Excellent friendly cafe. Great service and delicious food. Coffee incredible. We loved the jazz playing in the background

I am a regular here, and I have never had any reason not to be completely happy. The waitresses are friendly, helpful and attentive, but not overbearing. The food is tasty, varied and plentiful, and there is never any danger of walking out hungry! The only downside, as far as I can see, is the lack of adequate nearby parking for customers with mobility problems. There is a public car park about 250 metres away.

My mum and I ate here twice during our trip to Bournemouth. We came back the second time as it was so good the first time! Lovely atmosphere and food was delicious and reasonably priced

Visited with family after reading reviews. Friendly service, excellent choice of good quality food. I had avocado with bacon and poached eggs on toast which was delicious, the poached eggs were perfect. The rest had the Olive breakfast which they thoroughly enjoyed saying the taste and quality was superb. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed even though it was busy. Would definitely recommend and will return the next time we’re in Bournemouth.

Visited here for brunch at 11:00. So much choice and covers all basis. Really well cooked (runny, dark yellow yolks with the poached eggs, granary bread and avocado, thick bacon, really good chips, strong tea etc … Would highly recommend!

One thing I want to say this place is 10 out of 10 very good breakfast I love it . Food quality is way more batter than any one . Staff is great and hospitable . I highly recommend this place if I had a chance I’ll come back again here 120 mile from Dunstable but I will defo 👌👌👌

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. DEFINITELY COOKED AND SERVED WITH LOVE. A CUP OF TEA COMES IN A TEA POT WITH AT LEAST 3 GOOD TOP UPS IN IT. EVERY MOUTHFUL WAS A DELICIOUS TREAT. DEFINITELY THE VERY BEST CAFE IN THE TRIANGLE, BY MILES.

I had the best Eggs Florentine at this cafe, truly delicious! The coffee was also amazing. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. Service was impressively fast. The music playing in the background was great, and the place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Olives Cafe now for 15+ years. Ozzy has been doing this year in year out delivering the best breakfast in town, hence the longevity of his business. Perfect! Well worth a visit, best breakfast I’ve had in a while, sausages are Cumberland and so tasty, runny eggs mmmmmmm, service was great and fast definately worth a trip

In general the food was alright but the portions very small and the toast wasn't fresh. Also, the waitress seemed in a hurry to collect our plates which was a little weird to me.

I have come here a few times in the years and I love this place. The food is amazing. You have to try their Turkish scramaled eggs. Also, you can personalize your English breakfast. I eat the jacket potato, which is also really nice. I would recommend this restaurand 100%.

Myself and husband stopped here for some lunch, the food was sub standard and over priced, hygiene was also an issue, wobbly table with a piece of tissue under the leg to try and stabilise it, no lock on the toilet door, all in all I will not be making a return visit.

This is the second time we had breakfast at Olive Cafe and definetaly it is our usual stop everytime we visit Bournemounth. Food is perfect and the young ladies who are serving food were lovely! Don’t miss here 🍳☕️🥞

We learnt in an English school near this cafe and the first time we went in, the welcome was friendly and efficient. They proposed a nice table useful for my crutches. The menu is varied, and everyone can find what’s right for her-him. The food is very good and well served. It was so great, that we were coming as often as possible. Each time, the team was smiling and nice and we could test a lot of their menu. All was very good. We have passed a nice time in our school lunch time, thanks to the whole Olive’s team! In summary, I recommend warmly this excellent cafe.

What a great little cafe. Lots of food choices available, nicely done. We had a full English and a vegetarian breakfast. Not too much on the plate like you would get in a greasy spoon. Lovely attentive staff too. Open from 8-4 daily. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Food was nice and reasonably priced. The toast was quite soft still but other than that the meal was well worth the price. The staff is friendly and the place looks nice and clean.

Turkish scramaled eggs(menemen)looks yummy. Fresh eggs with veg, chilli flakes. Got the cafe from google maps. Coffee and a pot of tea. Sweets for the children, if there good ! 'Where have my kids gone', grown up I do believe. Real family place, lovely. Value for money, oh yes. Sweet lady is real.

I had a fantastic breakfast at Olive Cafe in Bournemouth! The avocado scrambled eggs were perfectly creamy, the Turkish menemen was bursting with flavor, and the beef sausages were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a delightful start to your day!

Great little cafe. Friendly serving staff, smiley and they do a great service. I had a full english and it was cooked to perfection, fab sausages and bacon. I've just moved to this area and I'm tickled pink to discover this is at the end of my road. They also provide newspapers and magazines to read, good for a loner like me. Very busy place, so that says it all really.

Good service and all day breakfast

I have breakfast there every Sunday. The owner of the place is a perfectionist, and cares deeply about hygiene. My favourite dishes are all those with poached eggs in them! The music is always classy. I even took my vegan guests there, and they were able to find a vegan breakfast option in the menu.

The Chicken burger was dry, unseasoned and completely lacking any flavour, this is acceptable for a £3 burger but not a burger that costs £9.50 such a premium price tag for a poor quality product.. Better off buying a rustler burger from the convenience shop across the road not impressed.

Fantastic people amazing brakefast 10/10

Food was of average quality but seemed steepily priced for what you got. Staff didn't seem to have an interest in actually speaking to you and just were getting their job done so the atmosphere wasn't really welcoming.

The food was very nice, the staff were lovely but the owner was obviously saving money on heating as the place was freezing. Diners everywhere still wearing there outdoor coats.

My Partner and I came here for brunch recently. Nice clean dining area and staff warm and welcoming. Let me tell you, this is the best English breakfast I have ever tasted! The eggs are so fresh, the meat is of the highest quality, the halloumi, the whole plate was cleaned within minutes. This place is an absolute gem and I highly recommend coming here for your food if you fancy a world class brunch. Also the 50’s and 60’s playlist with Elvis and Chuck berry in the background only added to the experience! Will be back. - Conor and Izzy

Value 5 stars! Had a bacon brie and cranberry panini which was very nice. Atmosphere 4 stars because the place was full of Asian students and I saw a couple spit on the floor. Not the fault of the restaurant but an honest review

Came here with the family. The cafe was completely empty and the waitress still put us by the freezing cold door that when people did start to arrive we were cold. I ended up sitting with my coat on. Food was ok it’s basic cafe food and reasonably priced. Menu is confusing as breakfast says they come with toast and when I questioned it they said no that’s extra.

A very popular cafe with a great menu and very affordable dishes, Run by very friendly staff, and served very quickly, it's a really good place to set yourself up for the rest of the day with a big breakfast, Not just full English either, as they do other dishes like avocado on toast with eggs, Turkish inspired breakfast etc, A top notch cafe.

I have visited Olives before so know what a great cafe it is. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the various has traditional breakfasts as well vegetarian and healthy ones. Always nicely presented with extra free coffee and good value.

I can't recommend them enough! I go regularly with a large group of friends and they always accommodate us. One is celiac and a few are vegetarian, all catered for with no problems. Great food, reasonable prices and good service.

Perfect. Huge menu, something for everyone

Went to the Gym and needed a decent breakfast. Glad I looked on Google as it had a 4.7. Nice and busy when we got there, coffee was very tasty, so all looking good so far. Menu is big, so much choice. I went with the Olive Breakfast and did my one free swap. Yummy in my tummy. Everything was cooked perfect. This will become my new place to go for a good breakfast.

Olive Cafe found in googlemaps as "breakfast bar" close to accomodation, during "men's weekend" spent with 2 sons (6 and 13 y.o.) in Bournemouth 20 mi from Bovington Tank Museum. Olive Cafe offers: simply composed and well presented menu, good balanced prices and very friendly and helpful owner and staff, very very delicious meals, tea and coffee. Surely will get back soon :-). P.S. if I ask sons, what was best during our visit to UK, just hear the answer "delicious breakfasts".

Busy cafe on a Saturday morning. I sat outside and greeted by friendly waitress. I ordered poached eggs with avocado and smoked salmon. Presented nicely although salmon wasn’t pink and looked rather dull. Eggs perfectly cooked but not much avocado which was thinly spread. At £11 this didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

I was staying nearby and saw an online recommendation for this Cafe. It lived up to the reviews with ease. I was greeted by a very welcoming, polite young lady who seated me straight away. The food and service was brilliant and I will be sure to call when visiting Bournemouth again. Well done to the people that run the cafe- keep it up!

Lovely cafe, fab breakfast, lots of choice on the menu. I had the salmon, avocado and poached egg on toast, which was delicious. It was very busy when we got there (at around 10am on a Saturday morning, one of the hottest days of the year) but we managed to find a table. Service was a little slow but understandably so as it was so busy, the waiting staff were lovely and attentive . Definitely recommend!!

Great place for breakfast, nice and clean with fast friendly service. Lots of gluten free options to choose from. Reasonable prices for good quality food. I would definitely recommend the smashed avocado, feta and poached eggs on toast. Eggs cooked to perfection.
