Starbucks in Winchester

Just had my first and last visit to this Starbucks. Ordered two hot chocolates. The young girl making the drinks called my name and handed me one drink. I explained I’d ordered two and this was met with a blank expression. I waited a few minutes while she made drinks for other people so asked her why I still only had one drink. This was met with an eye roll and she started to make my other hot chocolate whilst prioritising other people’s orders. She eventually plonked it down without an apology. I decided not to say anything but as I walked away she offered a very sarcastic ‘you’re welcome.’ Not a great customer experience

Amazing food and drink and the staff were so lovely the tables were so clean and in general lovely place. Can’t fault it .

Coffee is great as always, however it is often cramped inside there and the tables are very chipped. Service was friendly and quick

Popped in for a very quick coffee and sandwich, seemed very low on food and what was there was ever out of date or had by the end of the date to be eaten. I gave the lady behind the counter the sandwich that was out of date and she did not seem bothered at all. I left the item on top of the display again informing for again she did not seem bothered. Super poor customer service and a I don’t give a sh*% attitude

Whilst the coffee was very good, there were several dogs in the building that all started barking at once & their owners doing very little to control them! I am not quite sure how these places maintain their hygiene levels when there are dogs in the building regularly! Not everyone wants to be surrounded by dogs in coffee shops!!! I will not be going in here again, when there are 2 other coffee shops nearby!

Poppy as that was her name(blond hair, slim build with glasses on): Attitude, unprofessional and horrible approach towards me and my family!!!. As an influencer I will make people aware of the place and rude staff member! Definitely a no to this place!!

I love Starbucks. I have recently been coming almost daily for my regular drink. The staff are always so friendly and chatty. They are quick and efficient and polite. Have had some chats with them when it is quite and they are always amazing and lovely. The drinks are brilliant and there is a large variety. I like that they are open to altering things. The one negative is the prices are a bit high but I love everything else. The place has free WiFi that works well and good seating. They also allow dogs inside and even offer free dog drinks (cream and treats normally). Overall a very friendly and welcoming place that I always enjoy going to

What a great idea to have a shopping centre that allows dogs and even better a coffee shop that not only allows dogs but gives them free puppuccinos. Excellent coffee as one expects from Starbucks. The staff were friendly. and service was fast. Definitely the place to visit with your dog. Probably not the cosiest ambiance but perfect for what we wanted. Visited on a Wednesday and it quite busy but there were still plenty of tables.

Lovely open plan store , very busy but staff are welcoming and polite , lots of room and great for a stop off after a dog walk , lots of coffees to choose from and a great choice of cakes

Place is grubby ..dogs are allowed in the store which is unusual too.. Very slow service...need a 2nd Barista in busy periods. Prefer Costa down the road ..at least that is kept clean The floor in Starbucks had not been cleaned for a considerable time by the state of it, we arrived 20 mins after opening so know it hadn't been done that day or before closing

I order a Starbucks daily. Never get the drinks correct. I order on the app 10 minutes before I arrive and half the time it’s not ready, when it is they don’t get it correct. Staff are grumpy and rude.

There is about 3 dogs in this place while I’m trying to enjoy a coffee here dogs barking and the staff fussing all over the dogs please there is a time and place , and I don’t want dog hair in my coffee

Oh dear. I much prefer Starbucks to Costa (the husband's favourite) so it was when I finally got to visit on 28 Oct (by default as Costa had a long queue out of the door). My husband got the coffees while I found somewhere to sit. It was a difficult choice as the whole place looked and felt (sticky surfaces) messy and grubby. My husband asked for some napkins as I had a cinnamon swirl (and there is no dainty way to really enjoy one). The person he asked looked at a dispenser and said 'its actually right there' and was quite obviously less than impressed when my husband pointed out it was empty. A wad of napkins was slung across the bar at us. Not sure why our coffees were seved in takeaway cups or that my cake was put in a paper bag??? Come on Starbucks - I don't often win the toss between Costa and yourselves and this experience will not help...

Went there yesterday with my adult daughter, who's on crutches. the staff treated us as if idiots, (Stand on that spot, don't move. ) 3 times they told us to scan the code, they could.t understand when we said we had done it as we had came in the door. they expected me to carry 2 cakes and 2 drinks in my hands, I had to ask for help. The cakes were squashed after being in the bags and the cream / topping came off on the paper. The hot chocolate was just warm, defiantly not hot! Tables were not being regular cleaned, the floor certainly hadn't been swept for a few days, as when i took off my mask , i caught my earring so had to look on the floor and it was very very messy with crumbs , and only just after 10am. not just by the table we were at but all around. We certainly wont be going there again.

This Starbucks is my favourite to go to, the staff are always very polite and helpful. The service is quick too, the fridge is always stocked up with a good variety of food and the venti iced caramel macchiato is to die for❤️

My partner and I frequently on a weekly basis stop in for latte's, and panini's, we love the friendly staff, have come to know them really well, always cheerful, we always have a laugh, and theyre dog friendly, I have no complaints, your Starbucks is great just like the Hedge End one, the staff there are equally amazing, keep up the great team work xx

We visited this establishment on Saturday afternoon at 16.30 hours,all the tables were covered in dirty cups and plates. Some customers had put plates on chairs so they could use the tables. My elderly Mother in law tried to use the toilets and one was wet and the second one had no paper. The service was appauling and seemed lack any management. Will not be going back it is not cheap either

I go to this cafe quite often and they servers are always very polite and efficient. Good variety of drinks and food.

Visited with a friend for the first time. We received a warm welcome and good service from the Staff. It was nice to see dogs were permitted on the premises.Sadly, I personally did not like the decor. It resembled a warehouse and had a 'cold' atmosphere . It appeared shabby and grubby.My drink tasted ' weak ' . However, my friend did enjoy her cake and it was nice to see paper straws being used.Unless I was with my dog I doubt I would return sadly.

full of people with dogs. and i think even smelt of dog this morning. one owner with very large dog, sat at our table after I was already sitting there. we were forced to leave as dig started sniffing around the cookie cake. he succeeded in forcing us off the table, but we managed to get a refund on the cake and a bacon bap we'd ordered. noticed after the dog man's wife had also reserved a different table using her handbag. this was all before they'd even ordered anything.

Waited what seemed an age to be served as the staff discussed the previous day / evening events as the queue increased.

No Eggnog lattes. You finally release your best drink of the year for a limited period of time only. Then when trying to purchase one, get told you don’t have any. Who’s the genius in charge of stock levels? Little tip for you, when you start to get low, order more in. You’re only selling the drink for a limited period.Back to Costa I go(they actually have stock management so they don’t run out of their festive drinks)

I’ve been going to Starbucks Whiteley for years, it never lets me down. The staff have always been friendly and happy behind the till, even at their busiest times they always serve with a smile..... they are polite, professional and will go out of their way to make you happy as a customer. The coffee is always made exactly as I order, and if I order a new drink and it’s not to my taste the staff willAlways remake it I go in with my dog who always loves a puppychino! If I forget to order her one, the staff always remember her too.... The shop is always clean and comfortable it can get busy, yes, but surly that’s a sign of a good coffee shop right? People come back to the best place in Whiteley Thank you SB Whiteley 5 gold stars from me

Came in for a quick coffee and to read the paper. A big mistake. Cackling laughter from serving staff which made all customers turn round was then overtaken by the constant barking of a dog in the premise. The customer had no concerns over the resonating sound affecting those trying to enjoy the morning. There was also a bird in the rafters constantly tweeting. I was dodging the option of having a extra deposit in my brew. Clearly not a venue to relax. Will not visit again.

Have been in this branch a lot of late. Staff are always frriendly. Coffee sometimes not hot enough though

Visit after visit and never any chocolate chips...”chocolate chips are more of a summer ingredient”...I was told😳..no mint choc chip frap AGAIN tonight...oh well, there’s always Tripadvisor...

The time it took to get my drink was unacceptable. 9 mins from point of order! Dreadful, won’t be back.

Very poor service here staff more interested in chatting amongst themselves and flirting with each other , staff are not interested in being there ,when my drink was made with the metal jug ( that was taken from a filthy filled up sink) it was rinsed out and then not emptied completely meaning my £4.00 coffee was made with waste from previous drinks , I was too shocked at the time to say anything, I’m surprised Starbucks management haven’t done something about this branch , slow and dirty truly shocking

Messy tables, limited selection and no option but to use takeaway cups even when drinking in. Staff polite but not enough of them.

Don't waste your time visiting his dump, never seen such a filthy coffee shop!! rubbish covers every part of the floor and it takes an eternity to get served. Crappy dirty cups and rip off coffee prices.

I have used this store over the last 2 weeks and it is slow and dirty . Having used many Starbucks all over the country I thought it might have been a one off last week and maybe they where just short staffed but we went in there again tonight and waited an age to get served and even longer to receive our drinks, then to sit at a table piled with old cups and splash marks up the wall.

The products and drinks are great but don't come here unless you are prepared to wait for ages... Even when it's not that busy! Its just taken me 25 minutes to get a coffee while the staff moved at a glacial pace, chatting to each other and generally being badly organised. There were lots of flies landing on the food and drink prep areas and no attempts to clean up. I used to love this ace but it really needs better management.

Have always liked coming here but have noticed over the past months it going down hill. Service is always slow, even at quiet times. And god forbid you ask for a drink that’s slightly different to normal! It’s truly painful. Tables are always littered and dirty, floors need a good sweep and as for the toilets.....yuk.

If you’ve never experienced the feeling of being unwanted, but would like to know how it feels, this is definitely the place to come. It all began at the order point when I was advised that the till had no one pence pieces in it so I would be short changed. They preferred it that way rather than give me two pence and over-change me. Well, I suppose do that to everyone and the profits are hit. The girl at the order point didn’t really care either way. The panini arrived and the girl who clearly hadn’t had any training shouted ‘ham and cheese panini’ threw it on the side and got back to messing up the next thing. I asked if the panini was mine but all I got back was I dunno’. That’s untrained version for ‘ I’m sorry, I don’t know but as you are the customer I will go and find out’ . Well that didn’t happen so I took it. Drinks came about ten minutes later so by then the panini was cold.

Visited Starbucks Whiteley for Sunday breakfast. Very slow service. Bacon rolls sitting in a tray not in the fridge waiting to be put in the fridge, so I put them in the fridge myself whilst waiting in the queue. When I told the assistant she didn’t seem interested!!

Oh dear why do all starbucks smell of sour milk?

Came in last week for the new hot chocolate, was amazing better then caffe nero. i was serviced very quickly and was served by a lovely young girl, did not catch her name

Just been to this Starbucks in Whiteley Shopping Centre, Fareham. First impressions aren’t great. The store is a strange design with the main bar as an island rather than the usual format of against the back/wall. Plenty of choice of cakes and sandwiches. There was a cashier and a barista on duty, with an apparent shift leader trying to fix a broken till and another team member clearing tables. Order was taken quickly but the wait for the coffee to be made by the single barista was unacceptable. Over 10 minutes we waited for 2 drinks. There were also flies everywhere. Not just one or two I counted at least 8 different ones swarming about the sinks and machines with no fly traps visible. Yuk. The shop itself is also visibly tired and dated. Paint missing from walls, old fixtures and fittings etc. It’s also very dirty, from just looking at things. Floor is dirty, fixtures dusty. It seems no detail cleaning happens after hours. It’s a shame because this is the only starbies in the area. Will be going to the one in hedge end next time which is much better (run by a different franchise). Same as most amsric stores, grubby and badly run.

Nice caramel macchiato served by a polite member of the staff.The only let down was the dirty tables so early in the morning.

Waited 15 mins to get served and then another 12 to get my black americano.

Having previously enjoyed coffee with friends at a rival place, this is appalling! Scruffy, dirty, shabby. No spoons, just wooden sticks. Filthy thermos flasks from which one has to serve oneself to either cold skimmed or semi skimmed milk.

This Starbucks is filthy, flies everywhere, food and dirt all over the floor, sinks full of jugs with milk in and they weren’t washed out properly when used for hot drinks again!!! To top it off the staff that served me today were so miserable!!

Really friendly efficient staff here who know how to make the drinks properly. All done to their corporate standards, which obviously is not everybody’s thing... but we enjoyed it.We were impressed at the speed of service and the quality on such a busy weekend when we visited. Would definitely recommend as a nice place to stop by.

I like Starbucks coffee but this place needs a kick up the jacksee. The layout is odd with all tables set around the central area. There is not enough staff making orders and certainly not enough cleaning up as it is sometimes pretty dirty with used cups, plates and food all over the floor under the tables. Only use it if Costas is too busy

Been here numerous times but recently I noticed how very shabby this place is looking. Needs a deep clean.

My husband and I visit Starbucks on a fairly regular basis and have a Starbucks reward card. We are gold members so get syrups, whipped cream etc free.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is good. The location is convenient when shopping or visiting the cinema.

Coffee in Starbucks is something you either like or don't; this edition of Starbucks is as all the chain stores are - brown, dark, and tired in its' design approach. It's ok though.

Thought I would pop in for a quiet coffee. Think again. Appears to be doubling as the local creche. Had screaming children in my ear throughout my visit. Not the first time. Won't visit again. AWFUL environment.

Firstly, can i just say this is my local Starbucks. I have been going here since the store opened and have seen the staff changes, the new promotions, them welcoming dogs etc. However one thing that hasn't changed is the decor - which ISN'T the staffs fault. Because the floor is grubby and the furniture looks tired doesnt mean the staff aren't helpful and welcoming on each of my visits. I like going into a cafe where they know my name, they know my drink, and they dont chuck anything across the counter at me so i get out of the way quicker, making this my perfect store! This week i visited the Starbucks store in Portsmouth and will never be stepping foot in the place again. The childish behaviour is enough to put you off your lunch.

Firstly, I'm a Starbucks fan, and secondly, I'd been to this Starbucks location 3 days running. It's a standalone building, really well designed, cool space to sit, both sides, of a bar so you can muse your twitter feed etc...

I used to really like popping into Starbucks but unfortunately things have changed. There were no cups, the milk for our mug of tea was off, there were no sweetners (my husband popped to Tescos to buy some so he could drink his tea) and all the staff appeared to be standing around chatting and not clearing and cleaning tables. We will go elsewhere for a drink.

Went in this Starbucks a few weeks ago and it was really dirty, old food on the floor, no tables had been cleaned. Decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and went in again today. The coffee shop is even dirtier, no tables were clean. While we were sat drinking, a young member of staff did come and take some dirty cups and plates away but didn't think to wipe the table it was left covered in foodstuff. I saw her wander around the shop picking up a few dirty cups and disappearing. This coffee shop is in need of a deep clean, I decided to take some photographs today as I think it is becoming a health hazard.

Filthy tables, mess all over the floor. Eventually a table was cleared but the crumbs and mess just left.

Took my mother here whilst out Christmas shopping, had not been to Starbucks in Whiteley for quite a few years so I thought it would be nice to have a speciality coffee. The coffee itself was nice but, the surroundings were absolutely appalling. There was food and debris on the floor which, had not been cleaned up, the sofas and chairs were in a disgusting repair and filthy - all in all I was thoroughly appalled and highly embarrassed for taking my mother here. Would not ever go there again until they have a refurb.

The Starbucks is very spacious and plenty of tables for families and friends to sit down when enjoying some breakfast or late lunch. I myself enjoyed a signature hot chocolate which was lovely! It was the best hot chocolate I had ever tasted. This place...

Good drinks and snacks, Service was quick and the quality was great. Recommend this to ANYONE no matter the age.

On the high street and large, but dire decor and not well kept. Dirty floors, sticky tables and generally run down. Slow inefficient service by disinterested staff. The usual standard of Starbucks coffee and cakes, but best used as a take-away. So avoid as loads of better alternatives nearby.

I do love a Starbucks. It is my 'go to' coffee when out and about - but the food is always so average and overpriced.

I find the staff to be amazing they make you feel welcome and just a very pleasant place. Hot Choclate is amazing

Normalmente no vienen de Starbucks, ya que no soy un gran fan del café - que es un poco de un fuerte/dark para mí. Pero de todos modos.! Un amigo y yo metimos en una bebida fría, ya que probablemente los días más calurosos del año.

Nipped in for a coffee, staff polite. Found a table, had to clean the table ourselves with a member of staff watching from the service counter. The service counter had a sink for staff to use this had stains all around it not looking like it had been cleaned all morning. Table was sticky, rubbish under the table. Used the gents toilet, strong smell of urine, used toilet paper on the floor around the toilet, someone had spat in the sink absolutely disgusting. I have been in some rough greasy spoons in my day and I would rather eat in them than this Starbucks.

Love coffee, love this place I may go a bit too much as they literally know my name and order. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

If you want your coffee served with a smile then this is the place to be.The actual seating is based at a quick turnaround but if you want comfort I would suggest a different venueExcellent coffee and service

I'm not a fan of Starbucks and this branch didn't win me over. The plus points were the good range of snacks and friendly staff. This is a large branch but the seating is canteen-like, quite limited and not very comfortable.

We visit Starbucks in Whiteley at least once every weekend. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They always know our usual order and often are prepping it when they see us.

Obviously this offers that same as all Starbucks (which is good) in a funky industrial decor, with really pleasant staff.Use it regularly when in Whiteley.

the service in this place is very robotic, lacks personality and character, maybe thats how their trained. should take a leaf out of cafe nero book.

Took my daughter for a treat as she has been unwell. So ordered my drink then the guy who served us disappeared and wondered off and started looking for someone so that he could give them their coffee,. No excuse me a moment. Nothing. Was not impressed, it was so rude. Had it not been that my daughter really wanted a drink in their I would have just walked out. All the staff didn't have a smile amongst them and looked really hacked off. Eventually received my drink then had to wait 5 mins for my daughters. Mine was nearly cold by the time we sat down. The table was dirty with cups and plates and the faux leather seating was filthy. Showing dirt and dust at the back of the seat that hadn't been cleaned for how long. Not a pleasant experience. So no intention of going back again. One lost customer

Was gagging for a drink, unfortunately was driving so it had to be a coffee, went into the Starbucks in Portsmouth commercial road district, what a complete mess , plenty of seats to be sat at but every vacant table was discussing , if it wasn't full of dirty cups and plates it was spill ages and crumbs and sticky. These places may be busy but I see now why so many take the drinks to go. The guy who served me was on the ball he should be promoted, as for the Baristas that were on they were too busy shouting across the shop talking to their mates. When finally we got our lattes , they were cold, I asked for them to be heated more, the request for the to be extra hot was taken by the guy who served me and I saw him note it on the ticket. I was then told if I wanted it re-heated I would have to go back to the end of the queue holding these cups and then it would be done. What a load of rubbish. Would not advise going to this one, perhaps they need to get a mature person to look over the Saturday kids, maybe the we won't get the attitude. Sadly this seems to be a sign of the times.On another note I will try other Starbucks and my report will be as I see it for that visit.

Went to our local Starbucks today and after my experiance i wish i never left. Arrived at the cafe around 2pm today so before the school run. Ordered my coffee and a lovely slice of carrot cake. The girls behind the counter were amazing, couldnt do enough for me! Spoilt for choice as to where to sit as the place is so big! Its also lovely and clean and was fully stocked. Ive never tried the tea in Starbucks before and i was given great advice from Layla and thoroughly enjoyed my Hibiscus fruit tea! I have a newborn and the store has a pram park which gives my friends more space to move around the table without my buggy in the way! One of my friends had a latte with lovely art produced on the top.All the staff were so friendly and very welcoming, will never look twice at a Costa or Neros again! Only one little thing, due to the cafe having a glass case for their cakes, when the sun hits, the chocolate cakes suffer! The girls did say if i wanted any chocolate item they would get it from the fridge but i didnt fancy chocolate today so it didnt bother me in the slightest :)

4 hours free parking. Centrally located in Whiteley Shopping Centre. Staff are friendly. Popped in at 2pm & they had run out of standard hot chocolate, so had to have a premium one. Run out of whipped cream too. Poor selection of fresh cakes & biscuits. Very light inside due to large, floor to ceiling glass windows on 2 out of 4 sides. Cafe didn't have a particularly good ambience, seemed very 'clinical' with nothing to make it cosy or inviting. Layout & furniture was boring. It was ok, but with the choice of Cafe Nero & Costa Coffee nearby too, not sure I'd rush back here.

As usual the coffee was good as were the staff. Our only disappointment was that we went mid morning and the place was full of prams and babies!

I usually visit here on a weekday evening with a couple of my friends around 8 at night. Therefore it is usually quite quiet without many other customers in there, so the service we receive is always super fast.The coffees are always up to impeccable standard, and the sandwiches they serve are delicious! I always have to resist the temptation to go up and get another one.Not to mention the fact that the servers are all incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their face. They are always up for a little chat with you too and make you feel very welcome.Before coming to this one I never used to be much of a Starbucks drinker, but now I am here all the time!

Love our local Starbucks! The team are always welcoming and charming and are always friendly. They get to know your orders and can have a sticker or cup prepped ready to go for you. The interior may seem cold and clinical but the music is warm and the staff will always turn the air con up or down when asked.The tables do get cluttered easily but it's a Starbucks! They are a coffee chain and get run off their feet so easily they can't always drop what they are doing to sort out a table. However when you ask the guys to clear a table for you they will do it straight away.This store is not only dog friendly but mother friendly. I see lots of mothers breastfeeding without prejudice here. The food cabinet is always full and the service, whilst maybe at times slow, is always with a smile.The only downside to this store is Dom left! A singing, happy man who has made the day of many, and he's well known throughout Whiteley too.Seriously, don't be put off by the reviews of this store. It's such a lovely place to have a smile :) the team are passionate about what they do and it's so infectious!

I had hot (or should I say tepid) chocolate on my visit. The rest of the group where more than happy with their drinks but I would have preferred mine a little hotter. Staff good, restaurant clean and tidy and reasonably comfortable.

My first error was leaving the M27 at 4:30pm, my second was visiting here for a coffee. I needed a caffeine injection, and the staff need a Motivation injection. I have seen more get up and go from a dead fly.Will I visit Starbucks again? Yes. This branch? Never.

Coffee with friends, but spoilt by flies all over the place {we moved three times to try and avoid them}. Crumbs and food on the floor but no one swept the floor the whole time we were there {2 and a quarter hours}. It wasn't that busy and some staff were on mobile phones and lap tops behind the counter. How difficult is it to check that the floors are clean and then perhaps there wouldn't be a problem with flies. Coffee also quite weak. Awful, awful place.

The team have the art of looking busy down to a T' in the summer this place would be epic with open plan glass walls and outdoor seating. Just like the branches in LA, but it's in the UK. It was quite grubby and tables not cleared. So we decided to push back in the queue and ask for our sit in to be take out, when we was served we got a decent coffee and a selection of sandwiches. The time it took to order was horrific.this needs to be looked into.

I'm not sure what else to say about Starbucks except the title: noisy, cold and terrible coffee. The coffee is just simply disgusting! No surprise they have to add so much sugar in their specialities! We took a normal filter and a caramel latte (can't remember the exact name)... The normal coffee was literally undrinkable! I felt they put cigarettes buds in there! As for the speciality coffee... Well there is so much sugar that it probably gives you a heart attack an hour later! The place is large but cold and very noisy... Anyway I wouldn't go to Starbucks with Costa or Nero next door!!

I love Starbucks. By biggest bug bear for this particular store is the fact that they always have a queue but there is only ever 1 till on. The coffee is always good. The wholebean coffee that I usually purchase isn't always available. The toilets are always horrendous but so are most Starbucks toilets. It always seems dirty, but maybe part of the best industrial look.

Go here for take out coffee and early morning relaxation with a book too. Staff are really friendly and take time to get to you know you. Refill filter coffee currently a £1.00 and £0.75p if you buy one of their Rosetta refill cups.Ample parking and loads of great restaurants nearby - as well as brand new multiplex cinema.

Coffee and service was ok but why serve drinks to be consumed in store in paper cups? There's something rather depressing about this place. The decor is rather drab and the place seems souless and feels rather dirty. Oh and the music being played was also really depressing. There's a choice of more uplifting coffee shops in Whiteley thankfully.

Whilst the coffee is always good and the service average the waiting time is ridiculous they always have a couple of people serving there only ever seems to be one person actually preparing the coffe hence the wait

So my last review of this place wasn't so good as it was filthy and I vowed never to return So when friends asked to meet here I was inwardly gutted but thought nope I'll be a big girl and go back Hhmm Ok so the good points Coffee lush Toastie was good too Staff friendly ( however when we told them it was cold we were told in a jokey manner that there was a costa round the corner if we didn't like it !! ) The table we sat at was clean Bad points Bloody freezing , with the 2 doors that open wide on a sensor We had to keep our coats on as it was so cold not just cold but freezing I'm a dog owner but was shocked to see a dog was allowed in with its owner and was allowed to be off lead to roam free at various times When I mentioned this to staff they seemed shocked that I was bringing it up They said cafe Nero allows dogs I said surely it's against food hygiene laws and was told well he isn't helping prepare the food !!! Like I saw I own a dog but would never take one into a place where people eat Prob won't go back again as like they told us there is a costa round the corner And unlike Starbucks it's warm in there

A starbucks is a starbucks is a start bucks.............what makes the difference is the staff..............which is what we have here.Staff very helpful and kind............. even teaching me how to use my app to pay for drinks.......My favourite place in whitely........ what more can I say

I love Starbucks and go regularly as always the coffee and cakes are good , but I have been to this branch a few times now and it is not as tidy or clean as the other branches I have visited

Have tried three or four times to visit this Starbucks but it never seems particularly clean in there. During the summer it was ok to sit outside but I think the concrete floor puts me off as it's always covered in leaves and dosent look clean. BUT what put me off mostly was that in the summer the food and cake fridges were in full sun! Not hygienic in my eyes. I love their coffee but if I'm looking for lunch as well as coffee I will always go somewhere else sadly. Maybe I will try again in the winter.

it was horrible it smelt like a fishy burger with grapes in the ocean, the coffee was not up to scratch as I found a rat and a frog in the late never the less it had free wifi so it was very good

Anymore than 4 in the queue and the coffee preparation can be painfully slow. We love the coffee so always visit over the other choices of venue. The staff are friendly and the coffee shop is the usual Starbucks set-up.
