Have been to Tastebuds before and the food and service never disappoint. We had a small quick breakfast and it was perfect. Prices are fantastic, food quality is amazing and of a good portion size. Service is top tier and we even got a little sweet during our meal from the gentleman on shift! Overall would recommend Tastebuds to anyone and will 1000% be coming back whenever I’m in Winton!

Honestly can’t fault anything about it best full English in the bcp area great black pudding and sausages and the service is fantastic super friendly and welcoming I always come back. Looking forward to their evening food plan. The photo is front the first time I went last summer

Really nice looking traditional cafe. Really friendly staff and very good prices. Menu had lots of variation, particularly with the breakfast options. I ended up ordering the Hash Browner and I would definitely recommend. I also added two extras which was only £1.80. Drinks and Food came quickly with great portion sizes. Students also get a free hot drink with a breakfast which was a great touch, although I would have been more than happy to pay. Highly recommend.

Food was great quality and value for money only spent £30 for 2 of us with drinks and breakfast and everything was fresh, guy at the front who took our order and served us was really friendly and gave great service

I’ve been in a good few times and the people in there are as friendly as the last time I went in. The breakfasts are amazing and the takeaway coffee is perfect for your early mornings! It’s always absolutely spotless and staff are always up for a chat.

I ordered the Vegetarian breakfast for home delivery and I have never eaten anything so quickly lol. Everything was fab and it came in a nice packaging with compartments for everything as well. 👍

My boyfriend and I visited Tastebuds yesterday for some brunch and it was amazing! From first walking in we were given a very warm welcome and were acknowledged instantly, we ordered two baguettes, a pot of tea and a strawberry milkshake, the food was delicious and the owner even brought over lots of different sauces to our table for us to try. It was a very pleasant experience and that was all down to the owner, he even gave us a lollipop when we left! We always say nice people make experiences so much better and that is definitely the case. Would love to return a lot more!!

Wow ! Very impressed 👏. I dropped my car off this morning at a local garage and was looking for someone near by for Breakfast and fancied something different to McDonald's or a Bacon roll etc. Walking through Winton I came across this little Gem called 'Taste Buds'. It doesn't look much from the outside but don't be fouled! The portions are very big and the food is served piping hot, even the cup of Tea is big! The staff are very polite and professional - I was very impressed and will definitely be returning next time my car needs to go into the garage. One slight thing I would say, is that the shop front could do with being a little bit more welcoming. Thank you for an enjoyable Breakfast 😊

I’ve been to tastebuds multiple times, and I cannot recommend it enough. It’s truly the perfect place for a bite to eat or a quick coffee. The owner also mentioned to me the cakes are made freshly each week (don’t worry, I did try one!), and the venue is available for hire! Perfect for engagement parties, birthdays, baby showers and so on. Update: I went in again today to order a takeaway coffee and I was greeted with a warm smile. I even got a lollipop. What a good day.

A proper hidden gem on the highstreet. We decided to treat ourselves to breakfast before we headed off house hunting and stopped into this cute cafe for the first time and it did not disappoint! Staff incredibly friendly and it looked like they had every choice under the sun! The breakfast was wonderful and really well cooked, fresh meat and tasty, my partner had the pancakes and said they were soft and fluffy and tasted very fresh. Really hoping to move closer to Winton now just so we can make this place our local treat!

Came here for the first time as was not disappointed the food was fresh and cooked to perfection, the ice cream shake was also very good, got takeaway cake also as they looked super yummy and all homemade, the staff was so friendly, will 100 percent be back.

Taste Buds is a very pleasant and warm place to get lunch. There is a great selection of choices for vegan and vegetarians, with customisation available. Food: Simple menu but food is cooked perfectly, it's comes out as exactly what you need. Atmosphere: Cosey, Calm and a sense of community. The owner is very friendly and pally with the customers which creates a heartwarming atmosphere. Noise Level: Medium, music playing but it's not too loud and chatter kept at low volumes. Pricing: 9/10 Very reasonable low prices, matches with the type of food. There were staff being trained who were being treated with patience and kindness so good management also!

Been here a couple of times and adore the traditional atmosphere and great quality food, offering discounts for students along with home made extra goodies, I'll keep coming back to try more from here.

Went with my mum and aunt. A varied selection of delicious food ranging from traditional fayre such as bacon or sausage baps/ sandwiches. I had hummus avocado, and tomato for a healthier middle eastern flare (they do hallumi, hummus, vegan) for all taste buds. Owner (manager?) very lovely, approachable. Would go again when I'm next in Winton (to visit my mum who lives there). Oh and I thought prices very reasonable too! Thank you.

I went into Taste Buds this morning. As soon as I walked in, even though it was fairly early in the morning. We were greeted with a smile and a good morning. The manager allowed me to take my time and was very kind in recommending items. The food came out quickly and the drinks were great. The Customer service was probably the best I have seen. The person in charge regularly checked up on our food and drinks to see if we were pleased. It is also very student friendly. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend this Café it will put a smile on your face.

He estado en papilas gustativas un par de veces y siempre he estado contento con mi comida y servicio, pero me decepcionó mucho hoy cuando fui por una papa chaqueta con chile vegetariano con carne y queso. Primero no tenía queso así que tuve que preguntar luego cuando lo había probado me di cuenta de que tenía carne. Devolví la patata chaqueta muy decepcionado y conmigo mismo como he sido vegetariano durante años y solo comí carne. El gerente vino a mí sin una disculpa y dijo que puedo tener una patata chaqueta diferente o mi dinero de vuelta. También intenté decir que necesitaba pedir una opción vegetariana, lo cual hice! Elegí otra patata chaqueta debido a la situación de almuerzo en la que estaba, pero no volveré. Las personas con alergias deben tener mucho cuidado.

Been here about 4 times now and every time I’ve been the service has been too draw. It’s a lovley little place, the decors is great, doesn’t feel dated at all like other independents. Wide menu and always tastes wonderful, always had a clean plate. And one of the only place to offer students free coffee. Amazing!
