Starbucks in Swale

Closes early at 6pm every day during rush hour when there is heavy customer potential. Often short staffed. Regularly runs out of ingredients and food items.

I visit this store regularly & I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff - each & everyone of them are Fab, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all the effort you go to with the TGTG Bags, it is very much appreciated!

Well first the good points: It's quite large with nice seating, the garden area is secure for children and has about 6 tables and parking outside but as it's shared with other outlets you may need to park in the larger car park across the road. It has a drive-thru (I've never used this,so I can't comment on this part). Now the not so good : It's not very clean. As I said before the parking outside it's always an option so be prepared to walk over to the Starbucks. And finally the biggest downfall is the very slow service. I have been a few times and it's always about a ten minute wait but yesterday 15-20 mins and people who came way after me seemed to get drinks quicker than I did. But in fairness to the staff, the three ladies worked hard and tried to get drinks made as quick as possible. But with walk-ins, drive-ins and uber orders I don't think three staff was enough. So I'm not blaming the staff on site, just management. And the drink was good in the end :)

Not open for walk ins, only drive through. Loads of staff in there though!! Was not a good starbucks anyway, even worse now!

i’ve been a regular customer for the past year at this place ,but today i had the worst experience so far ,couldn’t get my order right the first time ,Ok it happens we all make mistakes ,after my girlfriend saw that isn’t what she wanted i drove back,explained the situation only to be given the same think again but a larger one i’m guessing as apologie,never going there again !

First time visit to this Starbucks has a drive through what looks like no one uses but maybe It was not busy at the time. The Starbucks it’s self is in a very big unit and lots of space for seating and enjoying your coffee as all Starbucks very high end and nice decor. But as you get to the counter and look the whole place worktops and coffee machines are so dirty it looks like someone has just give everything thing a wipe over with a dirty rag there is coffee spells everywhere and you can see it’s been there for some time. Then when you go to sit down the same again the table tops are dirty and the chairs you sitt on are heavily grimy. The whole place needs a deep clean I have never seen a dirty Starbucks till I came to this one.

Always have to wait so long here - drinks are lovely - seating areas are nice - staff are nice but always takes approx 10 mins for 2x caramel lattes

i visited the store on 13 & 14th July at both times we had excellent customer service unfortunately I left my handbag in the store, I called & James was very very helpful I went back to collect my handbag today which had my purse, cash, cards and all its contents still there. I am truly truly grateful - thank you very much

Nice atmosphere and always lovely and tidy. Nice selection of vegan options both food and drink. Very tasty vegan desserts.

Easy and quick to drive through. Strange atmosphere if you stop and eat inside as it has a very high ceiling and feels a bit like a warehouse. When I went last time, the coffee could have been a bit hotter.

I visited here when it was first opened. The staff were very young and very new so service was very slow.. totally mixed our order up and the server could not use the credit card machine and it jammed luckily I just had enough cash ...
