Ordered a large Hawaiian and ‘make your own’ Margarita with red onion, peppers and chicken as a delivery. Buy one get one free with each. Lots of topping spread all over the pizza, nice flavour and texture. Tasted ‘homemade’ as opposed some commercial type ones you can get.

Great food, freindly staff, but meal deals costs vary. I visited Parsons Bedminster this morning, ordering three bacon sandwiches, with coffee. One of my coffee's was a caramel iced latte. I normally pay £4.25, for a sandwich and coffee, plus a caramel shot. Today, I was charged for two meal deals and separately, for one bacon sandwich and iced coffee , a total of £15.50. When I explained what I was normally charged at other shops including Gloucester Road, St Michaels Hill and previously Bedminster. The managers response was everyone else has got it wrong! The deal does say sandwich and hot drink £4.25, but the list of hot drinks includes iced coffee. It's not clear, either remove iced latte from the hot drinks board or specifically exclude it from the meal deal. Most Saturdays, I get three to four sandwiches, with coffee, but I won't be going back.

Absolutely love this bakery! The service is excellent and the food is always amazing. We go very often. We occasionally get too good to go bags which are very good value for money.

Visited the kingswood branch of parsons simply to buy a sausage roll, after being ignored for five minutes by the three members of staff behind the counter. A man comes in picks up a sandwich and is immediately served. I asked what about me why am I not being served, I received no answer so promptly left the store awful treatment.

Extremely stingy. Wrote a complaint about the lack of food provided and they didn't even apologise. I'm going to continue ordering breakfast from elsewhere.

Absolutely filthy, shop need urgent cleaning. This place gets away with it because they know students don't really care

Went to parsons on Monday for a vegetarian sausage roll as I often do to find what looks like a sticky label baked into the back of it, contacted parsons and below is their reply. Just annoyed as I paid for it and couldn’t eat it and had to waste it due to a label with ink on it baked into the back and no idea if there was anymore

My friend and I were walking through Clifton - I just happened to catch sight of some gingerbread men on display as we were walking past, and I just HAD to go in to try one (I am quite the gingerbread connoisseur!). There was plenty on offer: breads, cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats - everything looked absolutely delicious. I saw gingerbread men and fish-shaped and egg-shaped biscuits, all of which were dipped in chocolate and the latter two of which also had icing and sprinkles. I opted for the egg-shaped biscuit, thinking it was gingerbread, only to be later informed by the shop assistant that it was vanilla or something? Either way, it tasted like gingerbread to me! As it was 3:15pm and the bakery closes at 4pm, the sweet treats were all reduced to £1, so my biscuit was £1 rather than £1.35!! It was SO SO SO delicious and SUCH a bargain at that price that I went up and got another! What a good-quality, huge biscuit for such low prices, fantastic! It’s so hard to find good, old-fashioned bakery biscuits dipped in chocolate nowadays, so I’m so glad I found this gem! My friend also thoroughly enjoyed her £1 millionaires shortbread slice. My only critiques are that: a) it would be nice if there was more seating available, and b) one of the shop assistants (I think she was in charge?) told us multiple times, maybe even 3 times, that the shop was nearly closing, so we felt a bit rushed, like she was just counting down the seconds before she could leave and get home (indeed, before we ourselves had even led the bakery all three members of staff we saw had their coats on ready to leave!). Despite this, I 100% plan on returning for another one of those biscuits...

It may be small it has a small seating area but this is a good place for a quick coffee on the Lodge Causeway! Often come here for a coffee and a read. In sunnier weather there are tables outside! Some great fresh bread sold here as well.

Have popped in here a few times in the past for a quick bite to eat and a coffee before work. Quick service and reasonably priced. Staff friendly too.

It's an average coffee and pastry establishment. Like their offers. Their pastries are nice, coffee not so good.

Nice little bakery with good selection for takeaway or there’s a wee bench where you can eat in, coffee was decent to.

Popped into the Kingswood store as my daughter said the lardy cake was delicious. Ordered a piece & asked for a flat white coffee - the lady asked if I would like hot or cold milk, I informed her a flat white is hot milk - she said 'not always' I couldn't be bothered to inform her I am a trained barista, just changed to a latte instead - which came out as a poor quality cappuccino - to add insult to injury - the lardy cake was pale & not at all nice. I would of advised you to give your staff barista training, but if you are happy to keep selling coffee at a £1 a cup, I guess there's not much point

Local bakers has had a refurbishment and is doing very nice coffee Sit outside under the awning. Seats not very comfy though. And a bit chilly in January. There are a couple of seats inside but if it was raining I would not be here Not so keen on my son's choice of cake but then I don't really like cakes - he loved it. I went back a few days later for a bacon butty and it was excellent - they carved a couple of doorsteps off a fresh loaf and filled it with bacon.

It's a supermarket cafe so kinda what you expect - the staff were nice, the food was cheap but tasty, the place itself is fine. Nothing special, kinda like a canteen vibe.

Everything is great about this cafe especially their matcha lattes HOWEVER, they always close early from the official closing time and i am not talking about 5 or 10 minutes I'm talking about around 45 to 40 minutes.
