The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in South West

An absolute gem, no idea what we were about to eat as no menu but it was all a sensation. The type of unpretentious vibe that is rarely seen these days. We had a voucher but decided to pay so we had an excuse to return.

I visitedthis restaurant after we had been racing at Cheltenham on Sat 14 Dec. I had four good price winners so I was in a gery good mood! We both had the Christmas menu, which was excellent. The restaurant was very clean, service excellent and the food superb. Will certainly be making a return visit, probably after racing at Cheltenham at the end of January.

A good restaurant if you want to try traditional food. Cozy place and the staff is friendly.

I frequently stay here with my two young children and we love it! The accommodation is lovely, the staff are all amazing and very accommodating making us feel at home every time we stay, they really go out of their way for us. The restaurant/bar is cozy and warm and we love the food here - the roast dinners are genuinely superb - credit to the chef! The Swan is our preferred choice every time and we really look forward to our stays. I’d recommend to anyone.

We visited the Quarter Jack on the 3rd Dec, we had our usual fish n chips. It was the worse fish and chips we had in there. The batter on the fish was rock hard like it had been recooked from the day before. The fish was even burnt and was very dry. We go there all the time when we visit wells. If a member of staff would have asked me about the meal, I would have told them, not one person asked us. This is very unusual because every other time we were always asked if the meal was ok, perhaps they knew it was not. Very poor customer service and the cook needs some training.

Stopped off for coffee which was delicious may I add! We ended up staying for lunch I had a tuna sandwich and my partner had loaded fries. Shout out to maisey & jess for fab service

Terrible food, cold service, bad hygiene rating as well... avoid at all costs, not worth it and overpriced for what you get!

Delicious beers. I particularly liked the stout called Deus. It was like having dessert as it was chololatey. I also enjoyed my chicken pie. Lots of seating. Quiet early on a Thursday evening

For £10 we shared a prawn sandwich . The only way to describe it was massively disappointing! 3 bits of brown supermarket bread, not even cut in half, with very few prawns dumped on our table with a few bits of salad on the side. How do they get away with serving rubbish food? Wish I'd have taken a photo!

Ten people all meals pre ordered, but major mix up ,bill was reduced by a third plus on arrival in back room ,very cold not preheated .
