Great Beer school session, our host tailored the beers to our tastes whilst providing a lot of interesting information about the different beers and styles.

The service from Dave and the staff was tops, the beers and wines were very tasty, there was a good atmosphere but the Feast Sharing Plate was very disappointing.

Nice experience and a great choice of food and beers with happy and friendly staff.. Highly recommended

I visited this place with friends, hoping to enjoy a relaxed afternoon. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the excessively loud TV. It was so blaring that we could barely hear each other, making conversation nearly impossible. We understand that sports and entertainment are part of the atmosphere, but the volume was simply overbearing.It’s disappointing, as the place itself seemed nice. We waited an unusually long time for dessert, only to find out that our order never made it to the kitchen. While mistakes happen, the lack of communication and delayed service were frustrating. It’s a shame because the rest of the meal was decent. If you’re looking for a place to catch up with friends or have a conversation, this might not be the best choice. I hope management considers balancing the volume in the future, as it could make a big difference.

I have been here twice for the wings wednesday and both times i have had extremely slow service. The first time we had waited around 40 minutes after we had finished the first plate until the waiter eventually came back to take our next order. The second time I had waited around 1 hour at which we got sick of waiting and had to go up the kitchen window and ask the waiter (who was on his phone) to serve us. The whole time we were waiting we had all our plates stacked together and trying to get a waiters attention to which they would glance at our table and make eye contact and quickly look away so im pretty sure they were aware that we were waiting but just didnt want to serve us for some reason. The wings themselves were pretty good but i wouldn't come back if the service is going to be anything like it has been these first two times.

Perhaps I was part of the problem. Perhaps we all were. The experience wasn’t outright hostile, just steeped in a quiet, existential dread. A service style I can only describe as begrudging compliance. No smiles, no enthusiasm—just the subtle but palpable energy of someone who would rather be anywhere else but here, pouring my pint. Look, I get it. Hospitality is tough, and working in a busy bar is no joke. But when the staff look like they’re on the verge of drafting their resignation letters on a beer mat between orders, it doesn’t exactly encourage a second round. Would I go back? Maybe—if only to see if the same team is still there or if they’ve finally staged a mass walkout. But next time, I might bring an emotional support friend to counterbalance the sheer levels of sadness radiating from behind the bar. Final verdict: Great beers, solid vibes, but the service felt like an unspoken cry for help.

Came for beer tasting experience, Chris the manager was amazing, The cheese board could have had some chutney but drink experience was 5 star

At the risk of sounding old … the music and tv were quite loud … don’t get me wrong it was fab music and happy to watch the rugby but we genuinely couldn’t hear each other across the table. The young lady who served us was fantastic though …

I felt really let down by our experience at Brewdog. The Mac and cheese was completely tasteless, the 2nd lot of wings were incredibly salty and the sauces need a better description of how hot they are. Maybe adding 1 chilli for the mildest and more the hotter they go. We didn't get asked if the food was alright. I wouldn't return.

Staff are really accommodating. Foods are delicious. We also had free dessert because we won in rock paper scissors game.

Went for lunch on a Thursday with a colleague. Service from the table for drinks and food. Staff we're friendly. Checkbacks spot on. Thanks for a great meal! We'll be back.

Great beer and service but let down by the food. Chicken burgers were all tough and fairly unpleasant and the chips were fine but bland despite upgrading. Expensive, even on a basically half price deal too

I had booked a table for 10 people which was not ready when we got their, we were told to sit where we wanted. Once we were settled the service of staff member was great he came to our table and took the big order. Food was fantastic quality would definitely recommend.

Burgers were just okay to mediocre. Sharing platter was just about enough for one person. 3 chicken strips & wings = 1 1/2 each!! Total bill was including a Buy a burger and get one for £1 deal, and still the total bill didn’t justify the amount we ordered. Will not be recommending this restaurant bar. Very disappointed.

Best Chicken wings outside of America!

Honestly, wouldn't rush back. The server came to grab our order, we said 2 more minutes, they said “order at the bar”. £9.5 for a can of cocktail. Food was not good, mac and cheese from a tin, cucumbers limp and lacked spice, potatoes ok but sour cream needed seasoning. Burger itself was salty(beef) and the chicken burger was just covered with sauce in an attempt to make it tasty. Based on this visit with the less enjoyable server, below average food, i would not recommend or return

Good visit to Brewdog, Patriot plant based burger outstanding, as usual top class choice of beers, buy 1 get another burger for £1 a great offer, we will be back !

Overall good experience but service level is a bit hit and miss. Initial service is good but trying to get some attention after that is tricky, staff seem to be trained to only look at the floor when they are walking around....

Great atmosphere, the food was amazing. The staff were really nice and swift in their service. We didn't take too long to get our order. Good place with friends and family. They welcome dogs too

Typical chain restaurant. Went for the all you can eat wings extravaganza. Thought the choice of flavours was very limited, and in the end they were more breading than anything but it did give it crunch. Coleslaw was not nice but the walnut and blue cheese salad was okay. In the end it was not worth the money and I will be taking Brew Dog off my list of places to eat. Beer was good.

Service was poor (took longer to get served than to wait for the food to be cooked) bill was wrong and had to get it redone which was another wait, below average experience. I won't rush back here, would be 2.5 stars

Wings were very well cooked crunchy even though they are covered in sauce. The unlimited wings is a great deal however you are capped on the amount of sauces you can have which was disappointing. Drink selection is fantastic with something for everyone and of course plenty of beer.

It was a lovely atmosphere, amazing food and brilliant staff! All around would definitely recommend! We particularly loved the paws of fame wall!!

Nous sommes venus ici car étions habitués de Francky and Benny's où nous allions toute les semaines il y a quelques années, qui est aujourd'hui repris par ce nouveau restaurant. Le repas est dans l'ensemble bon, mais le service est vraiment pas efficace. Aucun serveur ne viens prendre la commande, vous devez le faire au comptoir ou sur l'appli avec le QR Code, qui est la solution que nous avons choisi. Aucun bout de 30min, nous avions toujours rien, nous sommes allés se renseigner au bar et ils n'avaient pas validé notre commande ! Je pense que dans le même endroit il y a des restaurants qui valent plus le coup.

Visited Brewdog this afternoon for a quick lunch and found the food to be very tasty. We picked this restaurant as it was also dog friendly. Seating was very spacious and the interior was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and on hand for any questions. We would highly recommend and would happily visit again for a meal. The picture was my chicken & bacon caesar salad which was delicious.

The service was really slow and the staff just seemed like they were not bothered. Had to keep asking for drinks. Just poor service. Food was very basic and not great.

I was welcomed by such a warm and friendly smile from Dave, he made me feel so valued as a customer. Having not been to brewdog for months after being a regular it was lovely to just feel like the staff genuinely care about customers. Dave ensured we had everything we needed through our visit. People like Dave who remember customers names and builds friendships with customers are a credit to brewdog!

Went for a meal with some friends, our waitress Hailey was lovely and really helpful, food was brilliant.

Although the food was excellent as usual. The older waiter with the bleached hair, shorts and tattoos made no effort to make us feel welcome, made it awkward for us to order and generally gave a very bad feel for the Brewdog brand. There was only 2 other tables in eating..

Fab night out in Cheltenham when we visited food in Brewdog was delicious & the service was fantastic. Young lady called Megan was extremely polite & couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommend !!

We visited last Friday night and I can only praise the staff for our experience, specifically Megan as she was lovely and made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious aswell, I would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely meal Friday night, We had the feast and the truffle fries, food was amazing. What made our evening excellent was having Megan as a server, she gave us great service and was very welcoming and bubbly. Would recommend!

Really nice food, great beers and fantastic service, pretty much all you need! I had the "All The Trimmings" burger and it was incredible, get in quick to try it though as it's a seasonal release. The decor is cool with loads of seating and the toilets are clean. 5 stars and will definitely be back! (This wasn't our first visit BTW just my first review)

Was in for wings wednesday for my first time wasn’t too sure how to do it but spoke to hailey at the bar and she explained everything to be perfectly even found me my new favourite drink at the minute which was the lucky break! definitely recommend

I am not the kind of person who likes complaining about places, I know how hard it can be to run a restaurant but I must say, based on the experience I had last night, visiting BrewDog in the Wednesday wings deal that, unfortunately the food didn’t represent the name of the company. I love chicken wings but those were probably the worst wings I’ve ever had in my lives. Maybe I was just unlucky. They tasted like old meat, dark colored inside, very hard and dried. Not tender with no moisture inside. They brought me a tiny portion of sauce in a small bowl. I had to ask for the cutlery, the buttered cauliflower was very greasy and the Satan dish was extremely salty and nobody could explain to me what it was made of. I know something about food and I wasn’t able to figure out what I was eating. I was told I couldn’t order the next portion until I was done with the previous one what made me have to wait for about ten minutes having nothing to eat while I was in queue for the next portion. Anyway, sorry BrewDog, I really admire your company but your Wednesday wings, never again!

Music and atmosphere was great. Had a nice chat with Joel at the bar who recommended a nice IPA. Good, friendly service. I will definitely be returning soon.

😎 I popped in on the off chance of a table. I have severe allergies, gluten and lactose.. all catered for, and was actually served a wonderful meal, with perfectly chilled glass of Rosè.. no after effects.. Fantastic staff. Highly recommended. Enjoy. 😎

Came in a couple days ago with my wife, a lovely young lady with glasses and split hair colour came straight over to us with a smile ready to seat us. It was very busy but that didn’t stop her from going above and beyond for us and getting all of our drinks and food on time! Will definitely be coming back, although I don’t think another server could top her service!! Thankyou!

Wanted to share my first visit the other night was a great experience, food was excellent & I was served by a very helpful lady with purple in her hair, Hailey i believe her name was, super helpful & informative, she went through all the ipa’s with me as I was unsure. Would definitely return.

I had a lovely time sinking beers, eating wings and boogieing down to some pumping tunes a few weeks ago. A rip roaring time, made all the better by the excellent service from Hailey. 👍

Nice little pub to stop for an after work drink. Loads of great ipa's to choose from. Staff let you try them before buying full pints. Some girl with blonde and blue/purple hair, maybe called Hails or something helped me find Elvis juice which is my new favourite. Great wings deal on Weds too!!

Food decent but they seem to be pushing the limits of what they can get away with charging (£18.25 for a burger, albeit a decent vegan burger) Toilets were absolutely disgusting. I’ve seen better toilets at the Monsters of Rock festivals in the early 90s. Utterly disgraceful. Other than that was pretty good all in all 🤷

Had a great time for bottomless wing Wednesday, we were on a table of nine and all got food, we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Service was on the slower side but they were quite busy so I don’t blame the staff for that really, beers were spot on!

Burgers and cocktails were delicious and service was prompt and very friendly.

Very difficult to order with the QR code. No interaction with staff. I thought the whole place lacked atmosphere & was very dull. However, the food was nice. Quite expensive to not include chips.

Very pleasant lunchtime experience today at Brewdog Cheltenham. Cam was an attentive and helpful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. My wife tried the Cluck Norris Burger & Fries and I had the Patriot Burger & Fries and the craft beers that we also enjoyed were the Punk IPA, Black Heart, Hazy Jane & Wingman. The varied generally Rock music was very much to our taste too.

Sadly the food was not up to expectations and some frankly inedible. Usually a fan of spicy food but this was just terrible, all spice no flavour or quality. Staff were mostly helpful although overly defensive of the food quality. I think you either need to drink far more beer to enjoy it or hopefully this was just a bad day for them.

It was a great, all the staff were really attentive and they talked to us it was fabulous thank you!

Service slow, we reserved a table yet was kept waiting with staff walking past oblivious, til I had to go to the bar to ask re our reservation. Then when we went up to order, to be told the draft beer we wanted was only at warm room temp as staff had left the door open so it was going to take 2 hours to get up to chilled temp. Not the standard you expect with a company who specialise in beer & brewing. None the less. Food was nice, hassleback potatoes were divine.

Spending our hard earned money on warm beer. Not good. The staff did mention the temperature before pouring but the whole draft section should have just been closed OR they charge a much cheaper rate. Shame as I love Brewdog

We didn't eat, had drinks on a Monday evening after the literature festival. The wingman is a favourite of mine.

First time visit and food was amazing unfortunately the service wasn’t as good although it was quite busy. The one thing that has put me off is that you have to go to the bar to order your drinks rather than table service which I found unusual.

Delicious wings!! We had the all you can eat wings on a Wednesday. Very quick service. The buffalo sauce with blue cheese dip was very tasty. Special mention to Dave who served us both drinks and food. Very friendly, efficient and professional. Top job. Highly recommend

We went on Friday night so expected it to be busy but they were so understaffed. One man serving all of the tables, he was very nice to but so stretched. One man behind the bar and another clearing glasses so being served at the bar was also difficult. The toilets were absolutely gross massive leaking puddles you had to avoid, so grim need to be sorted. And the chicken burger was okay but a bit over fried so rather solid. But main issue was lack of staff on a busy Friday night.

Mostly good bottomless wings, there was a long wait for someone to come round and take an order for more wings, then another long wait for the wings, I understand that it’s a popular thing but it kind of undermines the bottomless part.

Came for bottomless brunch. Had a voucher not sure if that made a difference. We managed 4 drinks in the 90 minutes. Only 1 of which we were asked what we wanted (the first one). Every time after my husband had to go to the bar to ask for another drink. No one came and told us our time was nearly up. Food choice very limited on the brunch. Didn’t get asked if we wanted sides or how if we enjoyed it. Menu has biscuits for dogs. Asked for some gold they no longer did them. Has to go get out own die water even though there’s pictures everywhere of visiting dogs. Asked to do the rock paper scissors challenge to be told they don’t do that for brunch. Didn’t feel very welcome.

I could live off the buffalo wings.

Friday afternoon visit. Staff were really attentive and patient. Deliciuos beers and tasty burgers for food. Was able to sample a couple of beers before deciding which to buy. Food was amazing.

My husband and I wanted a quick bite to eat after a late lunch. We were able to easily slip into a table. Very quickly a waiter appeared for a drink orders but was happy to take our food order instead. Brewdog’s menu is always delicious and the night we came in was no exception. My husband had bacon and cheese fries while I had cauliflower wings in the Korean barbecue sauce. It was a little loud for us, like we couldn’t hear each other when we tried to talk to each other, but I don’t hold it against them as it was a Saturday evening at 7:30. And We really appreciated how efficient it was. From sitting down to leaving it was an hour which is exactly what we wanted! Thanks Brewdog (esp your wonderful staff) for a fantastic evening snack.

It was ok. But for the price it was bad if that makes sense. It was £86 for 3 adult meals and 1 child and no alcohol. Atmosphere was nice. Staff was friendly but service was slow. Death by chocolate dessert was dry. Patriot burger was good. Mac and cheese was great last time we went here but bland and just just not good this time. Blue cheese side salad was the best thing we had. Fries had a weird taste and were dry and cold.

I've visited this brewdog before with a friend for breakfast so was keen to take my husband for dinner. Food was great, service was fab and the vibes were good. We both really enjoyed our visit and will be glad to return. Great experience all round. The deep fried oreos are a thing of beauty!

My son and i had a great evening at Brewdog Cheltenham. The service and food was excellent, the staff are always friendly and can’t do enough for you! We had a great time celebrating his degree success. See you again soon!

One my favourite pints so that helps, Food was very nice and cooked correctly. The side of potato’s was amazing The kids got chicken nuggets and one got hopbox which was a little disappointing as basically it cost £2 for some crayons in the box.

Food and drink was very good. Nice atmosphere and service from the guy working on Sunday AM behind bar was first class.

Brilliant venue, service and food. We had the bottomless brunch. Possibly the best breakfast we have had. The brunch burger was mouthwatering! Husband tried a good selection of drinks whilst I enjoyed lots of Prosecco.

BrewDog Cheltenham offers a solid experience, living up to the brand’s reputation with a good selection of BrewDog beers and well-chosen guest ales. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are generally attentive. It's a decent spot for a drink, especially if you’re a fan of the BrewDog range.

Went for Wings Wednesday. Place is understaffed and very difficult to get their attention. Actively avoid you. Wings were good but each batch tasted a bit different to the last, either spicier or more sauce than previous.

i came in the other day and the girl with blue hair served me, she was super friendly and met our requests to a high standard. Evey time I have come in she never fails to accommodate with a smile :)

I am not the biggest fan of BrewDog as an organisation. However, their bars are perfectly acceptable if run well. This was one such bar. The staff had time for a chat and banter over my favourite beer styles. It turned out that the man serving me was involved in a brew that I had had before and that I rated highly. I bought a couple of bottles to take away as well as two halves.

Great place to have a drink. We were nicely welcomed.

Our server was just straight rude, took 25mins for the drinks to arrive. When I said I was an equity owner and offered my EFP ‘card’ from my phone, he visibly rolled his eyes and inspected my phone for ages before he reluctantly handed it back. He would leave before we finished order more food or drinks and again rolled his eyes when we tried to call him back. Food was great and came out in good time. Other tables were equally upset by his attitude with one couple leaving after taking their order but ignoring them when they hadn’t received anything at all for 30mins.
