Costa in Bristol, City of

I went with my young son and wife during the run up to Christmas where I had booked a week off work to get my Christmas shopping done. It was a good day out overall, but sadly my attempt at some respite in this Costa was thwarted by one abhorrently rude member of staff. It started when I ordered our drinks at the till. Mine and my wife's drinks were fine, but when I asked about the free 'babycchino' for my son, the woman on the till- Anna- told me they had run out of the small cups for the kids drinks and that they'd have to charge us for a whole regular size cup of milk if we wanted one! After stating the obvious that Anna could simply put a small amount of milk in a regular cup, she huffed, poured out the drinks and abruptly handed me the tray. When we sat down, the tables were messy and sticky. Granted it was busy and the run up to Christmas, but basic hygiene is not a duty that should be shirked. After finishing I needed to use the restroom, so I went to the right of the tills and queued for use of the loo. When I got in there I could hardly breathe. The smell was awful. I went straight out to the tills and spoke to Anna again to tell her that the their toilets needed attention. I got the same huffy attitude from Anna who told me that they were nothing to do with her as the toilets were managed by Primark. She didn't even contact her Primark colleagues or a manager to let them know that someone had smeared excrement on the floor in there. Truly a shocking experience.

Después de beber mi bebida y hacer un poco de trabajo, mi otra mitad se unió a mí y también tomó una copa. No mucho después de que nos fuéramos.

Muy decepcionado con el servicio al cliente aquí por un miembro del personal. Ella puso los ojos en blanco cuando pedí un café con leche helado. . le dijo a su colega que estaba preparando las bebidas “otro café con leche helado. . . ”Y puso los ojos en blanco. Oh, me disculpo por estar pidiendo tanto. Jesús, si odias trabajar allí, vete. No es mi problema. ¡No debería hacerme sentir incómodo e incómodo en una cafetería! No volveré de nuevo.

Visité mientras esperaba a que abrieran las tiendas, el lugar estaba sucio. Los inodoros estaban sucios, desbordaban el contenedor sanitario y generalmente estaban gastados. El suelo debajo de la mesa estaba cubierto de migajas y trozos de tocino. Pedimos dos cafés de filtro y estaban tibios. No me impresionó y no lo recomendaría.

Visité con mi pareja para parar a tomar té y sándwich caliente. No hay una lista de tés disponibles, así que la señora de la cajera me los puso una vez que elegí. Escuché que no estaba disponible. Ninguna organización en absoluto, los platos con los sándwiches se dejaron sueltos en la bandeja, dejándome a mí ordenarlo y llevarlo de manera segura a mi mesa. Las cosas se comportan como si hubieran terminado la escuela ayer y luego se les pidió que llevaran a cabo un negocio de café. Muy mala impresión.
