Server seemed to be on their own in the store, but did a good job, service was polite and my order was ready quick, the waffle popcorn chicken was good, maybe a.little small but filling, and the milkshak was good as always, highly recommend for a treat or high end dessert to a big meal

Such a lovely place to go with or without the kids. The atmosphere is spot on, loads of tables to choose from and all clean ready to be used. The waiting staff were so friendly and helpful. The puddings were absolutely fabulous. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Member of staff was very friendly. Did was excellent and served quickly. Clean store and not busy. Highly recommend. Will be returning. My 13 year old said “best pudding place I have been to”.

the desserts are SO yummy here! the prices are honestly great for the portions. there are plenty of options to choose from on the menu too

When arriving I was excited to see something on the menu which was plant based. I opened my mouth to ask the lady behind the counter which ice creams were plant based as the signs were not clear to which she snappily replied not to talk to her as she was not where to order. Very poor customer service and extremely rude staff therefore we left. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to a plant based desert. Kaspa's service was much better and I feel Creams could learn a thing or two from them.

I went to creams the other day and the staff were great! my food was amazing and customer service was good. However I was taken by surprise when I saw the mistreatment the staff received from the manager himself the lack of support or presence even with the customers. Never experienced such a rude man in my time of going out to restaurants I will not be returning to this restaurant and I hope these young members of staff see better management in the future!

It was a very hot day and absolutely unbearable to sit and enjoy your waffle without having the air conditioner on, so I asked the staff to turn it on and shockingly they said we are not allowed to as the boss told us to.

i hadn't been to creams in a very long time, but when we visited the other day i remembered how absolutely delicious the food is!! after our great experience i've recommended this cafe to my family and we'll definitely come back soon. there is an abundance of choices on the menu, so we struggled to choose one since they all sound very tasty. the service is excellent, with polite & patient staff who ensure you have an enjoyable time. also the atmosphere is delightful - i'm in love with the interior🍪

Food is over priced. Service was slow, unmotivated and unprofessional (eg got asked the question ‘allergy’ question THREE times) Air con wasn’t on despite it being almost 30 degrees 🥵

Staff were rude, coffee taste like it comes out a budget hotel machine. Super hot inside and no ac was on. Yhe waffles weren't bad though

Went to creams as a treat for my 4 year old following his nursery graduation. Staff were extremely welcoming (particularly Alberto) and service excellent. My son is already trying to plan another visit!

Forgot item on my order and then put the phone down when I questioned them about it.

Food was nice but it took so long to come, one item at a time with 5-10 minute wait in-between. So everybody really ate separately. Plus they brought all of the children's stuff very last, so they were sat waiting ages. I wouldn't go again.

My order was 1 hour 15 mins late. I would like a refund

Lissy went above and beyond. I have a food allergy but nothing was a problem. She made me feel welcomed and able to eat food, which normally does not have food allergy options.

Used to frequent here and usually have a fine experience but it seems with staffing changes the quality has drastically turned into an absolute joke in regards to cleanliness. My wife saw a lass clearly drop her phone on the ground before picking it up and going right back to work with her bare hands. Gross and unprofessional, will be looking for alternatives.

Absolutely disgusting ordered a milk chocolate cookie dough and this is what turned up , tried phoning to make things right and won’t even answer the phone ! Awful what a joke

i ordered my food at about 6.45 pm after about 45 mins it said courier at restaurant, then after another half hour i had a call from restaurant saying they didn't know what to do as there was no courier there,so I told them to reject order,ten minutes later it still wasn't rejected so i walked up the restaurant myself, and told them to reject it to which they said to wait for their team leader, and ten mins later the courier turned up,this is not right that's over hour and half wait,

waffle was absolutely covered in chocolate sauce couldn't even see the waffle and the cookie dough is just thrown on a piece of paper visually both our deserts looked terrible. not what you expect when paying 25 pounds for 2 deserts

Delicious and served by welcoming staff!

We stopped to get some ice cream and the lady who served us did not use any gloves when doing the ice cream, which resulted in her hands getting all with ice cream too :( so it really put me off my ice cream itself. After doing the ice cream she didn’t wash her hands and just wiped them in her clothes and reached to take the next cone without washing her hands or using gloves again. The ice cream itself was delicious as always, but we won’t return as that was just two ice creams, I don’t wanna imagine how many times she dipped her hands in these ice cream tubs before and after us!

Food was nice but it took a long time to arrive and my daughters was served 7-8 minutes after my own which meant my hot pancakes were cold by the time I got to them. Also the plates weren’t clean, really put me off

I have encountered such a helpful staff member called Lissy, who helped me pick up the best ice cream choice. I once got fun day sunday in October 2023 and have been hocked since. Not too big not too small perfect for coffee meet up or just something sweet before cinema. After the brunch stopped doing them I had Lissy help me and she wrote down my order for the next so I still can get the ice cream I love. Lissy served me now multiple times and she upsells cross sells you name it but most importantly she wants me to come back and she also made me addicted to my favourite ice cream ❤️

Ordered two identical milkshakes at 9pm inside the empty takeaway. At 9:30pm they gave us one milkshake as they’d forgotten the second.

I think it is good place to eat in lots of fun and banter but might want to change the recipe give the people a surprise don't be afraid

Came in for icecream. It was quick to come out, and so so delicious. Recommend for anyone as there are so many flavour choices. And to my fellow picky eaters this is the place for you cause theres so much customisation within the menu, including create you owns :)

Waiting to hear back due to wrong order. However from previous experience food comes warm and fresh.

I ordered a cookie dough and when I opened the box it was like a car crash. The cookie dough was all stuck to the top of the box. It was awful! The box said caution hot and it was cold. Not happy with my order at all

Took my son and his friend out for an Easter holiday treat. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff. Food was great and quite quick to come out. Although it was lunchtime and the school holidays it’s was very quiet.

No straws with thick milkshakes or bubble tea

I ordered my dessert at 5.20pm and was delivered at 7.20pm. If I was aware the delivery would take 2 hours I would not have ordered.

Missing whip cream from milkshake

Hot pocket freezing cold bubbleiscious sundae pretty much vanilla ice cream two items missing. Called restaurant unless daughter has now gone without and had to reorder wife’s paying two delivery charges and having to wait another hour disappointed will stick to kaspas next time

Popped in today with my little boy as a treat. They were empty, it was lunch time on a Tuesday, and the man that greeted us was lovely. He was so helpful and patient, even offered us a cup for my son's ice cream as he didn't manage to finish it. Its the first time I've been in and would happily go again.
