The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in South East

Shocking service, click and collect. No staff here, staff just looking at me. Had to find help, been waiting 5 minutes just for someone to show up. If this was a sme they would be out of business very quickly. Won’t be doing that again

You get what you pay for. Decent food at a good price and good selection of beers at the cheapest prices I have encountered. Rose wine is a Zinfandel, so won't complain. Only issue is how filthy/sticky tables were, didn't see any one wiping them down. Otherwise I probably would not go anywhere else.

Drinks/food were fine. Shame the staff can be quite rude and very incompetent. Probably won’t return to this store, Costa a 2 minute walk away is a lot more friendly and more affordable.

Was absolutely disgusted with the manager marko He has no customer skills at all The bar staff Tara and ashleigh were brilliant had all the skills to make a customer feel welcome the manager marko made me feel uncomfortable and awkward Would not recommend a visit if he is behind the bar or on the premises those poor girls have to work in an environment that is not friendly for a pub/club night spot in town has not been an enjoyable visit

Lovely spot, a bit over priced. Disappointing that we couldn’t find a table because it was so busy - seeing as they have a full section upstairs that isn’t being used.

Its 18:00, Thursday night, so it is two hours until closing. All the chairs are on the table for floor mopping and drinks purposely are served in takeaway cups for all eat-in customers. Not welcoming atmosphere. Cannot wait to finish??

I have never left a bad review anywhere before but I feel absolutely awful coming out of this place. When we first walked in, there was a couple in front of us looking at the food and couldn’t make up their mind so they left. The man serving shook his head and mumbled at them. We gave our order and they got the food wrong, human mistake we thought nothing of it and just waited for the right order. The blond lady making the coffees asked us to move and wait by the door, which we did but we were blocking everyone leaving so moved back to the bar where the area was clear to wait for our food. She rudely said ‘ I asked you to stand by the door’ to which we said we were blocking the door. She then stormed off. We left once we got our food and saw her pointing at us and laughing with her dark haired colleague. Find this really aggressive behaviour and never experienced that in a coffee shop before. She was looking and laughing at us for a long time before we’d passed the windows. Because of this, we won’t be returning.

Dirty floors, table, surfaces, cutlery and plates. Coffee was ok. Service was slow, despite being quiet work areas also dirty as well as customer areas. I have not been for sometime and was really surprised at the poor general hygiene.

I ordered two 2 good to go bags for collection at 16:30. I checked at 16:30 and all showing as ready for collection at 16:30. Drove and parked to collect. At 16:30 arrived to be told bags were cancelled. No apologies from the staff and no offer to provide a bag anyway with in date merchandise.

No bar food and revolting lager tasting like soap. Had another side business indian takeaway upon the place that is placed now on the last used kitchen that is was condemed by health and safety due to this being a old toilet block that still consists of sewage and drains!!. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Try the village for the real deal

Myself, my husband and a couple of friends ordered coffees and teas, and we all had something to eat and the service to order our food was very quick which was good, however whilst drinking and eating food a waitress came along with a big tray and started to clear our crockery from the table and we said we were not finished however she didn't go away and at that time we saw no queue outside of cafe in main shop and cafe had plenty of seats available. 2 of us had bacon sandwiches and they were stone cold and the bacon was so tough to eat. We are regular customers and today the service was awful!

Closes early at 6pm every day during rush hour when there is heavy customer potential. Often short staffed. Regularly runs out of ingredients and food items.

Display looked interesting and appetising, but very over priced, and in fact I bought no food. My extra hot flat white was served in a cup with no handle, truly a daft idea, and the manager agreed. By the time I decanted it into a handled beaker it was no longer hot. Operationally, lacking in many areas, including refusing to take cash, which is legal tender. My first and last visit to a Gail’s. Simply over rated

The host was really friendly and extremely accommodating. We had a really lovely evening in the bar downstairs. The food was absolutely delicious and unbelievably good value.

Lovely hot latte this morning thank you 1st time on your drive though 😀
