Great place in a great location with a fantastic selection of craft beer (their own plus guest beers) Dogs are always welcome at ALL BrewDog locations! Beer to go fridge where you can select cans/bottles to take home

I’ve been here twice and always liked the service. I appreciate that the staff will let you try samples before you commit to buying a pint. I like the mini Mac and cheese portions as they’re a very reasonable price for what’s essentially a full meal. I find the buffalo sauce wings a tad overwhelming though!

Great food as always but service was a little slow and seemed like not enough staff working

Chicken was dry and the fries were a bit cold. Our waiter was very nice however we waited quite a long time for food with no updates given.

The wings were very poor not a lot of meat and some bits were so hard I couldn’t bite it

Didn’t eat here but the drinks options are amazing, each beer has its own matching glass and beer mat, thought that was cool!

Food was very tasty. Maybe a little expensive for what it was as you have to pay for every extra such as chips or coleslaw with the burger. The service started off good with burgers being brought quickly and staff were really friendly. However the desserts took about an hour to arrive and were not great. I would probably stick to just a main if I went back. Paying the bill seemed a lot harder than it needed to be. Because the serving staff were busy, they asked us to pay at the bar so we had to queue for about 15 mins. When we wanted to use club card vouchers, nobody seemed to know what to do, so the manager had to be called which caused a further delay. Desserts were removed from the bill for the wait without needing to complain, so they knew the service had been poor. I know things are increasing in cost and we eat out a lot so things are more expensive but this was not really worth the cost. There are plenty of other burger restaurants that would be cleaner and cheaper . It’s a shame because from the outside it looks like a nice place and the burgers did taste good. I think the staff want to serve well but are just too busy. Maybe it was an off day!

The reason why I rated 3 was that there wasn’t a lot of people on service. Admittedly we went on a Sunday evening but he had to wait occasionally to be able to order drinks at the bar. The thing which lowered the food rating to a 3 instead of a 5 was that two peoples burgers got mixed up. I think what caused confusion was the sides were put with the wrong burgers so they assumed they had the correct burgers until someone mad the comment they didn’t have their chorizo. It turned out the chorizo burger was with the 2 sides the other person had ordered who hadn’t started their burger yet so didn’t realise they had the wrong one. Unfortunately that person did not like chorizo or black pudding so had to dismantle the burger. We do take some type of responsibility and didn’t say anything at the time as we had somewhere to be so couple wait around but they were all separate orders so you would expect the correct sides with the correct burger. Thee ones that got the correct orders really enjoyed their burgers/wings. We have been previously and think the burgers are amazing. It’s just a shame with those couple of orders that got muddled that a couple were disappointed.

Wings were ok, though having to pay for dip after the first round is delivered is a bit tight.

Love the brewdog vibe inside. Food is good and the IPAs are great. Only issue with food is I don't think the chicken is freshly deep fried but maybe just oven cooked from frozen as a little tough. But still would highly recommend the buffalo sauce range!

The food was good as always however very disappointed in the cleanliness. The floor was sticky it was so dirty and the fabric on the benches at the table was disgusting. I didn't want sit on the bench it was so stained and covered in filth. The whole place needs a good scrub!

We really enjoyed it! Used our Clubcard vouchers and that was for drinks too! Great atmosphere in there and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Good selection of beers obvs, but plenty of other options available. The two kids loved their burgers and the apple juice, and I had the wings with 2 sides. All delicious. Only quibble is 7 wings (single!) for £11.45 is very steep! Lovely nonetheless. Thanks. We recommend it and would return for sure 👌

Loved it!!! When I ordered the side of onion rings I was expecting three or four tiny ones, nope huge crispy ones about six or seven of them. The macaroni cheese was delicious as were the hasselback potatoes. My friends all enjoyed their meals too! Brilliant food at brilliant prices.

If this was our first time visiting, then it would probably be our last. We booked a table for food, when we arrived we were told to pick a table. No one came over to take our order (nor were we told we had to order at the bar or via the qr code). Last time we visited the server was very attentive, asked how our food was, if we wanted more drinks etc, not this time though. When we went to pay, using Tesco vouchers, the server wasn’t sure what to do and then proceeded to say how much she hated the Tesco vouchers! We did try and order via the qr code at the table, but you can’t put Tesco vouchers in with it. Love the place if you’re just having drinks, but wouldn’t rush back for food.

The guy who works here (long hair, cool T-shirts) is a great guy! Really helpful in finding a beer I’d enjoy on my first visit that fit my dietary requirements. Let me sample it too and was absolutely dead on with what he thought I’d like from what I said I normally drank, which isn’t beer. I don’t go in daily or even weekly but when I do, as soon as I approach the bar he’s there with a friendly greeting and my order remembered. 10/10 customer service in a really genuine way. A nice place for a swift half on the way home from work for sure.

Slightly disappointing... We had the vegan burgers - very unimpressive in appearance, £14 for a modest fairly plain burger on a platter - paying extra for chips and whatever. Tasty enough, but we were left disappointed. We came early afternoon so it was nice and peaceful but not completely empty Good beer - which is perhaps what you come for rather than the food?

It was interesting. Limited interaction with a server. Sometimes this is good. Sometimes its bad - like if you have a question, want another beer, or need the bill. All points that were valid in our experience. Food pricey - chips/sides extra.

Visited a fair few Brewdogs around the country and this one ranks near the top. Quality service from Cam & Harvey, and went the extra mile for my lactose intolerance checking all milk on any non-vegan food or drink I had. My kids loved it with the board games, especially Jenga! My daughter's kids chicken nuggets were a very generous portion being a kids meal - also fantastic it was kids eat free! My lad had a Death by Chocolate dessert - not for faint hearted! I enjoyed Return of the Veg Burger, with smashed cucumbers and coleslaw - all 3 vegan. Cheers Cam & Harvey - we will stop again when we are next passing Cheltenham 👍

I booked wings Wednesday with a mate and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere when I arrived and was busy which was good to see. The wings selection was immense and had the buffalo and Korean wings and my mate had the vegetarian options. Good selection of beers from brewdog and guest beers. The brewdog kolsch and Vienna lagers were good and went well with the wings. Had 3 of the guest beers as well which were all really good from mad scientist and boundary brewing.

Service as always was slow and hard to catch any if the staffs eye!

Good atmosphere. Very good service. Very good beer. Food? The kitchen staff are letting the place down. There is absolutely no excuse for the ‘chef’ sending out chicken breast in a buttermilk batter that is so over cooked that the batter is very dark brown and the outsides of the chicken are as dry as mother Theresa’s gear box. Such a shame when one member of the team is letting the side down.

The wings are good, but could be better if you had less batter on them or offered them without batter.

We had been given a voucher as a Christmas present but were told we could not use it as it was only for online purchases. The person who gave us the voucher had called into the restaurant and was told it could be used for food. We now have a £50 voucher that is of no use to us as we are pensioners and don’t really drink

Awful experience all round. The food was mediocre at best and the staff were downright rude. Would not go again

I've visited a few times on the off chance as I hadn't booked anywhere and managed to get in. The staff are all super friendly and helpful with suggestions of beers. The food is well presented and really tasty. The only thing I could say bad is that most of the burgers came with bbq sauce in which im not a massive fan of, but im sure if I had asked, they would have changed it. The atmosphere is layed back with a side of rock and indie music which I really enjoyed.

The staff were really friendly and helpful when they came by, but we did have to ask them to take our dessert order and then to bring the bill (it wasn’t busy when we visited). The burgers were fantastic and the kids loved playing rock/paper/scissors for their pudding, but one of our party ordered a main salad that was poor for the price. Flight of beers was fun and discovered a new fave. Would visit again but would not advise ordering a salad.

It may have been our lack of understanding but it wasn't made clear to us on how the bottomless wings worked. When I asked about the leaderboard I was told I had to hit 35 I said that doesn't seem difficult but when I asked about how quickly wings would be delivered I was made to believe the service wasn't great and there was a point where we waited a long time for a plate but then 2 game along very soon afterwards. I'm not sure it's something we will do again but glad we tried it and the wings did taste good.

Great burgers and good beer. Good service from friendly, knowledgeable staff who are always keen to help. A little quite on a Sunday afternoon but made for a very enjoyable late lunch.

Chose Brewdog for the buy one burger get one for £1 promotion which made it a great value meal out. It took half an hour to get drinks, and after chasing found out there was an issue with the order getting lost due to a change in till roll. Food was good though, and the kids enjoyed playing rock paper scissors with our waiter to get a free desert - which we won, but then had to ask for the cost to be removed from our bill!

Toilets dirty with brown stains on the wall. Awful customer service and massively over priced drinks.

I was spending the day in Cheltenham and decided to go to Brewdog for lunch. It was super easy to book online and upon booking I noticed it was buy one get one free on vegetarian / vegan burgers on Mondays! My partner and I are both vegetarians and are bored of the same old veggie burgers you usually get in restaurants, but this was not the case! We were stuck for choice between four different delicious plant based burgers with a great deal of two sides for only £6! The food was amazing and so was the service! We will definitely be coming back.

Great service as you get at every Brewdog bar in my experience. Clean and tidy tables, helpful staff, good choice of beers. Food was brought out quick and it was nice and hot. Can highly recommend the Korean Loaded Fries!!

Offer of buy 1 get 1 for £1 online says to include pizzas. Cheltenham doesn't do pizzas which wasn't mentioned online

Great location , great food, staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful / friendly. The music playlist is great , there's so much choice here for drinks that we spent all day and afternoon here. Toilets very clean and hand washing facilities are outstanding. There's even pinball machines woo hoo Thanks brewdog Cheltenham

Breakfast and orange juice before the races. We were about the first but it was a good meal. Service was excellent

We had a voucher for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the quality of the food. Staff were lovely and accommodating of our dog, she thoroughly enjoyed her doggy ice cream! Burgers were delicious and the Black Heart went down a treat.

We visited for lunch and the restaurant was empty. Food arrived quickly but wasn'tto our tastes. The staff were lovely and really good service but overall not for us. Maybe better if visiting in the evening?

we visited at 4pm on a Friday in January, so not many customers, but we couldn't take off our coats as the restaurant was so cold. Burgers were good.

I liked the fact that you can always get to the bar and there are plenty of seats. I feel like the bar should be a lot busier. If we don't support local bars then we will lose them.

The food was far better than we expected, already knew beer would be great. The guy serving us was very good and as this was our first visit we have said we will definitely be going back.

Had a really good session sampling the more unusual beers, including sours and the triple IPA (10%)! Great range of beers - did not have food, except some v good bar snacks. All bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Wings night is an absolute scam, the wings are not edible as they come with so much Buffalo sauce , they are extremely sour, the sauce is the cheapest. Horrible food, extremely disappointed!

Food was so good. Service was really good. We didn't want to use the QR to order and they offered to do table service, which was really good of them.

Bar staff were friendly and approachable, food was yummy, beer choice great, lovely atmosphere. 5x children all welcomed and accommodated for. 10/10!

Lovely place with great food and very polite staff. My only Issue was we were a group of 12 and having half of the people of the older generation, we didn't want to sit on benches so had to sit with big gaps between tables of two, which meant we couldn't speak very well to each other at opposite ends of the room. So not ideal if you are having a family gathering with older people in your group.

We shared a burger as the description made it sound like a lot of food, which it was not, we ordered from the table and the waiter brought the burger out at the same time as our drinks, the 2 worse margaritas ever (our fault, should’ve stuck to beer) never came back to ask how anything was and I just noticed we payed over £3 tip for the pleasure. Won’t go back there again and we ended up at McDonalds after as still hungry. Greedy perhaps but wow, sign of the times!!

A few items off the menu were not available When our food did not arrive and we asked the staff, they were not very responsive despite asking both of them. We left and will not be going back.

As is always the case with Brewdog the staff were fantastic, friendly informative and welcoming. The food was great.

All okay, kids meals are uninspired…and £3.55 for 1/2 a pint of postmix for a kid is frankly obscene.

Fantastic food and the choice of drinks was excellent too. Good for a quiet drink (had tasters of several drinks on tap), or for a meal. Music was a bit too loud for my liking, but overall an excellent venue.

Saturday had friends up for a mini reunion. Brewdog hit the spot. Service was quick and efficient considering it was fully booked. Good time.

Underwhelming experience Overpriced burgers and beer; £6.50 plus for two thirds of a pint. Cheaper in other pubs for brewdog beers. What's all that about?

I liekd my food as we went for the Wednesday bottomless wings special. Our server was also good. But at the end when we were paying he unexpectadly put the card machine in oru face to add a tip while he was looking at how much we were leaving him. This really put us off. Not everybody wants to leave a tip as servers get paid a salary in this country but the card achine being shoved in our face with a clear intention that the server expects a tri was really offputting and we did not have a choice but to leave a tip as he was looking at how much we were tipping him. Also it said that chidlren eat free when an adult pay for their meal and we did not get our child's meal for free and I was too embrassed to bring this up, so we left it. It is a good special for Wednesdays but I would not go back again, as the card machine will be put in my face again with the server looking down at how much we tipped even though it shouldn't have been compulsory.

We visited at lunches & the place was almost empty. My wife ordered the Cluck Norris with Hassleback potatoes and a Buffalo Burger with the Avo, Walnet, smoked bacon, and blue cheese salad, complemented by two ciders. *Cluck Norris Burgerchicken was very dry, almost to the point of being hard. However, the rest of the food was very tasty. Service would have been 5*. However, when the barman/server came over to collect the trays, he asked how the food was? As I was explaining, the food was good except for the ine burger. He obviously wasn't listening and just walked off with the trays.

Had lunch there today. Fantastic burgers, the Cluck Norris was amazing and so was the service. Beer amazing as you'd expect.

To start with, service was non existant. They sat us down and just left us. When we finally got served after being there 25 minutes all was good. We had the bottomless wings, which were alright. Bit greasy tbh.

An excellent lunch at Brewdog, staff were extremely friendly and polite. Took advantage of the vegan 2-4-1 offer on the bank holiday and the two burgers ordered were absolutely fantastic.
