PARKING FINE ISSUED FOR USING THIS PLACE. I contacted Costa regarding a parking fine I received and not had a single response- very poor service and will not be using again.

Discussed to have received a fine .. clearly the signs are not obvious or I wouldn’t have stayed more than 2 hours. An expensive coffe and cake! Will never use Costa again

I visited in November 2021 with a friend. Ordered food & drinks in Costa and stayed for 2.5 hours. Month later and I’ve just received a parking fine through for staying over the allotted time. Apparently there’s a time limit???! Just wanted others to be aware of this before visiting so you don’t all get stung with the same ridiculous charge!!

I went to the Costa in Princess Retail Park to meet a friend for a coffee! 2 weeks later my friend and I received a parking fine as there is a time limit as I wasn’t aware of! Costa doesn’t want to help and I have appealed and provided evidence I was at Costa the parking company rejected the appeal! Will not be visiting again and want to warm all others!

All but a few Costas need money spent on them as they are all looking a bit run down. This one is no different, the seats are old now the walls need painting the counter needs updating. Staff are OK, just the company should put some of the profits back into the shops.

This is more specifically for the costa round the Eurolink - the staff are so lovely and friendly! Even in the 50p deal everyone was so friendly, we got quick drinks and one lady showed me how to carry 5 coffees in one holder. Amazing - makes such a difference. However you are training your staff it is working!!!

Shut for the last two days always long queues early in the morning waiting 5mins+ quicker to go to the Costa express machines

I'll start with a positive. The staff are always cheerful and the service fast and efficient. Biggest let down, the cleanliness. Have been in a few times over the past couple of weeks and prepared at first to give the benefit of the doubt, however, I have yet to see anyone cleaning the tables after customers have left and given the current climate this should be priority. The stairs have the day before+ dirt on, hand prints all over the glass.The staff wear fleeces with milk stains down them. Come on Costa give the place a deep clean!

Absolute brilliant staff, it feels welcoming here, staff are friendly and are keen to help, overall for visit would say a definite worth going for a social coffee good place to meet. establishment always seems to be very busy

As with all Costas, the coffee is very reliable, and the Sittingbourne outlet is no exception. Convenient location in the shopping centre and near the railway station. If busy, there is seating upstairs. Usual Costa decor, showing signs of daily usage. Giving this review 5 stars, due to super friendly service - the barista was very cheerful and seemed interested in his customers.

Needed coffee whilst shopping popped into costa always good latte especially with coconut milk plenty of seating has an upstairs.

Normal Costa but has a lovely spacious upstairs area where you can meet people in relative privacy. Very efficient and smiley staff.

I was en route to a wedding nearby. After getting the train, the Costa coffee is only a few minutes from the station. Having not eaten all morning I picked up a chicken ceasar wrap and a granola slice. Within 2 hours of eating this I spent the rest of the day being horrifically sick. Missed the whole wedding. Thanks Costa!

Friendly and clear service given by both male and female staff. Clean tables, cups, restrooms and counters. Car park is free from rubbish and drive-thru is wide enough to drive through. Quality of drinks I rate as 10/10. I have tried many hot drinks and a couple of cakes, the cakes are tasty. I like the location. On all occasions I have been, morning lunchtime and around 5pm, it has never been overly busy/crowded. Keep up the good work!

Great venue, lovely upstairs area with choice of seating, really relaxed, clean and tidy. Good quality drinks and snacks as expected from Costa, staff professional.

Popped in for a latte before embarking on a long coach trip fairly quick service great tasting latte lots of seating especially upstairs.

Last coffee of day latte great and mince pie found upstairs seating to be vast didn't realise not sure if many are needs sign large seating area upstairs.

Lines of people which normally is a good sign but once you get to the counter you can understand why, they are disorganised, slow and just not switched on to what is required of a person serving coffee in a Costa..

A very busy unit today with few spaces to sit. However the staff coped well and kept the queue time low and tables clear. Normal costa coffee.

A pretty standard Costa Coffee shop with good service and pleasant staff. With the added advantage of a very comfortable and well laid out upper floor.

I would personally like to thank Jay. He not only made us (me and my 86 year old mother in law) a lovely coffee but found an old mug which my mother in law was able to drink from! She cannot drink from the wide topped cups or the glass mugs as her hands cannot hold them but the mug was brilliant! I know it was probably against the rules but service like this deserves to be praised. Lovely young gentleman that really made our day. Toilets were clean, would recommend this coffee house to everyone.

Great well presented costa over two floors but they seem quite slow on service at busy times. Visiting at half term this was very apparent. Perhaps it could be staff numbers are not enough for peaks.

Standard Costa coffee, service very friendly and the seating upstairs is particularly spacious. Ideal for business meetings.

Management and team are great and the store is spotless even though it's huge! Dee makes a mean flat white too!

The usual Costa food and drink available but in the usual 'Sittingbourne style' of soulless. Can't comment on the upstairs as it wasn't 'open' but cramped and noisy downstairs.

A pleasantly fitted out coffee shop that feels very open. It staff were very friendly to all customers (bit of irritation if you are in queue), however this is a small town and consequently locals would love it.
