We visited this amazing establishment today which now covers the space of 2 shops. It is wonderfully decorated and a joy to visit. The staff and in particular 'Bella' are awesome and give amazing customer service. Their menu is glorious whether for take away or eat in and definitely well worth a visit. We had some delicious capuccinos, fresh orange juice and croque monsiour with warm salad. It was all utterly delicious and warrants a 5 star + level of service. Can't wait to revisit!

Visited recently. Nice little cafe which seems popular. Coffee is average though served in very small cups. Poor value for the price charged. I asked for a larger cup! My question is why does it take so long to warm up a scone?! Must have waited for about 20 minutes with no apology. Partner was not given his cake either until asked. When both arrived coffees were cold. Partner did receive another espresso when asked though!

Food was fine. But definitely wouldn’t visit again as we were felt to feel extremely awkward not wanting a roast. Even mentioned that there was £200 meat in the kitchen needing to be eaten. Not our problem! The pub wasn’t busy so it isn’t as if we were blocking a table where others could have been sitting. They need to realise it’s not just the food but the service you receive that is so important. Definitely not going back never have had such grumpy service!

Absolute gem of a cafe. Excellent food, my Ploughman’s Salad was divine….and the coffee was perhaps as good as I’ve ever tasted and believe me I’m a coffee connoisseur! Can’t wait to visit next time I’m nearby

Warm welcoming Friendly staff, very clean and presentable, great choice of cakes etc. you can see these guys work very hard and it shows in the presentation of the place.

This coffee shop looks quite inviting and is pleasant inside, but that's about the end of the positives I was on my own with time to spare before catching a train. Female member of staff at till served me - one latte and a slice of tiffin. She did put these on a tray but despite no one else waiting and the fact she could see I was already balancing two heavy bags, didn't offer to carry it over to a table ... Managed to get to a table with a balancing act of bags and tray ... tiffin was 'ok' at best (£2.70 for quite a tiny slice) but either they have a problem with their display cabinet of they just keep everything over night in a very cold fridge as it was so cold it was rock hard Coffee was supposed to be a latte - clearly no barista training as it was a coffee with some foam on the top badly presented - and far too hot A shame as one of the nicer looking places in Paignton for coffee Focus needed on improving barista training, food storage and customer service

Poor service. Impolite staff. Terrible food. No wonder it was the only place with seats available when everywhere else was busy. Avoid avoid avoid.

We popped in for a pasty & were so pleased we did - they were absolutely delicious. So yummy that we tried the scones too. Equally delightful. Lovely place with delicious food - now our favourite bakery in Love.

Melocotón / Baya era excelente y el Earl Grey (que obviamente un poco agrio debido a su naturaleza) también era muy bueno. (Otro sabor que no probé). Personal excepcionalmente amable y servicial. Lugar encantador (dentro del edificio de la Galería) con asientos de metal (creo que era) y mesas pequeñas en el exterior. NOTA: El pase de un año cuesta actualmente £ 16 para visitar exposiciones tanto como 1 quiera, por lo que solo aproximadamente £ 5 o menos cada vez.

Don’t eat here staff are disgustingly rude! Rainbow kebab across the road is much more worth the money! Don’t know why the staff thinks it’s okay to talk to customers rude and try talk behind their back and then expect their money! Rude before we even ordered a drink!

Been there a few times over the years and noticed the portions are a disgrace of a size but same price , got a roast dinner and the meat was like sliced meat out of a packet and apple crumble was like it was in a finger bowl and was £6.50, better going to a reputable place and get a real roast carvery and decent portions , plenty about , wheal dream for instance

Visité la tienda Bristol Bedminster los días 28 y 29 de octubre de 2024 aproximadamente a las 8 : 30 am. La tienda era acogedor, acogedor y bien presentado. El personal masculino y femenino en ambas visitas fue excepcional. Eran sonrientes, educados, amables y serviciales, lo que uno necesita a primera hora de la mañana para establecer su día. Fueron más allá para hacerme sentir bienvenido. El tipo me presentó la aplicación el primer día y me invitó a regresar para tomar un café gratis. El segundo día, una joven amable y cálida se encargó de mi pedido y sugirió varios lugares para visitar en Bristol en mis vacaciones. Este nivel de servicio al cliente es poco frecuente en mi experiencia y frecuento cafeterías diariamente para llevar a cabo mi trabajo. Quisiera mencionar los nombres de las personas que encontré y agradecerles su excepcional servicio. Ellos sabrán quiénes son, sin embargo, si puedes averiguar quién estuvo en turno durante las dos mañanas (según mi aplicación), entonces estaré más que feliz de hacer la revisión más precisa.
