Caffe La Scala in Cheltenham

Very friedly italian place . As with real Italian food all fresh. I picked up a delicious HOT prawn and avocado salad. Well worth the wait

Paré aquí para comer un bocado tienda a mediados de Navidad ... Lo que era un error. Pedimos un huevo simple sándwich mayo, pero un bocado después tuve que volver a la barra como el pan era totalmente añeja. Ninguna disculpa del aburrido y poco profesional personal (debe usarse para quejas!) solicitado una restitución ya que sin duda no he probado nada más! ¿Qué tiene que decir sobre el personal que hizo el sandwich sabiendo el pan era mucho fresco! Yo no recomendaría a nadie parar aquí, en especial cuando hay tantos lugares decente cerca!

Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy impresionada de ver un bocadillo de atún cayó en el suelo, volver a la zona cafetera de lavado, tiran juntos y luego. Además, cuando nos preguntó acerca del personal Rio disimuladamente (dos señoritas) por qué estaban sirviendo algo que había estado en el suelo sucio, que decía que era una fresca (ciertamente este no era el caso). Decepcionante.

Pedimos capuchino, chocolate caliente, lo que nos dieron fue Vía Láctea café y leche caliente. Los asistentes no importa, ellos están demasiado ocupados charlando entre ellos.

Los asistentes no parezcan preocuparse menos sus clientes. Tuvimos que tomar el té volver una vez que la leche había sido derramado en como la leche estaba apagada, esto fue seguido por el café por la misma razón. Ninguna disculpa en ambos casos.

Me sentí inseguro tras ordenar comida y bebidas, las bebidas armario estaba sucia, señaló comida cayó accidentalmente en el fondo de la pantalla gabinete recogido y puesto en bandeja usando tanto ascensoristas y ONU ascensoristas manos. También el tema recogido en planta con mano ascensoristas y volvimos detrás del mostrador para llevar en servir. miembro preguntó qué higiene personal de calificación que tenían y que no sabían. Pedí y para mi sorpresa de la gerente ella también no sabía. Para ser justos que traía nuestra comida y había descubierto que eran 3 estrellas y había sido registrado y nos estaban esperando las clasificaciones. Creo que todas las tiendas de comida debe mostrar sus calificaciones en materia de higiene.

La zona exterior es un lugar agradable para amigos o ya que no nos saludaba mientras visitaba a pasar un tiempo para relajarse. Sin embargo se paga un poco más, la comida era muy básica para el dinero. Parece como si fuéramos una molestia para el personal que trabaja allí, en vez de un cliente.

La zona de comedor para la Scala ( dentro del Beechwood Centro) es realmente agradable. luminoso, espacioso y con un fondo de vegetación y fuentes. Por desgracia la comida que ofrecen es muy normal. Una pequeña patata horneado con atún en £4.00 + y sin aderezo. £1.00 ensalada parecía una buena relación calidad-precio, pero consistía en unas cuantas hojas verdes, cebolla y alrededor de seis lonchas rodajas de tomate - lo que eran final termina - qué triste es que! El personal estaba ocupado y acogedor, es una pena que su empresa no tienen ninguna ideas originales para la comida que ofrecen aparte de lo mediocre. El entorno se merece algo mejor que esto.

This looks like a nicely presented café, however you pay a lot for food that to me always tastes like yesterday's leftovers. The staff aren't always friendly and a lot of the time I feel as though I, the customer, am an inconvenience to them.

Had a lovely experience, really enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly staff and great service! Would definitely go back, really good coffee and lattes, loved mine! Great experience

I use this café regularly for business meeting and even once for a party. Service is always with a smile and I actually find it to be very clean. Cakes are awesome as are the paninis

I am working in the beechwood shopping centre for more than 4 years now. I never had any problems with food or drink from caffe La Scala. The staff is always freindly, and hard working like soldiers, Cleaning the tables moving around picking up the trays and doing their level best. I am too much fussy about the food but I always find good taste; Especially Coronation Chicken. Everybody has got their own opinion that is my opinion you should try your self. Considering other people reviews is ohk but don't buy until you can't see the difference.Well easy tip to find a good and quality food. Go there and just spend 2 minutes and look around the tables and the people sitting there. When you feel like it that its ohk you can go ahead and buy food or drink. You wont be disappointed.

I Have been several times, and attended a few business meetings in the cafe. The staff were both friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them, I would and have recommend La Scala to both family and work colleagues.

Came here (unfortunately) for a quick lunch. The tables were all dirty, the floor was littered with food that had been dropped and most of the tables had cups left on.

Went in here for a quick drink and a bite to eat. Waitress was grumpy and unhelpful. The cups and plates looked like they hadn't been washed. The place needed a really good clean, very dirty! Left food and drinks practically untouched and walked out. Definitely avoid!

What a sad sorry place! Nipped in to get a coffee with a friend and the service was awful. A tired and dirty public area and the food looked grey and awful. Ordered a Soy Latte and watched as it was made....got given a cows milk Latte. I had asked for soy and the server looked horrified that I said they got it wrong! Awful place, would recommend you avoid! Never again.

I just popped in as my partner had an interview in the local area. I asked him to get my a chicken & bacon baguette, which I watched the women make.. Which was literally slapped into it and dropped onto the plate. I don't eat or like mayonnaise, and the chicken was covered in it. No-where did it state that it was a chicken, bacon and mayo baguette, so I took it back. The woman who served me was rude and decided to answer back infront of other customers, stating I should request it plain if I don't like mayo - which I was fuming about. She refunded my money, only to give me £2.75 which is the price of a sandwich, I know I was only splitting hairs over 25p, but she wound me up, so proceeded to ask for the correct change back, she gave me the dirtiest look I have ever seen. We walked straight out after this, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit here!!!

We only stopped here for a drink. My partner had a coffee which was described as "terrible". I did not fancy a hot drink so had a Slush Puppie which could not be ordered by flavour - only colour! That was OK but you could hardly mess up a Slush! Many uncleared tables around the seating area. Turned round whilst leaving to see baguettes being slung into a bin liner. I would speculate this was the best place for them!

Popped in for a snack- the sausage roll was extremely dry & the bacon & egg Panini was made with pickled egg & was revolting. Definitely not recommended!

Food is literally slapped on the plate. I have never in my life seen such a disrespect for food. It's tasteless, dried out disgusting and looks like it might have made me ill. Coffee was bitter and they use a teapot for milk.

Called in for coffee & cake, got the drinks but the order got muddled & had to ask again For the cake which had been paid for. Didn't enjoy the coffee. The table was dirty. It's unusual for me to write a poor review, but I really would not visit again.
