Breakfast for campions! The vegan waffles were very delicious and the service was great. Alberto was by himself this afternoon when we came but he was helpful, friendly and an all round nice guy. Credit to him for dealing with tings by himself. Will be back again.

DEVINE!! We ordered the vegan waffles which were amazing! Thank you so much to Alberto for his incredible customer service, and cooking up the best waffles. Highly recommend and will be back in the near future to try more! 10/10

Food was completely cold and took over an hour to to deliver. Says 20-35 mins!!

Ordered a hot fudge cake sundae, the whole thing was just ice cream, at the very bottom was the smallest, stale bit of cake ever, it’s supposed to have a whole cake slice in! Also ordered a waffle, that came with barely anything on! Won’t be ordering

The order was missing multiple items including the add-ons I paid xor and straw for the milkshake.

Ordered a share box of Mexican nachos and had maybe a handful in the box was also missing the salsa and guacamole, Cookie dough was missing ice cream and serving sizes are ridiculously small for the amount they are charging.

Very friendly and polite staff very nice atmosphere as they were so friendly and also enjoyed my meal and I took the girl I care for and she loved it

I had a creams royal Sunday and it was delicious. Love the service of this place as well.

We came to Creams on a quiet Wednesday evening after kids' school as a birthday treat for one of my sons. We came up with quite a list for our order and the single attendant took it without hesitation. To my surprise, he was alone. Soon after we ordered, another table arrived. I worried about the capacity to deliver with just one person manning the kitchen and till. However, we were served our food as it became available, and quite tasty to be fair. Kudos to the unknown hero that saved our evening.

The cookie dough just looked as though it had been thrown in the box. No presentation, very small, did not even fill half a small box. Won't be ordering from here again. Well disappointed!!!

the hot n cold fudge sundaes were not hot or as gooey as they have been previously and the cake used was a lot drier than before.

Food ok. Tasty… but not very good value for the amount of filling vs cost Service a bit indifferent. No other customers waiting but a long wait for our crepe. Possibly prioritising takeaway and delivery orders? Atmosphere. Generally clean and good design but 2 tables left uncleared and uncleaned during our visit with staff walking by multiple times. …. And it wasn’t because they were in a rush to make our single crepe we ordered. Could be a lot better…. Will spend the cash somewhere else next time

Food was so cold and didn’t have a ice cream

I ordered three gelato pots with 3 scoops in each. The pots were half the size as what they usually are and the scoops were considerably smaller than usual. A massive rip off.

Great food but unfortunately the business forgot my ice-cream for my chocolate obsession waffle & the wafer for both mine and my partner’s desert. In addition the last time I ordered my order got cancelled so I lost out on a £3.00 voucher that I used for it as I didn’t get that voucher reinstated.I’m applying for a refund to cover my losses.

Forgot one of my desserts. As they always do. Always something wrong with an order, and now all the portions have shrunk and prices have continued to go up for food that is not worth it. Only worth ordering because I had a gift card.

A clean, tidy restaurant with lots of food and beverages to choose from. The staff are always polite and friendly, accomodating to any special needs and requirements.

Recently the employees have been so sweet and kind and I love the atmosphere everytime we come here. The place is also very clean and the deserts are amazing!

We ordered a banana strawberry waffle to takeout …the banana and strawberry were dumped into the middle of waffle instead of spreading and there is less than a spoon of chocolate sauce, it just tasted like eating a plain waffle with fruits with no sauce.

Alberto needs a pay rise. My man is the happiest person to ever serve me ice cream. 10/10

The food is very nice and the delivery was very fast however the making of my food took really long

I had ordered a delivery for the family, however one of our milkshakes split in the bag. It was empty. It looks like it had just been dropped not even in the cup holder. I'm quite a loyal customer with creams, however unfortunately I might not be able to order any further based on that. The cookie dough was also cold, not hot as it normally was.

The desserts were as expected - very sugary and unhealthy, but they hit the spot! They're not the cheapest desserts. The interior decor and general state of the cafe is a bit dilapidated/tired-looking too and it didn't feel very clean.

This is what you get for a tenner at Creams: a sad, soggy, and mushy pile of shrinkflation in a box. Don't get me wrong, I used to adore Creams. But that was when waffles were hot, loaded with toppings, and had great value for money. They're not really worth it now, and I won't bother ordering again.

Server seemed to be on their own in the store, but did a good job, service was polite and my order was ready quick, the waffle popcorn chicken was good, maybe a.little small but filling, and the milkshak was good as always, highly recommend for a treat or high end dessert to a big meal

Such a lovely place to go with or without the kids. The atmosphere is spot on, loads of tables to choose from and all clean ready to be used. The waiting staff were so friendly and helpful. The puddings were absolutely fabulous. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Member of staff was very friendly. Did was excellent and served quickly. Clean store and not busy. Highly recommend. Will be returning. My 13 year old said “best pudding place I have been to”.

the desserts are SO yummy here! the prices are honestly great for the portions. there are plenty of options to choose from on the menu too

When arriving I was excited to see something on the menu which was plant based. I opened my mouth to ask the lady behind the counter which ice creams were plant based as the signs were not clear to which she snappily replied not to talk to her as she was not where to order. Very poor customer service and extremely rude staff therefore we left. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to a plant based desert. Kaspa's service was much better and I feel Creams could learn a thing or two from them.

I went to creams the other day and the staff were great! my food was amazing and customer service was good. However I was taken by surprise when I saw the mistreatment the staff received from the manager himself the lack of support or presence even with the customers. Never experienced such a rude man in my time of going out to restaurants I will not be returning to this restaurant and I hope these young members of staff see better management in the future!

i hadn't been to creams in a very long time, but when we visited the other day i remembered how absolutely delicious the food is!! after our great experience i've recommended this cafe to my family and we'll definitely come back soon. there is an abundance of choices on the menu, so we struggled to choose one since they all sound very tasty. the service is excellent, with polite & patient staff who ensure you have an enjoyable time. also the atmosphere is delightful - i'm in love with the interior🍪

It was a very hot day and absolutely unbearable to sit and enjoy your waffle without having the air conditioner on, so I asked the staff to turn it on and shockingly they said we are not allowed to as the boss told us to.

Food is over priced. Service was slow, unmotivated and unprofessional (eg got asked the question ‘allergy’ question THREE times) Air con wasn’t on despite it being almost 30 degrees 🥵

Went to creams as a treat for my 4 year old following his nursery graduation. Staff were extremely welcoming (particularly Alberto) and service excellent. My son is already trying to plan another visit!

Forgot item on my order and then put the phone down when I questioned them about it.

Food was nice but it took so long to come, one item at a time with 5-10 minute wait in-between. So everybody really ate separately. Plus they brought all of the children's stuff very last, so they were sat waiting ages. I wouldn't go again.

My order was 1 hour 15 mins late. I would like a refund

Lissy went above and beyond. I have a food allergy but nothing was a problem. She made me feel welcomed and able to eat food, which normally does not have food allergy options.

Used to frequent here and usually have a fine experience but it seems with staffing changes the quality has drastically turned into an absolute joke in regards to cleanliness. My wife saw a lass clearly drop her phone on the ground before picking it up and going right back to work with her bare hands. Gross and unprofessional, will be looking for alternatives.

Absolutely disgusting ordered a milk chocolate cookie dough and this is what turned up , tried phoning to make things right and won’t even answer the phone ! Awful what a joke

i ordered my food at about 6.45 pm after about 45 mins it said courier at restaurant, then after another half hour i had a call from restaurant saying they didn't know what to do as there was no courier there,so I told them to reject order,ten minutes later it still wasn't rejected so i walked up the restaurant myself, and told them to reject it to which they said to wait for their team leader, and ten mins later the courier turned up,this is not right that's over hour and half wait,

waffle was absolutely covered in chocolate sauce couldn't even see the waffle and the cookie dough is just thrown on a piece of paper visually both our deserts looked terrible. not what you expect when paying 25 pounds for 2 deserts
