I call in most Fridays on the way to pick my granddaughter up for a sleepover and usually treat myself to egg, sausage, beans & chips, its average with the only thing that seems freshly cooked is the egg but normally edible, today was abysmal every thing was just tepid the chips were like eating cardboard I couldn't eat it, I did tell the lady who came to clear the table she could clearly see I'd hardly touched the meal, she did apoligise but with the amount of food I had left i would have expected a refund at the very least, sad really because its always a nice clean cafe to visit with friendly staff...I was going to suggest to my daughter we take my 2 little granddaughters there for a Sunday roast but don't think I'll chance it now....

Waited 45 minutes and still no food so left the place and will not use again in future. Customer service for refund was rapid. Must be well rehearsed.

40 minute wait for the food after ordering !!!! Have to admit the friend eggs were good, sadly they don’t offer poached eggs any more. The rasher of bacon was absolutely miserable.

You used to be able to get a really tasty, good value breakfast here but since the store was refurbished and expanded it has changed for the worse. This morning I had two fried eggs on toast which were acceptable. But my husband had the full breakfast and was not happy, the bacon was very thin and tasteless, the sausages were mostly bread, and the jumbo mushroom was actually raw. the toast and baked beans were cold. Very poor indeed.

Cafe wasn't busy, took a while to be served at till, when breakfast arrived had to send it back as it was luke warm, even when returned the only hot things were the beans. Very disappointed in general.

Only called in for a quick hot drink but service was friendly and drink good value for money. Lots of people having food suggests it was okay for meals also.

Well. Where do I begin. The Beans were freezing cold, the mushrooms were slimy. The egg was undercooked, the bacon was rock hard, the sausages were average at best which was the only edible part of the breakfast. Unfortunately this is not the only time Morrison’s café have had an awful quality of breakfast, I have been served this awful plate on every occasion… only an idiot makes the same mistake twice, so I must be a fool. I will not be making the mistake of eating here again… not if it’s the last place on earth that serves breakfast.

Lovely refit of tired cafe. Needs a few people who are trained in WMF coffee machines as a flat white or cappuccino. come as the same beverage: two shot latte but the breakfast is excellent value when kids eat free! For the young generation tech savvy all foods are ordered via the My Morrisons app which is (the app) a little rough round the edges but secure and works well. For the non tech savvy the service, just needs a service bell. You have to call out for assistance. Perk: no extra cost for non-dairy such as Almond milk which is excellent. .

I have to be honest this was the worse breakfast Ive ever had, fried bread was a limp of grease, hash browns were obviously warmed up and rock hard, sausages were black and bacon was raw, baked beans just warm, the only thing worth eating was the fried egg which I had on a piece of toast.

Fair pricing but slow service! Tea cake took ages to prepare! Cheap and cheerful perhaps? Ok for a quick cuppa or light bite.

After shopping in this store, we decided to have lunch in the cafe. A long time since we used this cafe and much has improved since our last visit. Very pleasant decor for a small busy cafe and food very good. I had fried eggs cooked and presented to perfection. Chips which were fresh, hot and crisp and beans. A fraction of the cost of the nearby pub and far better quality. I think we will use this cafe more often.

Our server named "James" was very attentive, polite and a credit to Morrisons Having had an extremely bad experience at Cheltenhams TGI Friday's the previous evening it was especially nice to be treated well. By the way our food was good considering this is a budget-type cafe. . Store No.247

Decent for the price, would go again as there’s not many ‘cafes’ in the area! Food isn’t of the highest standard but you pay for what you get. Took about 15 minutes for food to be delivered by attentive and friendly staff

This place is really useful. It s a basic cafe but the food is so very good. Chips & fish bread and butter and tea for two about £12. We had just returned from holiday and needed a quick meal. The food was better than a nearby restaurant and a lot less expensive. If you want to sit in comfort all evening with a bottle of wine on the table, this is not for you. But for what it does provide this place is to be highly recommended.

On the one occasion i went just to have a quick snack, the food was cool and not that good. I don't understand why anyone goes to these canteen type places. The food is always the same. Few minutes walk and you're in a proper cafe.

Morrisons of late has a horrible smell of fried food/fat, this never used to be the case, so off putting. The cafe food is basic, coffee machines are goo though. But the smell of the fat makes you feel ill!!!

I pop here occasionally when meeting people for a quick breakfast. Food is good and fresh. Lets be honest it’s no 5 star hotel food but for what you’re paying here you wouldn’t expect it. The ambiance is as one would expect when eating in a supermarket looking out onto a car park. A relatively constant “beep” of the tills is no birdsong but whilst you’re chomping on your fried bread it soon blends into background noise. Joking apart, the breakfasts are good. Other meals look okay. If you’re just after a cheap bit of food then I’d recommend.

Cafe area within regional supermarket. Service is pretty slow having visited on four occasions recently (October / November). Choice of food on offer is varied; beans on toast are quite reasonable in both quality and price.

My husband takes the grandchildren to the cafe whilst I shop. They normally have the children's meal which they seem to enjoy. Often they have to get a member of staff to check the boxes I something has been left out. On the whole they seem to seem to be ok with them. I have had the odd meal there and I must say it is mediocre.

Firstly, these pictures are out of date. The cafe has recently been refurbished to a good standard, this was probably needed because it did seem a bit worn towards the end. My only criticisms of the refurbishment is that firstly the tray holders in the tables have been removed, this means that to save space you need to put your tray on another table. Not a big deal but I liked it before! Also, a lot of the shopping cart lockers have been removed. One of these was out of order when I visited, and the other four in use, therefore I could not leave my shopping in there. Minor criticisms, but not a big deal.

When in Cheltenham for annual conference we always pop into Morrisons for a good value and well cooked meal. Been coming for 5 years now so that speaks up for this cafe I think.

Stopped off in the cafe for a quick lunch today whilst travelling. I chose the Hunter's Chicken with a choice of chips or mash and coleslaw. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. The person serving us was polite and careful with our order. We had to wait over half an hour for our meals, but was well worth waiting for. We were pleased with the range of meals on offer and the layout of the cafe. It was a slightly poignant vist having lived in Up Hatherley for a couple of years over 40 years ago and remembered playing in Weavers Fields. Lovely view to the hills from the cafe and we will certainly eat here again if passing in the future. Thank you to the staff.

Key to the general attraction of the Morrison's Shopping Centre in Up Hatherley is the good sized, 100+ seater "Café" at Morrison's. At midday, the height of the lunch period, one member of staff was trying to cope with a long queue of 10 people at the single till, one member of staff intermittently clearing tables, many tables uncleared and unwiped and some of the cold food on display not topped up.

They were short staffed today, which I totally empathise with, and the single serving member of staff did apologise when she got to me, HOWEVER I waited at least(!!) 20+ minutes in line whilst the second member of staff created some posters on her laptop, edited, printed, stuck them up all over (in full view of peeved customers) - the posters stated they would be using takeaway cups because they were short staffed 😆😅 literally help your colleague serve, explain this to me, and give me my coffee. I would’ve walked out like the numerous other people had I not had kids with me. Poor chap in front had to take a seat for a sore back, only hung around for some deal he had on his phone. Personally, felt like it severely lacked common sense. Otherwise fine.

A hidden gem, set away from the busy shopping areas of Cheltenham, yet within easy reach. Cafe offers a good range of drinks and food for all times of the day, meeting many dietary needs. Seating available both inside and out. Coffee is absolutely delicious. Excellent service. Ideal place to sit and relax. Worth a visit.

Awful visit today at the regents arcade soho coffee - usually it is so lovely and well staffed. However, today I was greeted with two young girls who were the pinnacle of disrespectful and rude, they wouldn’t stop saying nasty comments to my mother and laughing at her order. Then proceeded to watch us and laugh and made us so uncomfortable we had to leave.
