RockinWarren was booked to play live music here. A local pub, great customers and some serious music lovers. The staff very friendly, nice place. We recommened this place to play at or visit. There is an onsite car park. Easy access into the pub and a nice area to set up and play in. Thank you for having us, we hope to be invited back some time. Great venue

Such poor service lady at the bar was very very rude couldn’t have been any more unhelpful didn’t even stay for the drink had to walk out.

This pub is a minute's walk from the railway station. Sky sports, good ales and a pool table. I found the locals friendlier in The Brickmakers Inn.

Trains cancelled into Birmingham.... Got thrown off at Berkswell.... Wasted 2 hours at the very accommodating Railway Inn 🍺 whilst waiting for a lift

Slightly perfunctory service, no attempt at putting Sky Sports on in a corner when requested, and to exacerbate the situation the regulars seemed disinterested in Manchester City on BT Sport.

Went here a week ago all was OK Was here today full of peaky blinders wannabes won't be going back any time soon

Went here with high expectations for Sunday Lunch with my Mum and friend. We all ordered the beef. It was really tough and chewy, the vegetables were also rock hard. My friend started choking on her beef and had to be given first aid by another diner in the pub who managed to get her airway clear. It was a traumatic experience for all involved. Needless to say, the food was not eaten and returned immediately afterwards. Closely followed by the other meals. We paid 50% of the bill despite eating virtually nothing but were desperate to get out of there. There was little to no apology or empathy from the staff and the manager even had the cheek to suggest that my friend had eaten her meal after such a horrific ordeal. Will never go there again not even for a drink. Bitterly disappointed.

Dropped in for wines and found bar staff/ owner very friendly Comfortable bar lounge with tv and seating on a Monday night, Bottled spanish wine in shiraz or merlot was fine.

Well what can I say ,me and my wife arrived on Friday the 7th of January and what should have been one pint ended up having six ,beautiful Roaring fire ,and what a warm welcome from the Locals ,Steve,Jeff,Kev and Paul and the lovely lady behind the bar ,super great people,we will be back ,Paul and Julia Swansea Wales UK xxxx

Lovely pub know how to pour a pint

I called in with my lovely wife, a few days ago and was most surprised and delighted by the alterations that Harry, the manager has had done to the back of the pub. He created a covered seating area with comfortable settees, further tables and chairs beyond this area. A delightful outside eating and drinking area. We'll done Harry.

Lovely garden , reasonably priced and very friendly first time I have been there once only but would definitely go again.

Ordered Sunday lunch for 4 people for 2pm. The food arrived on time and was piping hot. It came on foil trays and was beautifully laid out so we decided not to dirty plates and ate from the dishes. The food was delicious. We had each ordered something different and there was no complaints from any one of us. Plenty for all and worth every penny.

We have had some great food from here a few times, however I must seriously recommend the Sunday Roast dinners, so fresh, such great quality ingredients and presented in such a good way. Seriously good value, should cost more really! Love it!

Staff, atmosphere & company fantastic

this is a wonderful pub , a traditional old pub, with a superb atmosphere, in the summer there are terraces front and back to relax on and do lovely food. and entertainment some evenings ( you would need to check food nights and entertainment nights)

This is a great "platform" to say that I have frequented this pub for a long time now, a good place to "let off some steam" and socialise and to watch sport on the TV. What it's even better for is the food. I don't know where they supply their meat from, but can I HIGHLY recommend the steaks and their Mixed Grill.. well it's the best Mixed Grill I have EVER eaten, VERY good value for money. Make sure you Choo-Choo-se it next time you're there. It's a typical British boozer; some of the customers are characters but they always "conduct" themselves properly, there's a pool table, darts board and a free jukebox which is great. The staff are OK & the drink selection is good but it's the food that you should rail-ly try.

Packed out due to international rugby match. No parking available. Beer was good. Customers mainly local most friendly however one person quite rude as he insisted on his place by the bar. Mainly a man's pub not for ladies. From Captain quick.

The garden at this pub is amazing for kids. Everything else is awful, the bloke behind the bar was ruder than Basil Faulty and didn't seem to want customers. The food is the most basic I've ever paid for. Avoid at all costs, even ordering a few cokes for your kids will get grunts and huffs of displeasure that he has to do some work.

A very nice little pub at the end of Kenilworth Greenway. A good range of beers and wines, also friendly staff. Food served Monday to Saturday. We shall definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Having enjoyed 3 hours plus in this station pub with 8 friends, we moved onto a nearby curry house (the Masala Club) for an excellent meal. Returning shortly after 11pm we were refused service on account of not being present prior to 11pm!? No comment was initially passed on this bizzare ruling despite the bar staff openly recognising us from a few hours earlier & serving all other occupants. On noticing our dismay we were asked aggressively: “What’s your problem”!? We were clearly acknowledged as having been in a pub only hours earlier yet now treated with contempt. Any grasp of basic customer service would have established we were zero threat yet an unnecessary response from the staff created a situation which left a sour taste in the mouth from an otherwise great evening. Will not return, ever! Merry Christmas.

This was our first visit to this pub on the last Saturday in September. We arrived early and spent all evening there till close. There was a duo on "two left feet" ...who were very good and we enjoyed listening to them. Staff were friendly and helpful...we are moving to this area soon and they were knowledgeable of the area giving us some good info about the area. The locals were friendly too. The pub got busier a d busier as the night went on with a mixture of all ages. We enjoyed our night at "The Railway".

Very high standard of cooking but you may have to wait a while if it is busy -but the wait is worth while. Excellant choice on the menu

Had a ribeye steak on their steak and curry night, (Wednesday), probably the best steak I've had for years, cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth, great value for money. Staff very friendly and great service

Stopped in for some lunch at 2:30, sadly they weren't serving food but they managed to serve us up some soup - was tasty and the staff where friendly. I would consider this a locals stop off. Dated interior but with nice touches of TV,...

The thing I loved at first sight were the floral hanging baskets on display from the car park - so beautiful and beckong one to stop and stare. The Railway Inn was crowded and noisy but the meal was worth waiting for - more than...

Food at this pub never disappoints! There's always a good range of dishes on offer and the S&K Pie comes with a proper crusty top, not a papery cap. There's usually a wild game option on and there is always a couple of real ales....

Great Pub, great staff, great atmosphere!!! If your looking for a traditional old fashioned pub (i.e. without the restaurant) then this is as good a place as any!!
