Coffee#1 in Bristol, City of

Visité la tienda Bristol Bedminster los días 28 y 29 de octubre de 2024 aproximadamente a las 8 : 30 am. La tienda era acogedor, acogedor y bien presentado. El personal masculino y femenino en ambas visitas fue excepcional. Eran sonrientes, educados, amables y serviciales, lo que uno necesita a primera hora de la mañana para establecer su día. Fueron más allá para hacerme sentir bienvenido. El tipo me presentó la aplicación el primer día y me invitó a regresar para tomar un café gratis. El segundo día, una joven amable y cálida se encargó de mi pedido y sugirió varios lugares para visitar en Bristol en mis vacaciones. Este nivel de servicio al cliente es poco frecuente en mi experiencia y frecuento cafeterías diariamente para llevar a cabo mi trabajo. Quisiera mencionar los nombres de las personas que encontré y agradecerles su excepcional servicio. Ellos sabrán quiénes son, sin embargo, si puedes averiguar quién estuvo en turno durante las dos mañanas (según mi aplicación), entonces estaré más que feliz de hacer la revisión más precisa. Food wasn't great! Over done perhaps. Staff were friendly enough…. Sadly first impressions of the place not good. My first time visiting this coffee shop and will be my last. I hate being negative but need to be honest… I will stick to Costa. Definitely NOT ‘Too good to go’

it was always Sunday not enough staff long wait to get served . one person serving and doing making and doing till while the other just washed up ... usually good in the week but fails on a Sunday... Need more staff

Good range of coffee and food but the service is shocking. Nobody appears to be able to multitask and priority is given to staff talking to each other than customers. Much better places to go on North Street IMOP

We joined a sizeable queue for coffee last Sunday afternoon. The queue hardly moved due to staff not really bothering to serve. It was painful. And very annoying. Everyone in the queue was becoming agitated and wondering whether to bother staying (a number just walked out). The queue started to snake out of the door. We were in it for 20 minutes. There were enough staff. They just hadn't been told that serving customers is their number one priority, not chatting or checking their phones!!! Management - please get it sorted!!!

This used to be my ‘go to’ place on North St for Coffee.. not anymore! The Coffee is always good the staff are friendly, that should make for a Great place ..it’s Not! Every time we visit now there is at least 6 ‘customers ‘ using up tables with Laptops out on occasions 1 person using up a table of 4 with paperwork and laptop laid out! I think this must be killing business..it certainly hits profit and this must be why they cannot afford to employ a decent cleaner! The overall cleanliness of the place has fallen off a cliff in the past few months and I am not only talking about having Every Time you go in ! To move old cups/dishes, trays to sit on tables but the floors and Toilets need a Good clean! It’s a shame.. we now use other coffee shops in the area .. where cleanliness is valued!

-Pro’s -Clean -Comfortable -Good menu choice -Very hard working friendly staff Cons - Understaffed in the busy periods, specifically early morning when there are queues and one member of staff has to manage the hot food and coffees. I also understand that you are taking delivery orders that the staff will also have to service! - Over the last couple of weeks despite advertising it, there is never any bread for toast blaming supply chain! Either don’t advertise it or get someone to pop to the local shop for a few loaves! Please put more staff on at busy periods and get your supply chain sorted and then you’ll get a 5! With the numerous cafes in close proximity I think you will start to see regulars going elsewhere if this doesn’t improve. I am in every morning and I am considering going elsewhere but hopefully not!

After Saturday walk at Ashton park we decided to grab Cup of coffee here. Lovely oat late and nice carmel shortbread. Staff was really friendly and helpful

Thank you so much to the lady who helped me this week to chose a coffee without making me feel stupid! She very nicely explained the options and the roasts and also the differences between how they are made. I’ve been back twice since. Lovely lovely coffee and great service. The lady seems to be there everyday around 9am so you know who you are.

Always go to coffee 1, can’t wait for them to reopen, always look when I drive by. Friendly staff. Lovely coffee

We received fantastic customer service today from the very friendly members of staff who work here, also wonderful coffee and a very relaxing atmosphere! I have been regularly visiting this coffee shop for the past year and I will definitely be continuing! Thankyou Coffee No 1!

I often visit on my lunch break to get some laptop work done away from the office, the cafe has good atmosphere with friendly staff

I used to get a coffee every morning on my way to work until a lady of the staff asked me why I wasn’t going to stay in bed a bit longer instead of waking up earlier to go there to get a coffee. Then I was served the drink in the photo when I’ve ordered a cappuccino. I left on the table whatever that drink was and left. Waste of money. Just across the road there is a cheaper place for take away coffees and if you want to sit rather then get your drink to take away there are quite a few nicer places just few steps away.

I have just moved to the area and regularly work from home, when I fancy a change of scenery I always go to coffee #1! You can guarantee a relaxing environment with delicious drinks, I recommend the breakfast smoothie! The staff are all Really friendly and make you feel very welcome 😊

One of my favourite places for coffee on North Street. Because of the great coffee, chatty staff, and the fact I can bring my dog :)

Really liked this place. It was busy but civilized in there. Plenty of tables and a calm ambiance. Coffee was great and all the staff particularly Theo really charming and helpful.

Great latte. Always served by friendly professional staff. Nowhere better in the local area for me. I get a latte to go whenever passing, the friendly staff seem keen to make your visit a good one. Big thumbs up from me.

I went here for a coffee and cake and was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed and friendly it was. The coffee was good and the cheesecake delicious and good value for money. It was dog friendly as well.

Lovely spacious coffee shop. I ordered a mint hot chocolate which was not on the current menu, but the staff were more then happy to make it. The strawberry cheesecake was Devine!

Coffee#1 is brilliant for me to come during work to catch up on paper work, if the weather is horrible i know im always welcome in here. The coffee is always good and the staff are always polite and friendly.. Love how quirky Coffee#1 is.

Solía vivir por encima de la tienda y fue una pesadilla absoluta. El personal era muy malhumorado, adversario contigo, y les tomó 6 meses arreglar su puerta ruidosa. Ahora que tenían una rotación de personal, ¡no podía recomendarles lo suficiente! Son muy amables y atentos. Todavía no desearía una llamada telefónica al café # 1 de la gerencia superior de nadie, pero estos tipos son rad.

hemos estado aquí en muchas ocasiones, pero hasta hace poco no habíamos estado tan cerca de lo normal. Regresando tres meses después, estábamos preocupados, sin embargo, solo puedo decir que Coffee 1 Bedminster se ha vuelto a dar la vuelta. Las ciabattas estaban calientes y sabrosas, el café estaba hecho perfectamente, el sabor de la temperatura y el arte latte extremadamente impresionante. Met up with a friend for a catch up and coffee with the children. Bought them their babychoc to find no whipped cream or marshmallows like they usually do. When I asked for them the girl serving rudely said 'you should really be paying for these'. This has never been the case in the past few years we've been coming here and the dispute continued. This place use to be a lovely place to come but it's all gone a bit downhill. The hot chocolate and coffee didn't all taste that great either. Think we'll hear to tincan in the future.

Me gusta lo que hacen en Coffee # 1 pero las cosas fueron un poco lentas hoy. El personal estaba tomando descansos o haciendo otras cosas que espero, lo cual es normal y de esperar, pero esperar 10 minutos para servir un café era un poco demasiado. ¡Y en realidad el filtro de café de Honduras del día tampoco era realmente para mi gusto! Cruasán de almendra muy insípido. . . por lo tanto, decidió no tener uno.

Very good espresso and lovely cakes along with great service in a cozy place. Great place for an afternoon coffee break.

Always friendly and very nice staff. North Street Coffee #1. Recommended. Excellent food as well as the obvious great range of drinks. And loads of space. Not many babies.

Had a lovely mug of coffee and a hot chocolate here today. The guy behind the servers also sorted out the transfer of my card drinks stamps onto one of the new loyalty cards.

Awful experience, will not return. The lady who served me was rude, unhelpful and had little knowledge of the products that she was selling. She was very put off when I asked if she could warm by salad which is recommended on your board, ‘tastes best heated’ Also I actually never received the lettuce leaves, but I didn’t bother to complain going by the service that I had already received I didn’t think it was worth it.

I picked up a sandwich and a cake for lunch one day (took away) not cheap but the cheesecake was lovely!! Didn't rate the sandwich all that much

Esta cafetería no es genial. El café en sí está bien, pero muy caro. El servicio era muy lento y el personal era grosero y distante. Es muy decepcionante que la limitada selección de sándwiches preenvasados en vez de recién hecho. Mientras Café #1 me imagino que le gusta presentarse como independiente y cafetería, o una alternativa a costa y Starbucks, el lugar no tiene atmósfera y realmente sentirse como una cadena de cafetería. La política de no-wifi, así que los clientes pueden "interactuar" es tan ingenuo, muchas personas van a las tiendas de café para estudiar o trabajar, seguramente deben darse cuenta este es un factor desfavorable para muchas personas. Si quiero un buen café o almuerzo me gustaría antes ir a Southville Deli al otro lado de la carretera, o una de las otras muchas tiendas de café en la calle North.

Sé que es un domingo y temprano, pero una sonrisa hubiera sido bienvenida. El mal humor, el servicio distante dejó un sabor junto con el zumo aguado de naranja recién exprimido. ¿Es difícil poner una sonrisa y decir mañana? No volveremos.

Coffee was good and the food presented well. Clean and tidy. V busy. Good for a chat with friends. Not too noisy. On a busy street. Cycle parking opposite.

Staff where very nice and a great cup of tea, very nice atmosphere, very chilled. Children friendly. Great value for money

Preciosas lattes chai, cafés de especialistas, batidos y zumos en un ambiente cómodo adaptar. El servicio es increíblemente lento y las dos veces que he estado en que he tenido que estar en lo que me percibe una cola corta pero la gente se sirven lentamente. tal vez es la atención al detalle, pero podría beneficiarse de más eficiente servicio.

How awesome to see smooth Colombian coffee on offer here. As for the cakes, they are excellent. Welsh cakes particularly, really fresh in a big heap. Really nice service and plenty of room to sit

Una cadena de tiendas de café me gusta mucho café #1. Este es uno de sus grandes tiendas. Son café, como siempre, es bastante buena, y yo soy quisquilloso mi café! El personal siempre es amable y servicial. Normalmente no comer aquí, pero las tartas siempre agradable!!

A rerular haunt whilst trawling the excellent North Street shops. Can get busy and resemble a creche, but good coffee served wth a smile.

Creí que me gustaría visitar aquí, ya que no me he visitado otro de la cadena en bury sod árido debe ser como máximo.

Solo fuimos para un café con mi hija, pero sin duda era muy impresionados con la vista maravillosa de este restaurante. Habitación acogedora y amplia. Personal muy educado y amable y aunque sólo teníamos cafés nos penosamente tentados por la bonita selección de tartas (en una dieta así que tuve que resistir la tentación que no fue fácil). No cabe duda de que llamar otra vez para tomar un bocado para comer y sin duda lo recomendaría basada en esta visita. Excelente.
