Great venue for family meal. Emily was our server. She was very attentive and efficient and was great with our little boy. Food was great value for money. Thank you

Had Breakfast here quite a good price considering it's an all you can eat buffet lots of choice nicely cooked but under hot lamps and they don't keep them hot just about warm i didn't mund this apart from the beans was going to eat here more but coukd only do it if you had booked meal deal and paid i n premier inn because their computer system was down and they were closed to people other than hotel guests would give food an 8/10 but be prepared to be standing around ages waiting to be seated we were nearly 10 mins before someone came front could do with a tidy up looks grubby snd let's inside down a bit looks a bit off putting will be back if we are in the area again good food fair price kids eat free

The staff here are lovely and friendly and very helpful, but I was disappointed that the only gluten free sausages were vegan! I’m not vegan, I like meat in my sausages. Also there was no gluten free toast available and although I was offered a burger bun, it was too late, as I was half way through my breakfast by then. I don’t see why you can’t offer proper GF sausages and ensure you have GF bread available for toast. I’m aware that you need separate equipment, but you are part of a big chain and these days it’s expected. As I said this is not the fault of the staff.

The “ manager” here was soooo rude. We came into a nearly empty restaurant after travelling 4 hours and was staying in the premier inn connected. When we entered she barked at us “ have u booked? “ which we had no but the place was empty. She had “ cant serve u then” My husband enquired politely about the empty tables. To which she replied “ I’ve got a hen night over then and too much on my grill” The couple behind us commented on how rude she was. I was embarrassed and have no desire to be spoken to like that at all. Would not eat here again now even if they were empty. Very rude and unwelcoming. Gives beefeater a bad name having someone like that greeting customers and turning customers away because she can’t cope.

Went for dinner with my partner on Bank holiday Sunday Unfortunately we had the news that the grill had broken down so no steaks,Regardless of this we decided to stay and we are glad we did we had an amazing server called Molly,who made our evening great and we could tell she was trying so hard to control the stress of other colleagues.We definitely will be back!!

Have to leave a review after promising Chef Jordan that I would. All in all just had to give a huge shoutout to this lad for seeing all the hardwork he was doing. Came in for breakfast Saturday morning with a couple of friends, we were seated fairly quickly despite it being busy and went straight to the buffet. All of the food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing but the chefs personality had me constantly laughing. Managed to have a chat with him whilst asking him for some poached eggs, said he was the kitchen manager here and had been doing a lot of long days and late-early shifts but you definitely would not be able to tell by his work attitude. Flying up and down the kitchen smiling, singing along to the music he was playing constantly refilling the buffet. Every time he bursted into the buffet area there was a new joke or one liner to keep everyone cheery whilst he topped up any empty food dishes. Especially made me laugh watching him pick up the dishes, trying not to show that they were bloody hot (and then hearing him let it all out once he went round the corner) All in all, great place for consistent and great tasting food but the staff are what make it amazing! Every workplace needs a Chef Jordan type of attitude to really make it a experience

Went out for a meal with my friends from work and the service was absolutely amazing couldn’t fault Molly served us all night with a smile definitely will be back!

What great service from Emily and your team! Blown away, couldn’t do enough for us! The vegan burger was amazing! I m not vegan but I don’t eat much meat, it was delicious! My friend had a beef burger and she said it was good as well! Thankyou very much! Delicious, just a shame I couldn’t squeeze a dessert in!

Saturday night but too busy. Service very poor. Table booked for 6.45 and we were sat at that time. We ordered 3 starters. 2 prawn cocktails and a garlic mushrooms. We didn’t know it was bring your own prawns night. 8 in one starter 9 in the other ! Fillet steak cooked medium please. Incinerated and am sure it was sirloin I was served because I’ve never had a fillet like it. Am currently watching the servers clean the tables whilst waiting for someone to see if we want a dessert. I’ve Uber ordered a few McFlurrys from maccys and I bet they arrive first. Erm, no. Not again EVER!

We booked the Beefeater at The Pavilion WSM as it was our Daughters 16th birthday, and it is her favorite pub-food restaurant, and worth travelling from Portishead with the family. We were not disappointed, and were well looked after by Tom throughout the evening, service and food were both excellent and a lovely evening was enjoyed by all. Thank you Tom and the team at The Pavilion.

Evening of March 29th 2024 5:15 pm Waited ages at the reception desk even though we had booked. Eventually got to our table. Ordered steak and ale pie chips and peas. It arrived eventually. What a joke! 11 average size chips (see photo) and a small tablespoon of watery peas. I asked the guy who brought the food if I could have some more chips, he abruptly and very rudely said ‘that’s a portion’ - and walked off!! Unreal!! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name - young guy, tall, slim - abrupt! A portion for a Pygmy maybe, I hadn’t realised I’d booked a meal at a health spa 😂😂 what a joke this place is, £14 for a mediocre pie teeny portion of chips and 27 peas 😂😂 AVOID! Order a takeaway you’ll get more for your money and better more respectful service!!!!!!

Great eatery with pleasant helpful staff. Whilst staying at the Premier Inn we had a couple of lunchtime/evening meals here as well as an unlimited breakfast All food was swiftly served, piping hot and well presented, all the staff were lovely and our server Molly was no exception, she was friendly polite and full of smiley energy even though it was very busy. Again breakfast was very busy but well organised with items being constantly replenished and plenty of different choices for everyone. 1 observation was that the toasters could have been placed in a different area rather than at the end of the self serve buffet as it did cause quite a bottleneck. The meal deal for Premier Inn guests was great value for money, a 2 course evening meal and an unlimited breakfast for a set price, best to ask at reception who will book it and take payment. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!

Absolutely disgusted of what we found! A snail on your salad is not what you want! Not hidden , literally on top! The plate was quickly taken away before we got to take a picture. Then we nearly got billed £70 for 2x people . After about 40 +minutes the staff faffing around with our bill, the waitress had put our food in as separate instead of a 3 course meal deal of £18.95 each. Absolutely joke! Especially when it was past my daughters bed time and we all wanted to go home. The rest of the food was very poor! I can say we definitely won't be returning! And definitely check your salad! Very disappointed!!

Me and my boyfriend had food a day before Valentine’s Day. We had Emily D serving us and she was brilliant. Food was lovely. Will definitely be coming again!

Top marks to the barman who was really friendly and gave a really good customer service to me. He was very attentive and well mannered. The food itself was delicious and would definitely go back there when in the area again.

Having visited for the first time over Xmas, this is now our 4th visit. I don't always review but felt I had to this time. We haven't had steaks as good as this for a long time. Our surf and turf was really great. Even the kids steaks were perfect. We've eaten at a much more expensive place recently and I have to say the steaks here are so much better and much cheaper! This time we were once again served by the lovely Kellie, she served us over Xmas and she was just as good this visit. She always makes sure I've got a full pint, which is always top marks from me. Kellie also helped us with the best way to have our fillets cooked and she wasn't wrong, definitely 5 star service.

I have an allergy to gluten, wheat, dairy and egg and the unlimited breakfast was amazing. So much I could have and even went up for seconds... (The first time in years I could have a proper cooked breakfast eating out) the waiter was great...

Super top notch meal for all 3 of us and lovey service from Kellie. I’d eaten here before but the other 2 hadn’t and they both said how great the food and how lovely our waitress was. We had the bbq ribs and 2 lots of lasagna. Good quality, fair priced with good service. Will definitely come again

As we entered the restaurant we were welcomed by a glistening blonde boy called Alex, he caught my eye immediatley. He pranced over to me instantly i felt warm from his loving energy. He then whisked us to the table, where he sat us down ( even joked he would sit on my lap;)). He enticied us with some wine tasting from the beefeaters EXTENSIVE and EXCELLENT wine list. He recommended me the 10oz rib eye which i accepted due to him also being a large tender piece of lean beef. He bought the orders out with a twinkle in his eye and in good time and proceeded to tell us how succelent the beef was. When we asked for desert, i had asked if he could be served with whipped cream and cherries, to which he politely declined with a wink. So i had to settle for the meringue kisses instead as this was the closest i could get. If anyone sees this please pass this onto Alex and let him know i will be back next week for seconds.Terrance Dobson ;)) xxx

Had dinner and breakfast here as we were stopping at the premier Inn. Food and service unbelievable.from the moment we went in to leaving we had happy attentive staff who went beyond normal service. The morning breakfast was perfect for the long trip ahead.10/10

Mi novio y yo regularmente ir a el Beefeater por lo menos una vez por semana y normalmente no me puedo quejar de la comida o el servicio, pero esta noche fue un tema diferente. Nos dijeron que había una media hora de espera para una mesa, pero la anfitriona nos ofreció una mesa en la zona de la barra en lugar para no tener que esperar por uno. También dijo que no había esperar en la comida. Estaba sentado en una mesa y ordenados y pagamos en el bar. Una hora más tarde todavía estábamos esperando para nuestras comidas. Fuimos hasta que supongo era uno de los gerentes y ella dijo que comprobará para nosotros. Fuimos a sentarse abajo y no volver a nosotros, ni siquiera para disculparse! Comidas al final salió un total de 70 minutos después de que habíamos pedido! Mi novio incluso oí gritos algunos del personal para el personal del bar que había comida de bar esperando para ir, pero el personal del bar no hacer nada! La comida era buena, pero nos quedamos muy decepcionados en el servicio, como nos sentimos que no importó porque no nos sentamos en el restaurante principal y una disculpa hubiera sido agradable.

Stayed in the premier Inn next door so decided to eat here glad I did all of the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble it's also very clean the food actually looks like it does in the pictures on the menu and is very reasonably priced we eat here a lot of times some times 3 times a day and I have to say we didn't get one bad meal all the meals that we ordered were lovely and tasty and hot and considering it gets very busy we didn't have to wait that long either, we also had breakfast here every morning and that was very nice as well but when it gets busy you do have to wait and queue for the food to be ready but that didn't put me off would eat breakfast here again and will definitely be back for lunch and an evening meal would give it 10/10 if there was a children's at area but as it is would give it 9/10 possibly the nicest staff I have had serve me

Visitamos aquí mientras se hospeda en el Premier Inn para el trabajo. Como soy vegetariano, nunca escoger un Beefeater ( ¿Por qué? La idea es en el nombre). Había sólo dos opciones vegetarianas en el menú, la hamburguesa estaba disponible, así que tuve la pasta. Fue muy decepcionante, degustación de chili calor en vez de cualquier profundidad de sabor.

Visitamos este pub/restaurante como alojarse en el Premier Inn al lado, reservamos una mesa en la recepción nos alegramos ya que el restaurante estaba muy concurrido, con un par de grupos grandes. La comida era de buena calidad y nos pareció que el servicio no era lento, si cualquier cosa que encontramos nuestro principal fue un poco demasiado rápido después de nuestro primer plato. Nuestra hija quería helado de chocolate sin embargo nuestra camarera Gemma dijo que no tenían ninguna, no era un problema, hizo su helado de vainilla con un montón de salsa de chocolate, no estoy seguro de cómo ella no estaba enfermo después de comer, pero para 5 años de edad, fue un paraíso de helado, un gran servicio de Gemma

Habíamos reservado en un grupo de 10 personas. Una vez ordenados, esperamos una hora y diez minutos a que la comida que se sirve. Cuando vinieron las comidas eran cálido pero no estaba caliente. La comida era normal en el mejor de los casos. Cuando pedimos la camarera por qué hubo un retraso, destacó que éramos un grupo de 10 y que debemos esperar un retraso!

El Pabellón experiencia sigue cambiando cada vez que voy, Tiene un buen ambiente relajado, buena comida, pero esperando el servicio parece ser muy finas en el suelo a veces. Good pub grub, servicio, largas esperas para comida (en temporada alta y temporada baja veces) - bebidas mal, otro pub, nada realmente pone este pub aparte.

Visitamos aquí ya que nos quedamos en el Premier Inn de al lado. La camarera fue excelente y muy amable, pero la comida era demasiado lento. Nuestras comidas nos llevó al menos 30 minutos en llegar. Yo había pedido el pollo piri piri calle era buenísima: que el menú decía que era filetes pechuga de pollo, pero cuando llegamos estaba en el hueso. Cuando me quejé no era lo que yo había pedido la camarera se disculpó pero dijo que estaba siempre se sirve en el hueso y se ofreció para reemplazar mi comida. Pedí un filete con la esperanza de que llega rápidamente, pero seguía otros 20 minutos.

Este es un Beefeater así que no salvajemente excelente para vegetarianos, sé que no es realmente un problema. La comida que pedimos estaba servido bastante rápido a pesar de ser advertido que estaba a 30 minutos de espera en la comida. Era caliente, sabroso, abundante y bien de precio. Hay menú fijo de 2 platos precio es una buena oferta

Fuimos para el almuerzo y enseguida como visitas anteriores nos cuidaron de principio a fin.

Realmente no estaba lleno pero el servicio era ridículamente lento. Hasta el punto de que decidimos tener pudding ya que todo estaba muy lento ritmo. Las bebidas estaban equivocados. Orden de comida equivocado. Caro para la pequeña porción recibirá. No es una buena relación calidad-precio. Realmente decepcionado.

Con un menú recientemente modificado nos cautivó ver lo que tenían que ofrecer. Nos instalamos un check in la noche, con una oferta de la noche de un día de semana menú. Fue una comida de 2 platos por £12,99 pero ciertos platos cuestan un poco más por ejemplo tomar solomillo es + £2,99 . Ambos fuimos para el llegó comida fresca e incluía con la piel con tocino y el arranque haciendo de cebolla. Esta era una buena sabroso aperitivo con una buena tamaño de la porción. Para las principales fuimos para el tomar solomillo, esto, añadido 2,99 para el precio de la comida. El solomillo estaba preparado para nuestro gusto mientras que las patatas fritas infladas acompañado a la comida. En resumen, por el precio que pagamos por la comida era muy apetitoso y precio merece comida y desde entonces hemos vuelto. El personal es amable y servicial, y te presta su habilidad en bistec si pedimos.

En media restaurante completo, tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para filetes simples.

Nos alojamos en el Premier Inn de al lado. Comimos aquí 2 días teníamos el desayuno y las cenas comida era un buen nivel tenía una agradable beer garden y un montón de aparcamiento personal era bueno ha sido el servicio sin usar este lugar de nuevo

Mi esposa y yo decidimos almorzar aquí ya que había sido bastante tiempo que no habíamos comido aquí. Aunque el restaurante era bastante llena, el servicio era excelente. Nuestra comida llegó rápidamente y estaba muy bien cocinados Nuestra camarera era muy simpática y no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros. Sin duda le recomendaría el Beefeater y mi consejo es reservar para el almuerzo de domingo porque se llena.

Estuvimos allí tanto para el desayuno como para la cena. En el desayuno, nunca he visto esas capacidades organizativas de un director, el lugar es una broma. Estábamos allí para la cena, y cuando les pedí que me hablan del director, él no quería saber ... creo que deberían enviar al director en algún tipo de formación ... por Dios que lo necesita!

una reserva para un grupo de 11 personas para el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo. pidieron a nuestra mesa en el final de la comida como otra gran fiesta fue reservado en la misma mesa! Por suerte había muchas mesas disponibles en la zona del bar para que la gente pueda terminar sus bebidas. El lugar ha sido recientemente renovado y se ha mejorado mucho en la decoración. Sin embargo, la comida horrible, sirve exhibidos sin imaginación servicio de comidas en diferentes ocasiones, cubiertos sucios y personal innattentive. Llevamos nuestro propio tarta de cumpleaños como una sorpresa para los cumpleaños boy-arruinó totalmente cuando un camarero anunciada en la mesa había una chaqueta en la maleta con la tarta y donde debe poner! -muy casi le dije!!! estás advertido!

Nunca habíamos estado en un restaurante Beefeater antes, no estábamos seguros de lo que podíamos esperar. Nos alojamos en el hotel Premier al lado, así que pensamos que lo prueba la noche antes de ir para nuestro desayuno a la mañana siguiente.

Mi marido y yo fuimos a el Beefeater después de un par de años de estancia (me sirve pollo crudo). Fuimos en un jueves por la noche concurrida y me dijeron que era más rápido a pedir en el bar que esperar por una mesa. Había una persona en el bar con numerosas personas esperando. Tardamos 10 minutos para pedir comida. El primer plato de nachos era horrible ... se derretía salsa de queso y un poco de queso rallado, sin crema agria o guacamole. La principal de hamburguesa estaba bien. La experiencia fue totalmente decepción por el servicio de atención al cliente. Pedí un refresco bebida pero no pudimos llegar a la barra debido a reordenar otra. Le pregunté al gerente (que sirve mi principal) si él iba a conseguir una bebida que me contestó diciendo que tenía que ir al bar yo. Me señaló la longitud de la cola y la falta de personal y que quería comer mi comida caliente y al final cedió y me dijo que una recarga. 10 minutos más tarde tras evidentemente olvidado me recordó a él y se sirve una bebida. Por desgracia no daban abasto con una tarde soleada averagely ajetreado. Volveremos en otra pareja de años.

We often pop into the Pavilion for Sunday lunch and are never disappointed. Decided to try the beef this time. Perfectly cooked, tasty, and tender. The staff are attentive without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Pan especial de eg. ruidos bastante. Una zona de bar. Un buen desayuno buffet y comida preparada. Pero se acabó lo adoras en 2 de 3 días!

Paramos en el Premier Inn vecino y decidimos comer aquí. Mis hijos comida salió con puré frío que fue tomado por una camarera se disculpó y volvimos recalentado. A continuación el bistec llegamos pedí mediano y nos dieron una sombra de bien hecho, que no era un asunto importante y bien todavía probado. Mis hijas y pan de ajo y una parte de Mac y el queso falló para llegar en el momento de la comida estaba medio comido nuevo, una camarera se disculpó tuve que ir y tomar esto también.

excellent food though selection for vegetarians a little limited clean, excellent service good atmosphere would recommend this place to anyone

Vuelvo a visitar este lugar para encontrar que ha sido totalmente reformado, pero aún conserva su ambiente agradable, personal me reconocieron desde 8 meses anteriores. Yo tengo una dieta restringida, y me permitieron a mezclar el menú un poco, así que puedes comer aquí. Para aquellos que se alojen en el Premier Inn de al lado, el desayuno está muy bien :)

There were 10 of us celebrating a family's 60th birthday, the food was good and hot, they got all the meals out together, which was good. Restaurant was nicely laid out decorated. Staff were friendly and we had good service. Would reccomend.

Nos alojamos en el Premier Inn en ruta a Cornwall. Habiendo visitado Weston Super Mare no queríamos comer allí ya que no encontramos nada adecuado. Así que decidí por el Pabellón Beefeater Grill que estaba al lado del Premier Inn. Reservamos una mesa para 2 a través del Premier Inn. Desde el momento en el que entramos nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Nos sirvió Rachelle que era muy encantadora y entusiasta. Tuve el ajo Tiger gambas y el marido tenía el aperitivo empanadas de champiñones, ambos tuvimos el piri piri piri piri pollo con patatas fritas saladas y el marido tenía Rocky Road cerezas y tuve el café italiano con dissarono. La comida, todo era para morirse, fue la comida estuvo rienda suelta a que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo. Tan buenos que hicimos el desayuno de la mañana siguiente. No puedo esperar. Recomiendo encarecidamente que visita y espero que te sirvan por Rachelle

Este es un gran lugar para desayunar y ofrece una gran variedad de desayuno inglés completo o desayuno continental.

He sido un habitual aquí durante algunos años, disfrutar las comidas de la familia a precios razonables y con un gran servicio. Fuimos aquí el fin de semana pasado y notamos que el restaurante tenía una renovación y parecía muy lujoso. Para nuestra gran asombro el nuevo menú también tenían una renovación así como los precios. Estas estaban por encima para una cadena económica como Brewers Fayre. Los 4 de nosotros le habría pagado más de £50 sólo por un plato básico sin empezar o dulce, que está muy por encima para una comida de fin de semana.

Called in here to night Monday 11th of may, was taken to our table which was very good,the Lady came over to take our order but we wasn't quite ready so she took our drink order's instead still very good, drinks came over in good time, but when we were ready to order no one came, so we waited and waited,trying to get someone's attention,when the lady came over she did apologised which was good , food came out, starter was very good, main was good,only afew things could have been better ie, asking if we would like a mayonnaise ect with our meals and the second lot of drinks we ordered came with our food, over all the meals were very good just the little things need sorting out, 7/10. This is my own experience on the day I went there, food is very good. (some of my reviews have spelling mistakes sorry about this)

menu has changed in April, but can't see why - the foods the same but less choice - more steaks, but less other choices

El pabellón ha sido recientemente re-abierto de una reforma y parece increíble! Muy diferente de antes, mucho más abierta y más acogedores.

Esperaba un 'todo barato y alegre con la comida de tipo de patatas fritas. Nuestros entrantes de porciones de patatas con salsa eran excelentes y con una presentación muy bien. Mi plato era salmón con patatas dauphinoise sobre una cama de kale y acentúa los tomates - de nuevo muy bien presentada y deliciosa. Mi esposo sacó apilable de cerdo con patatas fritas y ensalada también era excelente. Acompañados por una copa de Pinot Grigio,) fue una cena estupenda!

I have been to this place quite a few times with family and always had great service and food but this visit will be the last. Waiting staff not knowing the menu chefs that cannot cook a steak medium and send out tasteless dry chicken. A corn on the cob that is about 2 inches big and a rack of ribs that was small enough for a child! Do not understand how the bar staff have to serve your drinks to you is coke when waiting staff take the order then stand around while the poor bar staff have to do all the drinks in the building and so you have to wait 15mins for drinks to get to you! I think also the menu needs re looking at beefeater has no clue to what the public want nor do they describe things very well either that or the spec needs adjusting! So all in all Bad food Bad service even when you make a complaint they are not interested then they charge you £80 for a table of 4 with just drinks and Mains if you like rubbish food that gives you a bad stomach and rubbish service then this is your place!

Visitamos el nuevo restaurante de mirar con familia y estaba muy sorprendido de lo increíble es el nuevo aspecto dentro y muy abierto y acogedor.

El pabellón ha tenido una renovación recientemente y la decoración fantástica junto con el nuevo menú es increíble.
