Avoid at all costs. Unpleasant people who have no idea of a community pub. No care in the world other than themselves.

What’s the point of having operating hours if you can’t order anything an hour before close.

Missing 4 out of 7 items, and spilt half the drinks we did receive

Outstanding food and a brilliantly hosted evening. The food was delicious - the best I have ever eaten. Sharon was a perfect host, engaging the guests in conversation and creating a lovely atmosphere. If you are going to Ilfracombe book ahead - it is worth planning for!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food lovely. They even took something back and kept it warm for a member of our party who had to leave for a bit.

We enjoyed a lazy lunch at Shutters. The food was superb with lovely large portion sizes. The service was friendly, nice and relaxed which was just what we wanted. The view from our table was great, watching the ferry on its trips across to St Michael's Mount.

Toilets were disgusting and coffee was extremely bitter, usually prefer Starbucks coffee but won't be stopping here again

This pudding..... Wow. This was the best pudding I've had in a long time. I asked if there were any raisins in before I ordered and was happy to find out there wasn't. It was crispy on the top and so light and fluffy with very subtle hints of everything. Fish and chips were lovely, nice and crispy with nice chunky chips and mushy peas. Would highly recommend this pub. Staff were lovely, all had big smiles. It's right on the sea front with lovely views of the harbour. Go and get this pudding!!!!!!

Lots of staff but service slow and not attentive. The place was not very clean..

Must say, the worst Costa I've b.en in I'm sorry to say. Plus, upstairs toilet was awful with no toilet roll.

Generally quite poor all round. The quality of the food is awful, the textures are all wrong, and the portion sizes are not worth the money. The shop itself has nice location, but the staff appear unhappy (poor pay no doubt). In honesty, I haven't once had a good sweet treat from creams, and don't know anyone who has. Will avoid in future. £7 for that piece of cake by the way... 7.
