be well managed from a seating point of view, so well done for this.

Arrived 10.am for coffee. Tables not clean outside. Waitress was coughing with a red nose- a cold at best. Can’t understand why people serving food and drink aren’t wearing a mask.? Had to ask her to take our details for track and trace. Didn’t stay and finish our coffees and won’t return until management take Covid more seriousy and protect customers and staff.

Fist trip post lockdown, all staff were so friendly and helpful, ate with family (only two households allowed) in a group of 8. Distanced tables so nicely spread out from other diners, no sitting at the bar, plenty of outside tables and one way system for toilets. Sat in the restaurant and had a mixture of starters (prawn tempura, crispy broccoli and cauliflower, white bait, chicken wings) then pizza (from the real pizza oven), chicken burger, Katsu curry and chicken kebab wrap all from the new street food style menu. Food came in little street food boxes not plates. Zero waste from 4 adults and 4 kids, all food devoured it was hot, all came together and totally delicious! Lovely evening, great food and service and felt like a nice safe way to slowly get back to the ‘new normal’. Highly recommended and we will be going back very soon. Book via their website (for up to 6 people) before you arrive to get a table.

Seems to me the Forest management have no regard for the aged of the UK, actively encouraging as many people into the bar as possible before closing (contrary to the governments guidelines) by offering cheap drinks to maximize profits are they on a different planet to the rest of us ?Well done the Forest.

From the initial booking process through to the ‘big day’ the attention to detail, communication and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach was unparalleled! Bearing in mind our rather unusual party theme including numerous wild beasties was welcomed by Tracey and Katie from booking to execution and managed superbly by Andy on the day. We have been bombarded with fantastic feedback from party guests!! Baked bean pizzas were a huge winner with the junior guests Thank you so very much to everyone involved you made our Sons day absolutely magical! Couldn’t recommend more!! D, R &C

My wife and I visited on a cold windy Wednesday for lunch. The restaurant was pleasant, reasonably busy. We were promptly greeted and immediately shown to a table. Throughout the meal the staff were attentive, friendly and efficient.My wife began with the Chicken terrine with red onion chutney- pickled cucumber. It was much enjoyed and my wife thought it was a cut above many she had tried. I started with Shakshuka – tomato & pepper stew – tahini – poached egg – grilled bread. It was nothing short of excellent.For mains my wife chose the Crayfish fishcake. She was pleased with this dish. I ate Sea bream – sweet potato – yellow lentil dahl – spiced cockle vinaigrette. It was very good indeed. The fish was firm, plentiful and grilled to perfection. The lentil dahl lent a very pleasant light curry flavour that complemented the fish.We drank a bottle of Montepulciano which was reasonably priced and a good example of this wine.Overall we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and undoubtedly will return particularly if they continue with the more adventurous dishes. Well done The Forest.

We ate here on a Saturday evening as a family of 6. The service was soooo slow. We had to ask for menus, we had to ask to order, we had to wait a very very long time for our main courses and then had to ask for desert menus etc etc etc. And then the bill was wrong - twice. Such a shame as my sea bream with lentil and sweet potato Dahl was excellent. Everyone else enjoyed their food too (eventually) except the sirloin steak which was tough. I’d go again but I don’t think the others will.

We hired a small room for twenty people for my wife’s retirement meal. It was all layout out well. The food was well presented and cooked just right. We had a waiter with a beard that helped us during the day, he was great at getting drinks and another items the guests wanted.All staff were fabulous and keen to help to make it a brilliant day, we could not fault it.It was great to also have room for the children to play in the same room.

We had our event for 18 (including children) in one of the private rooms. The staff were great and the food excellent. The waiting staff even bothered to remember who had ordered what food from the pre-order we had submitted beforehand. This saved a lot of time and confusion and meant a lot. Thank you!

We called in for a party and had a drink at the bar afterwards. Not been here before but nice place. Party venue was just the right size for around 100 people. Music was good as was the bar and food, good selection of spirits and Gin served in proper glasses.Bar was busy, friendly service from team, seemed a local crowd, cosy with a good atmosphere. Try Skogen over the road as well, a bit more modern.

What a very enjoyable Christmas get together we had at The Forest. The warm cosey atmosphere helped to get us in the Festive mood. Faultless service, food excellent (with a good selection to choose from). I would highly recommend it...we will be back!

At The Forest for a family wedding. Well trained friendly delivered a great package. Recommend the roast beef. Good breakfast and comfortable bedrooms.

I was coming back from a mental health pharmacy conference and on the way back by chance stopped here. It's a little gem. Lovely and warm inside and staff are very friendly I ordered two lemon drizzle cocktails and was served by a very friendly man who said this was his favourite as it tasted like liquid cake. He was right the drink was beautiful and not badly priced if you compare to some places. Will definitely be visiting again and soon

Sunday lunch-great atmosphere and friendly staff but food very average, especially for the price. Nothing wrong with it but wouldn’t go back for the food when there are better places around.

It is well known that the managers and staff of this establishment are racists. Please avoid at all costs there have been multiple incidents

I can only comment on this place as a diner not a person who has stayed in the hotel. I live locally so I've visited this place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner many many times and never been disappointed. The food is fantastic and cooked to an excellent standard and the staff are great - all of them.

After waiting ages we had to go search for someone to take our order. Once served never saw anyone until we had finished the main course, so could not ask for anything else, or be asked how the food was.

The Good Food Guide lists this restaurant as a local gem and we found that to be the case. Not local to us, about 23 miles away but well worth the trip on a sunny, hot Bank holiday. Nice outside garden, where we cocktail and larger. We moved inside to the restaurant, which is air conditioned and had Peking Duck and pan fried stone bass, both of which were delicious and excellently executed. Feeling full, I ordered an Affogato, not really knowing what to expect. Hot Liquor poured over ice cream. Wow, just enough to satisfy a sugar craving when a dessert would be too much. The service was friendly and very professional. Wish the local gem was closer!

We visited the bar for drinks just after shopping, they have a good range of drinks and bar food. There is a restaurant for formal dining. They have also installed a pizza oven.

Another pleasant evening at The Forest. Bright, friendly service. Delicious wood fired pizza (BBQ chicken is my new favourite). Topped off with refreshing Gin Mare cocktail.

Pub / restaurant is very close to the station if you don't want to drive. Great menu and atmosphere - chef prepares beautiful food

Popped in here for a drink the other night, pint of real ale, large G&T; prompted by an offer on the wall and some peanuts. They asked for the money which I questioned only to be told on that the large Gin offer was only available on a Thursday only and the rest of the outrageous price was made up by the pathetically sized offering of peanuts which were presented on a small saucer. Will not be going back

I like it here as it is very nice inside and the servers try hard to be nice to you and get your drinks to you quickly. It is quite expensive but it is in a nice area of Dorridge.

What a fabulous idea having gin bottle 'lamps' on the tables. It looks really effective and atmospheric. Well done!

I always feel like Peter Pan in a sweet shop when I visit the Forest, and I haven't even got a sweet tooth.

My daughter and I found The Forest by chance after visiting friends in the area. Upon entry, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We were greeted at the bar by a friendly lady and shown to our table where, shortly after, we were welcomed by wonderfully lovely Ashleigh, our waitress for the evening; truly the absolute hostess with the mostest. Nothing was too much and Ashleigh’s friendly demeanour made our first experience perfect. The food was utterly amazing and we will definitely be returning again.

my wife and i came here for lunch, no complaints there...the food was great (had the divalo), kudos to the chefs, especially the guy on the pizza oven! however, as other reviews have noted their is a problem with one of the managers (white/blonde hair). she seemed more interested in flirting with the table next to us then providing us with any service! thankfully the other waiting staff made up for her shortfall hence the 5*****. will recommend.

Could not sleep in sofa bed it was that bad, went home. No white bread for the kids when I complained their reply was thanks for letting us know. Not worth the £175 a night it cost me. GO TO The PREMIER Inn instead

Came into the Forest for a drink, I know it’s a Sunday evening but the atmosphere was non existent. No music, no staff to be seen and a very strong smell of disinfectant, felt like they didn’t want anybody to be in there! Really strange - won’t be rushing back

Visited The Forest for dinner on the 27th March with my partner. We was warmly welcomed by the manager, she was extremely friendly and was happy to answer any questions which we had regarding the menu. In the end we both eventually ordered the forest burger, which was full of flavour and a decent size! Throughout our meal we felt very looked after from both the manager and the younger girl, nothing was too much to ask of them. We intend on visiting again next time we are in the area and we both highly recommend The Forest.

We stayed one night and found the accommodation comfortable, the staff very helpful and the atmosphere in a busy bar a welcome surprise. It’s clearly very popular among locals and they keep an excellent pint.

I attended a wake which was hosted at The Forest this afternoon, we had a 3 course meal, the food was faultless and served promptly. The three young ladies who were looking after us this afternoon were all very friendly and attentive, it was clear that they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. The owners of The Forest must be very proud of their team! We enjoyed the food and service that much that we are planning on visiting on Sunday to try out the Sunday lunch menu.

I came to the forest hotel this morning with a group of friends for breakfast. I’ve got to say it was the best breakfast in the area. The portion size was immense and everything on the plate was cooked perfectly. Would most definitely recommend.

Visited this lunchtime with family , food was delicious and portion sizes generous. We felt very looked after by the manager and the waitress, nothing was too much to ask of them.Would deffinatly be recommending the forest to family and friends. We will be back again soon.

We had our third annual Christmas Party with The Forest this year. We are always pleased with the level of service, the food is very good and the music keeps us dancing into the wee small hours.
