The Terrace in Bath and North East Somerset

Easy, relaxed place by the river with good service and clean bathrooms. The young woman behind the beer counter was wonderful . Cold beer and great atmosphere.

Brilliant! Want to give a shout out to our server - a lovely young woman with blonde hair, wearing a red dress on the 6th of August (unfortunately didn't catch her name). She made me feel very special on my birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our drinks overlooking the river. The highlight of my birthday! Thank you 💛

Can't say anything about the food, but definitely the service is pathetic and the servers are super super super super super super rude !! I went on 20th July 5 :30 pm in this establishment along with three of my friends to enquire about shisha. I wanted to order one shisha for self. The establishment opens at 5 pm and was mostly empty (especially the outside area where they usually serve shisha - ref. pics) The staff bluntly told me that they won't serve only one person shisha while three of his friends just sit along with him. There was no proper justification (I suspect racism since we were all Indians) The only reason he said was tht it affects business (not sure how - since there was no dearth of seating space (refer pics) and we were literally the only folks looking to be seated outside.) As I said earlier, I suspect racism and would appreciate it if any official Bath authorities could investigate such establishments with racist policies to keep outside tourists who contribute towards the UK economy. Such type of behavior from the staff of any customer facing establishment is unacceptable and unethical. Special shoutout for the super rude snoopy waitress who made it a point to come out and again ask us to all to leave while we were just getting up from our chairs and taunting/swearing at me specifically after snooping over my phone when posting this long review. So to all patrons of good shisha and good hospitality - if u don't wanna face rude waiters and racism, please stay away from THE TERRACE at Bath !!

We went in for Shisha with my husband and the attitude of the old guy who was serving us was disgusting! No manners no customer service wouldnt advise anyone to go in. When the shisha arrived it didnt have any taste we mentioned it and once again the response wasnt acceptable so we left. I dont advise anyone to go in.

This was our favourite spot over the three days, the staff made it - Molly is a gem and Darius is the loveliest owner. Beautiful location, heated smoking are good food - perfect! Thank you guys

We visited today, 5th of August. We arrived at 8, man on the door was lovely but was very rushed off his feet. Only one person working on a Saturday. Shocking. Lady’s next to us arrived a hour before us still wasn’t served. Another member of staff turnt up at 9. We was still waiting for what we ordered. She said she will get it all sorted and we would have our order in 15 minutes. Tables after tables was leaving and getting refundeds. We still waited. Then the very last table who came in after us got their order! The lady’s next to us was waiting longer than us was still waiting and so was we! ! The lady behind the bar then came out crying because she was left to do everything which was very unfair and very unprofessional especially on a Saturday night, she wasn’t there from the beginning so must of got a call to come in. We have never been here before and was so excited to go we both booked the night off work for this! So we was very disappointed. We didn’t get our order at all in the end so wait till 10:30 for no reason. Missed our other reservation at another place that we had book for after the terrace. We was very shocked and left very unhappy. A lot of time wasted and lots of unhappy customers.

Disappointing experience, for £14.50 I would have expected the wraps to come with chips and not Crisps. The side salad was inedible, it tasted soapy and not fresh and was drenched in balsamic vinegar. The wraps themselves tasted okay but were alot smaller than you would imagine for an evening meal. Overall very disappointing food at what was a good location.

Incredible venue! The shisha here is great, drinks are incredible. The host Molly is great, fun and talkative!

Absolutely amazing, Molly is so friendly and very good hospitality, 100%. Come back again, favourite pub in Bath. All the time it’s really good, it’s Well priced and the shisha flavours are great. The food also is really nice The drinks are nice priced flavoursome and the services service is quick fast and efficient. Molly is one of the best host I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to many pubs around here.

As soon as we entered we felt welcome, best curry, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Thank you so much for everything, definitely coming again !! Molly was a star!

Had the loveliest evening. Had a gorgeous curry at Tulsi and then stumbled across a Shisha bar downstairs! First time doing shisha for me and staff were so welcoming and helpful. Molly was amazing! Will deffo be back!! Also shout out to darius and maj.

This is such a beautiful place, the atmosphere is overwhelming! The food is amazing, and the chicken is so tender! Every dish has such incredible flavours! Everything about it draws you in! Our bartender Molly was so kind and lovely! Her cocktails are brilliant as well as her attitude! Ask for the “Molly rose cocktail”! You will not be disappointed!!

Took my family to this super little restaurant and had a delicious meal, the staff were fabulous, very caring and attentive, they had a laugh and joke with us and really made our night. They have the terrace downstairs as well which is so cute...
