Perfectly decent Starbucks open a little later than the rest of town. A warm welcome from the barista as we entered made it a more relaxing experience dragging the family out for a post-show coffee.

The coffee was average, but the space on the second floor was spacious and had a good view. Drinking coffee while looking at the hsbc building in front makes you feel like you are in italy. I ordered a latte as a takeaway and took it out, and the menu said it was 3.70, but I was charged 3.75, so I inquired, and after discussing it with the staff for a while, they said it was the price of a cup.

Cream had melted and not enough milk in the mix, just tasted like ice

No gluten free food, they offer zero sandwiches or paninis for gluten-free people. No GF cakes either. Coffee is just a standard Starbucks nothing to complain about there.

Drinks were delivered with no coffee in even though I ordered them with coffee.

Disgusted today ordered my drink and the delivery driver tells me he’s left on the bottom floor of the block and it now been stolen

Driver was rude and refused to come to the flat buildings and was way down the road from any of us, clearly had too many orders and drinks were damaged and spilt because they were squished

Someone had put cinnamon sprinkles in the pot for chocolate sprinkles. Ruined my hot chocolate. Not happy :(

I love drinking coffee here with family & friends! The atmosphere is so lovely and relaxing, there are lots of seats. The staff are really friendly and the service is always speedy. Our coffees are very nice and warm whenever we visit and there are lots of yummy cakes to choose from. Thank you for the great experience😃

As always, the best coffee in the UK. There is a Cafe right in the center of the busy city. A place with soul and peace where time stands still and you can rest from everyday stress and chaos. It's worth coming here for a moment of rest from everyday life and drinking delicious aromatic coffee ❤️

Unfortunately every time I order a Deliveroo Starbucks there is always something wrong with the order. Either the milk tastes off, not enough syrup etc, I have tried to add notes on to Deliveroo but nothing changes. If you try call the store it is always busy. I love Starbucks but this particular one not so much.

This Starbucks is the perfect place to hang out and catch-up with family & friends😀 The drinks are a very good size and they are always so nice and warm. There are many food choices too, yum. Also the interior is lushh I'm OBSESSED. Love it here!

I was not in the best of moods when I visited store and a little snappy at the staff. The barrister that helped me was fantastic and went out of his way to deal with my query (buying the toffee nut syrup) showing fantastic customer service. I felt terrible coming away and think he needs mentioning / recognition for dealing with me! Thanks.

I like this starbucks, good service provided and plenty of seating. However, windows and decor upstairs needs urgent renovations.Everybody knows mould is dangerous and this is health hazard to your customers and public!

I am so happy with the order. Everything came perfectly and on time and I also had a nice note on the front of the bag saying ‘Have a super Saturday :-)’ and 3x milk chocolate coins for free. This really made my day. The little things in life! Thank you starbs

A bit cramped especially when big queues. Not amazingly friendly staff. Food and drinks is decent and relatively fast service. Very pricey but that’s expected.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today I asked for a caramel frap without cream and a white choc mocha, the staff members had miserable faces on and when I was given the frap it had cream on I told her I asked for no cream the girl snatched the drink and just removed the cream without offering to make a fresh drink I WILL NOT BE BACK IN THIS STORE !!!!!

The friendliness of staff sometimes makes all the difference. I love going to this Starbucks as the staff here are cheerful and lovely. You get a coffee and a smile.

Really lovely coffee shop. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. For example They accidentally used the wrong milk for my drink and when I asked they were extremely apologetic! As i was super worried i would of annoyed them! Clean seating areas aswell. They’re also super quick when rush hour hits the shop.

Called here Saturday 9th Sept 2023. it was very hot and we were desperate for a drink. Wasnt too busy . Not had a cold drink in Starbucks before and we decided on a strawberry acal. Was £4.95 each. The instore info said it was the most refreshing drink but we beg to differ. it was tasteless , too much ice and some horrible strawberries in it. wont be risking cold drink in Starbucks again. Service was very slow

Great for a quick cup of coffee and bit to eat, the stuff could be more welcoming to customers as they were very happy amongst themselves but Place looks nice so it would a great experience even for a takeaway from stay in and eat if the stuff engage with customers that would give this Starbucks a bit more cosy vibe I do understand High Streets store they are all about serving and practically but smile does not hurt anyone and just add to it :)

Staff lazy .. unhelpful.. they obviously don’t wanna be there, and simply don’t care, toilet’s disgusting 🤮, the place needs a good clean, REGULAR clean! .. bottom line this is down to senior management relying on the Starbucks brand thinking wrongly, people will still come however bad their experience because the coffee is great.. and they’re in a prime location.. they possibly could be right but what a awful way to run a business.. the place is a shambles.. I go to nero now loads better.. coffee not quite as good but close enough.. sad the Starbucks brand is being trashed because if pathetic leadership/management

A nice Starbucks. A lot better since they installed better seating downstairs, so no more stairs if you struggle, but as far as I know, no toilets downstairs. (This is a town centre Starbucks with no parking).

This place is a real hit and miss, depending on the day you might get good service and decent coffee, a lot of the time you’ll struggle with the staff and the food is, more often than not, substandard. The Starbucks nearby in the Brewery Quarter is much better, with a smaller but much nicer seating area.

Arrived and the drink was all spilled didn’t even get a sip out of it . Beg for a refund or for a new drink

Depressing place with apparently depressed staff. The Unisex toilets were disgusting. If you are going to force women to use the same toilets as men at least clean them. I wont go back.

Bought 2 coffees. One was okay, it felt a little thick. The second wasn’t great at all. It was really thick and both “coffees” had no coffee in them from what we could taste.

Love the new range of drinks at starbucks, my favourite is the mango dragon fruit refresher. On the expensive side though.

Well, it’s extremely expensive as always, but it’s a conglomerate so they’re always gonna be overpriced. However I certainly enjoy their drinks and the staff are friendly and I’m grateful I can go there and study for upcoming exams (I can’t study at home) sometimes my friend and I go there too to study and the wifi is great. Maybe make the toilets a bit nicer cause there’s only two and they are a tad disgusting. The upstairs bit is really nice too. All in all, very good but I don’t go there too often cause I don’t have enough money lol

Plenty of staff stood around chatting about getting drunk yet all the tables are filthy and covered in old food and drinks. During my hour stay I didn’t see a single member of staff come upstairs to do any clearing up. The place feels like a school cafeteria. Soulless, dirty and uncomfortable.

The upstairs is such a good place to work/study, with great light and chill music. Often seems busy but there tends to be a spare table! It's such a beautiful space and heightened by the fab coffee and wonderful staff! There are only a few tables on the ground floor due to the size of the building, but they aren't cramped and are next to huge windows that let you watch the high street.

Oatmeal was delivered stone cold like it had been cooked this morning and then placed in a freezer. It stands to reason if someone orders oatmeal they want it warm not cold left overs from the morning.

There is an employee there (blonde woman in her late twenties/ early thirties) who is extremely rude. Refuses eye contact with costumers, shoves drinks in customer’s hands, talks to colleagues instead of paying attention to the customers and overall makes people waiting for their drink feel unwanted! Today she saw a queue of 3 people (wouldn’t qualify as a long queue) and she literally told us that there would be a delay but she suggested we went to the Starbucks across the street or Costas down the road! It goes without saying that we left! Won’t be going there again anytime soon! I believe her line manager should be aware of this behaviour! It’s unfair on the other staff there, because they are polite!

Had trouble ordering from the other Starbucks at the retail park. Order went straight through here with no issues. Food was great, coffee was top notch, delivery fast. 👍👌

Ordered coffee looked around filthy windows, filthy floor, filthy counter, filthy back area, who knows what the fridge looked like, served half measure then replacement tepid. I have never noticed such rank place supposedly selling edible products

Went late on Friday, served by a staff member named Rohan, he was very friendly, very professional as was the rest of the staff.

Too busy too expensive and over rated.

Just Eat says the problem is the restaurant or you, the restaurant says the problem is Just Eat or you, and either way a lot of the time you pay a lot of money for the wrong items or get nothing at all, and on top of that you do not get the money back or not all of it and not without wasting hours. If they do not have things they should not sell those things to you and then be difficult afterwards.

Incorrect food. Ordered a breakfast wrap and received a sausage bap.

I like the store but some of the offerings are a bit wanting, it's not fair to compare to My local Vancouver store but you could offer one drip coffee perhaps the iconic Pike Roast apart from that a decent store.

Every SINGLE time I order from here they forget at least 1 item. I end up having to go without or re-order and pay the delivery fee twice, it’s ridiculous at this point.

This place has just been renovated and it looks older, dirtier and more worn down than it did before. The quality of the work completed is horrendous. Also, the service is particularly slow.

I never received my order even though it said delivered on the app so the driver either kept it for themselves or gave it to the wrong person at the wrong address. I also couldn’t contact Starbucks or just eat about it even after trying numerous times so the service or lack of service I received was absolutely shocking

I visit Starbuck every day all over the southwest… this branch is so bad.. very little food to offer even a simple biscuit is out of stock .. the coffee is fine as always great Starbucks taste. That’s the only reason I don’t go to Costa over the road .. but many customers do.. management needs to get a grip or leave because this branch is shockingly bad in comparison to the cheltenham and Gloucester drive thru just to name a couple.. I’ll stick with the other franchisees until this sad branch improves

Service in this branch is apalling, as usual me and my pregnant wife went for a morning Sunday coffee, we bought a latte and a cappucino to sit in, after few minutes my wife went to buy a Blueberry muffin (there were only 2 left) a lady with red hair took a payment and said she will bring it to my wife in a moment. After 5 minutes of waiting a manager comes to speak to me that there is no blueberry muffins left and offered me a refund 😂 (my wife paid for it before the lady behind was served) , and a lady that was standing behind my wife in the queue walked off with two of those muffins. Complete lack of communication between staff and ridiculous behaviour. Maybe next time I come I shall communicate to all staff what I am ordering so they are aware.

As previously confirmed 2 of the coffees arrived completely different! Instead of a normal hot latte , we received an ice latte. Instead of the frappuchino, a blend latte came. That's 2 drinks that cost almost £10!!! Unacceptable.

I did not receive my full order. In fact, I think I may have the wrong order. I ordered a smoked bacon roll, which I got. But I did NOT get my venti cappuccino with extra shot or my pain au chocolat.

Half of the drink spilled when I got it from the driver, I got a venti drink and now it’s tall… this is so disappointing and unacceptable.. why would I pay for a venti if I’m only getting a tall?

I dont know why I keep coming back here, think its more a sign of my caffeine addiction as the service is appalling, coffee tastes burnt and might be a sign of the times but the staff seem to be not well trained, very young and you entering and them having to put their phones down to serve you seems an inconvenience, dont expect to see any of them in a rush to clear away dirty tables. Disappointing for such a big chain

decent substitution for out of stock item so thanks for that plus a nice note. Driver went out of his way to make sure drinks were not spilled and picked up straws and was real friendly even though he Doesn't have to be he still Was and that was Kind. you Cannot get store on the phone unfortunately sounds like line is damage. Great Delivery time.
