Awful! Advertised as *all day breakfast* yet arrived at 15:00 and was told they aren’t serving hot food anymore and can have a sausage roll if I wanted! Staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there! Shocking!

Really lovely experience here, lovely staff, we didn’t have a table booked and we came with our 1 year old daughter they had tables fully booked for the night from 7pm onwards and they let us get seated straight away and did our food order so quickly so we could eat inside with our baby, they were so helpful and told us which table to sit in with the latest booking so we had time to feed our daughter inside, massively appreciated this and all the staff were so kind and helpful

I was served a chicken and bacon pie, the middle was still frozen and the outside was warm, they took it away, I said let's see how it comes back to my mum surely the would give me a 'fresh' one? It was returned reheated again and fully cut open. The pie was fully splayed open, looked like baby food. i had only partially cut it open. The wedges were only warm to and very firm. I'd been here once before and wasn't happy but mum fancied a change. I regret it. I will not return. How they are still going I don't know. They use massive plates but portion is small, cost £10 then drink. I will not return.

The restaurant and the food was cold. We arrived around lunchtime 10/01/2025 and ordered two full English breakfasts. We waited about 20 minutes for the food to arrive. When we began to consume the food it was obvious that the plate, beans, mushrooms and toast were cold. When the waitress arrived at another table I complained about the temperature of the food and ambient temperature in the restaurant . Her reply was to say the heating comes on now and again . The temperature outside actually felt warmer than it was in the café area . I would not recommend any Morrison's outlets for food because this is the second time I have been bitterly disappointed with the food and surroundings. The first time was at the Ebbw Vale store where I purchased Fish and chips for 2 which was very poor quality.

Went in for a coffee and cake mid week. Despite not being busy at all the lady serving took ages, served the coffee which was barely hot enough ages before the croissant and did so with a face like thunder. They really give the impression that they are doing you a big favour in serving you.

Wednesday 23rd April we visited this branch of Costa which is located in the Homeware Pavilion in Clark's Village. We selected two sandwiches from the display cabinet, there was not really a great choice. We ended up with a BLT sandwich £4.70 and an egg mayonnaise sandwich £3.59. One of us queued to order and pay for the coffees, two flat whites £3.80 each and the sandwiches, while the other found a table and place to sit. The total cost for our lunch was £15.89. The best bit was the coffee, it was flavoursome and the right temperature, however, it went down hill from there. The egg sandwich was bland and the BLT was soggy. The fabric of the place was a bit shabby, varnish was worn away on the table tops, paint was scuffed and missing from pillars. The floor was not very clean and the floor behind the counter was sodden wet, dangerous for the staff and not hygienic. We did actually see a member of staff drop a carton of milk on the floor behind the counter, she promptly picked up and put it back on the shelf.

I went with my young son and wife during the run up to Christmas where I had booked a week off work to get my Christmas shopping done. It was a good day out overall, but sadly my attempt at some respite in this Costa was thwarted by one abhorrently rude member of staff. It started when I ordered our drinks at the till. Mine and my wife's drinks were fine, but when I asked about the free 'babycchino' for my son, the woman on the till- Anna- told me they had run out of the small cups for the kids drinks and that they'd have to charge us for a whole regular size cup of milk if we wanted one! After stating the obvious that Anna could simply put a small amount of milk in a regular cup, she huffed, poured out the drinks and abruptly handed me the tray. When we sat down, the tables were messy and sticky. Granted it was busy and the run up to Christmas, but basic hygiene is not a duty that should be shirked. After finishing I needed to use the restroom, so I went to the right of the tills and queued for use of the loo. When I got in there I could hardly breathe. The smell was awful. I went straight out to the tills and spoke to Anna again to tell her that the their toilets needed attention. I got the same huffy attitude from Anna who told me that they were nothing to do with her as the toilets were managed by Primark. She didn't even contact her Primark colleagues or a manager to let them know that someone had smeared excrement on the floor in there. Truly a shocking experience.

I was hungry after a long day & it had been a while since I called in so thought I’d try it out but the fish & chips were awful. The fish - or at least the batter was overcooked/burnt & heavy. Some of the chips were part cooked. I should have complained/taken it back as it didn’t look good when it was being served/wrapped up.
