Always nice fresh bread, the chicken corrie is especially good, the only minor quibble is they could do with more selections of cakes and its pot luck if you can park in knowle as the free 30 mins cp's get full up after 11am . Otherwise you can not go wrong with any choice from the menu - its all very nice - which is nigh praise from myself as i can usually find some fault with a cafe menu ,but not this one - its the number one cafe in knowle .

Just ordered a Take away cappuccino 3 shots. It was good tasting coffee spoilt by the milk being overheated which slight burnt my mouth. Need to invest in a thermometer!

This little Cafe sits in a corner outlet in the middle of Knowle High Street! Deceptive in its size and interior it makes the most amazing fresh sandwiches, cobs, salads, cakes etc. All freshly made to order. There are lovely little tables and seating amid trendy lighting. The decor is relaxed and quirky! Fresh ground coffee wafts as you enter and the staff are very friendly and efficient. We’ve had the most amazing Bacon Cobs/Sandwiches! A tower of Bacon, perfectly cooked! Best Ever! The sandwiches are delicious also, and overflowing with your chosen filling! Well done! Our favourite lunch eatery in Knowle!

An impromptu stop in Knowle and looking for breakfast we spotted Freda’s deli. A small trendily decorated place that looked inviting. A round of bacon/sausage and egg sandwiches was ordered and they were delicious. Local produce, generous portions, great presentation! The coffee was a little bit on the small side for me so ordered an extra drink, but this is definitely on the radar as a great local place for breakfast in the future. Be aware there is 20% added on to the bill if you eat in...this should be made clearer on the menu I think...but it’s worth it for a locally sourced decent sized breakfast sarnie!

My daughter and I visited this establishment for breakfast. In a past life it was a takeaway sandwich establishment, and to a large extent it still is but of a very high standard. We both had the Full English Breakfast Board which consists of a large Lashford sausage, Bromsgrove bacon, Black pudding (not for either of us), Free Range Eggs, Tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms , toast and butter. I had an Americana and my daughter a tea. The food was excellent. Looking at the menu, the pricefor the breakfast was £8.95 which by today's standard is quite expensive, with the coffee at £2.25, and tyhe tea at £1.60. When we came to pay we were informed that there was a surcharge of 20% as we had eaten in. This was not told to us when ordering. The total bill which as far as we were concerned was £21.75 climbed to a dizzy £26.10. Some price for a lovely breakfast but sat on metal chairs in a tiny unit. I found the breakfast to be one of the best that I have had in years, but the price a bit steep and the lack of clarity re pricing annoying.

This is no longer Greedy Guts Cafe. It was sold on to new owners a little while ago. Have not tried it yet but will post review when I try it this week

Disappointing experience, their website is out of date and only two vendors were open on a Saturday night. We had a pizza which was good but we went purposefully to give everyone a choice of the different vendors. Won’t be returning sadly.

Not good - sausage on my sandwich was sparse - served cold! Over all, not impressed for the money spent!! Would have expected at least a few sausages and for it to be served warm!! McDonald’s is better quality!
