Delightful Sunday lunch - all piping hot and delicious - despite us being a tableful with a mix of carnivore, vegan and vegi! The star of the show was the superb vegan choc tart - with vegan ice cream - best dessert ever - and I’m not even vegan!!!

Fish chips,mushy peas and a sausage. Shared between 3 people. Lovely grub, good price ,friendly staff.

Exciting place with fun energy. Cheap student discounts and great service. Yasmyn was an excellent waitress.

Myself my partner and our little dog Honey have just had the nicest few days at Housel bay hotel. From the day we arrived we was so welcomed and our little dog was spoilt throughout our stay. Great views from the hotel and a really high quality restaurant and bar. Breakfast was great and a wide variety of choice. All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Lucy and Molly. Love this magical place. The food and the location is incredible. We have been many times.

We used the Club Room at the back of the pub for a Christmas quiz party with friends. The space was fantastic. Warm and cozy (roaring wood burner) yet we had the space needed for our interactive quiz. We only had a small group of 6 but it can accommodate many more. Everyone had a great evening. Highly recommend it for a gathering.

As always top quality food from Tipo and Magda. Had the onion bajee for the first time. Hot, crispy and very tasty. See you again next week Garry and Fiona.

Lovely atmosphere and good service

The food was first rate, we were in around 1830 so it was very quiet. Lovely place off the busy through fares. Would definitely eat there again.
